David is a great host - he is quick to respond and provides clear instructions! The home is conveniently located with several restaurants within just a mile or two. The Capitol building, Governor’s mansion, etc. are within walking distance just across the street. The home was very clean (and I have high standards). The kitchen had everything we needed, though we only ate breakfast at the house. The only downside was the street traffic noise heard in the front bedroom. The home is a quiet neighborhood on a 35mph. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. Thank you David for everything!

Great stay, we came for the Kentucky Derby and it was close enough to everything while still not being outrageously expensive like everywhere else. Looks just like the pictures, cute and quaint and perfect for two couples. I wish there was more than 1 bathroom but that isn’t anything against the host or house itself - just personal preference that I wish I paid more attention to.

We had a wonderful time at Progress Park. A lot of thought and planning went into making this place perfect for family gatherings. So much to do and our grandchildren and family were always entertained with something to do. We did it all: Fishing was a hit since we never fish/CampFire and some-mores/ Corn hole/Pickleball/canoe…kids playground, and so much more. Made lots of wonderful lasting memories!

This home was perfect for 3 couples. Living room furniture was very comfortable! We all want to buy those couches now. Very nice setting, and enjoyed the winery literally in the backyard. Host was very friendly and even brought us fans for the bedrooms that didn't have them. Will definitely stay again in the future. Close enough to Bardstown activities but far enough away to feel private and secluded at the same time.

The 5 of us all really liked Alberto's home. It was nicely furnished, comfortable with plenty of seating for us all, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were more than enough blankets and towels. The backyard is very private and Alberto left us some firewood for the firepit which we enjoyed after a long day of walking, sightseeing, and tasting bourbons. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and the cemetery where M. Ali is buried is basically 2 blocks away. We all agreed that we would stay at this Air B & B again should we find ourselves in Louisville in the future.

This is a great place to stay near Bardstown and very convenient to many of the distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. The house is quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotless with a lot of extras throughout the house like shampoo, conditioner, popcorn, coffee, creamers, sugars and even some snacks for the horses (peppermints). We love being able to travel with our dogs. Thanks for being such great hosts!

The place was perfect. It was exactly how it was described and looked just like the pictures. Very, clean. We even had all the tools we needed to cook Easter dinner. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend over and over again.

Myself and three friends stayed at the Stagg House during our visit to the bourbon trail. Private and peaceful location along the Kentucky river. Perfect place to stay during our visit to the area.

Super responsive when we needed something. The place was very clean and perfect for our stay during the conference. Highly recommend.

Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

Let me start by saying The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Our check in was delayed like 30/45 mins but I must say he accommodated us well and it wasn’t much of an issue to us, because everything was GREAT. My fiancé and I really enjoyed the hot tub and the view from our balcony. Check in was a little complicated but he responded right away and got me right into the unit. WE LOVE THIS PLACE! We would definitely book again. Thank you Tyler!

Everything was great. The only comment is that the description and everything on listing says it's a King size bed. it for sure is only a queen. You can even tell by the pictures that it is only a queen, so my suspicions were right. Luckily, it was just me and my husband but when we travel with our toddler she sleeps in the middle of us and queen bed would not have worked for us.

Second time staying here and it was great! love the location. clean and quiet!

I had a wonderful stay with Bethany. She was responsive and understanding of anything I asked. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean as well. I appreciate her letting me stay in her air bnb. I would definitely rebook with her.

Katie and Michael’s place was amazing my wife and I stayed here doing the bourbon trail . Matched the description and the cabin was beautiful and created a space to just relax and unwind . Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience at Boone’s Cabin! Secluded setting in a great location for the Bourbon Festival. Cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sheila was very proactive and even got us in early! Would definitely visit again.

Absolute stunning house. It was great with the group of 14 people we had. Everyone had plenty of space and lots to do. The hosts were very responsive. Would definitely like to come back again.

If I could give this 10 stars I would! Beautiful little Cabin with so much history inside. Full kitchen, Cozy living area, sleep number bed was very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, so many flowers, plants, trees, just perfections and very quiet. Tammy and Jane greeted us as we checked in and showed us around. Tammy also made us breakfast every morning, fresh and homemade and even a to go basket on our last morning. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We were visiting for the derby and wished we had more time to enjoy this little peace of beauty!

Super quiet Nice cows goats cats and chickens If you want to rest and be alone this is the place It's a drive from the lasts towns which was what I liked The cabin works well with the yard and it is comfortable And it was easy to use 😊

Beautiful cabin on a very peaceful property. We loved sitting on the porch enjoying a quiet cup of coffee. The place is a perfect size and has just what you need. Would love to return and explore the property/trails more!
