Spolète : locations de vacances en chambre d'hôtes

Appena si varca l'ingresso della Residenza Bocci si rimane incantati dalla bellezza della location... Un luogo immerso nella natura dove potersi rilassare, ma che ha allo stesso tempo una posizione strategica per poter raggiungere con facilità Assisi, Spello, Rasiglia e le cascate delle Marmore(solo per citarne alcune!). La colazione di benvenuto è stata favolosa soprattutto per gli assaggi di torte realizzate dalla mamma di Leonardo(peccato non averla avuta tutti i giorni!) L'Appartamento al primo piano che affaccia sulla piscina ha uno stile rustico ma allo stesso tempo elegante. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare da Leonardo, host con esperienza, se vi trovate a Foligno in Umbria.

L'appartamento è in pieno centro, in un palazzetto storico molto affascinante. La casa è pulitissima con una cucina fornita di tutto. Dall'abitazione si può raggiungere tutto a piedi, incluso un bellissimo parco giochi per bambini (molto apprezzato da nostra figlia). Il punto forte della casa è sicuramente la terrazza, ampia ed accogliente, dove è possibile godersi pranzi o cene in una location che farebbe invidia ai migliori ristoranti. L'appartamento è in una via piena di ristoranti e cocktail bar. Il vantaggio è che c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta per mangiare o bere qualcosa intorno a casa, o ordinare qualcosa a portar via. Lo svantaggio è il rumore, visto che i locali chiudono intorno alle 2. Se non è necessario tenere le finestre aperte, si riesce a dormire tranquillamente a meno che non si ha il sonno leggero. L'host è stata davvero molto accogliente e ci ha avvertito non appena arrivati del possibile disagio

I had a great nights stay here! Very welcoming and lovely hosts! I was looked after from the moment I arrived and even had my dinner made for me! The home is beautifully presented and I had a great nights sleep. Clean and tidy! The stay was very reasonably priced, easy to find and I’d highly recommend! :)

Wir waren für eine Woche bei Stefy und Gianluca. Es war einfach traumhaft und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber waren so herzlich und haben uns immer das Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein. Sie haben einen speziellen Bond zu unserem kleinen Sohn entwickelt und es war einfach schön dort zu sein. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag frisch und sehr lecker, einfach unglaublich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und super ruhig. Das absolute Highlight für uns und unseren Sohn war (bei der Hitze) natürlich der Pool und ein gemeinsamer Pizzaabend. Vom Haus kann man sehr gut Ausflüge machen und die Gegend erkunden. Wir haben viel geschafft, aber bei weitem nicht alles, deshalb: liebe Stefy, lieber Gianluca, vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Woche, wir kommen wieder. :)

Un casale di pietra su un poggio davanti ad un panorama che si estende fino al Soratte. Ospitalità, simpatia, calore e una soluzione per qualsiasi problema.

The place is just as described. The host were really friendly and welcoming! The views are just beautiful

A lovely, lovely stay. Fabulous and kind hosts. Amazing breakfast. Spotless. Surrounded by nature. My only warning would be this is a great place if you are driving. If on foot +bags... start preparing now... the hill up to town is steep! It is walkable but it was definitely the least favourite part of my day. Thankfully the bus stop is fairly close at the top of the hill. Anyway, overall, I would whole-heartedly stay again. THANK YOU so much for an amazing stay.

Camera con cucinotto e terrazzo con vista sui palazzi storici e sul campanile della città, molto accogliente e confortevole.

Ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit bei Eva. Wer auf der Suche nach einer Auszeit vom Alltag ist und endlich mal wieder so richtig zur Ruhe kommen will, ist hier genau richtig. Eva‘s leckeres Frühstück mit Blick auf die umliegende unberührte Natur liefert dabei den perfekten Start in den Tag. Eva ist nicht nur eine sehr liebevolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, ich habe auch viel von ihr gelernt. Bei einem Spaziergang durch die umliegende Natur hat sie mir gezeigt wie wilder Spargel wächst und auch wilde Orchideen habe ich dort um ersten Mal gesehen. Die meiste Zeit habe in der Werkstatt an der Drehscheibe verbracht, auch da ist Eva eine hervorragende Lehrerin. Ich habe die Zeit sehr genossen und würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

Paola’s place was just what we needed. Quiet, clean, good location, great breakfast, and help with travel plans in the area. Leonardo was very nice and easy to talk to. It’s a very quiet area. Walkable to main town. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation for our first night. Simple and comfortable room.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la colazione abbondante con prodotti dell'agriturismo. Posizione molto tranquilla in mezzo alla campagna. Ci siamo fermati 5 notti e ci e servita come base per visitare la valle umbra. Ottima soluzione per la nostra famiglia composta da 3 adulti, avevamo una camera con 2 ambienti comuncanti e 2 bagni.

Mi sono trovato benissimo nell'appartamento di Sara, che è formato da una cucina, un salotto, due camere da letto e due bagni. Si trova al secondo piano di un condominio con ascensore. Sara mi ha accolto nell'ora stabilita, però non mi aveva scritto il citofono da suonare e ho dovuto telefonarla. Sara è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto l'offerta della colazione fatta anche di yogurt greco e di barrette kinder! La camera da letto è molto spaziosa che potrebbe inserire addirittura un quarto letto. Il bagno è privato ma è separato. Peccato che mi sono dovuto fermare solo una notte: ci sarei stato volentieri di più. La posizione è ottima, che dista solo 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione.

Nicoletta è stata molto accogliente, avevamo una persona celiaca e le ha dedicato la cura l'attenzione che abbiamo ricevuto tutti, torte e biscotti fatti in casa per noi e anche per lei. Inoltre ci ha aiutato a trovare un ristorante in zona. Non prende il telefono e il WiFi non è forte abbastanza, ma lei è molto disponibile per ogni esigenza

A wonderful beautiful farm stay with a nice breakfast, great animals and friends for life. We were very late arriving and it was no problem. You can often also observe things being done on the farm like milking cows and cheese making. The room was nice and big with a patio, adjustable heat, great bathroom and water & glasses. Great people to get to know and hang out with. Fantastic local restaurant suggestions made our stay even better.

Eddie is an amazing host! A few days before, he shared useful information about the property and various things you can see, eat, and do in the area and Assisi in general. He even upgraded me to the one-bedroom apt which was a plus! The apt itself was bigger than I thought and so nicely decorated. I loved having a kitchen and being able to eat breakfast outside in the sun. His son was also working on the property during my stay and was so kind of enough to show me around, which was great as I was traveling solo. The property and location is absolutely beautiful. You can see both Assisi and Perugia from their farm and the pool (which was closed at the time) as views of Assisi. There’s different areas you can explore or sit and relax in. You can easily spend a good hour or so walking through the vineyards, orchard, and open lawn. Additionally, the town Palazzo is a ~30 min walk away so you can grab dinner without your car if needed.

Stuart e Katrina sono due host fantastici! Cordiali, disponibili e molto gentili. La casa immersa nella natura e’godevolissima, la piscina super e la camera silenziosa e ben curata. Colazione coi cornetti caldi speciale! Grazie mille per averci fatto sentire “a casa”!!se torneremo in zona ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the countryside for peace and quiet to stay with Marco and Karen

Ottimo posto, paese tranquillo ma facile da raggiungere! Casa pulitissima e con tutti i comfort necessari. Elisabetta e sua madre, gentilissime e molto disponibili! Esperienza positiva, se ne avrò occasione tornerò molto volentieri!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Lola per la posizione strategica per poter fare una parte del Cammino di Germanico, che parte appunto da Amelia. Ci siamo trovati molto bene per la posizione della struttura, per le sue caratteristiche e per l'estrema tranquillità della zona. A contatto con la natura, con un bel giardino, una bella vista, spazi verdi. La casa è molto carina, in stile rustico e accogliente, gli host sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili, la colazione buona e abbondante. In più, abbiamo goduto delle coccole di Lola, la cagnolona degli host, buonissima e dolcissima, da cui il B&B prende il nome. Ci torneremmo molto volentieri.
