Appartement très confortable dans une petite maison. L'appartement superbement aménagé dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et est tres bien équipé. Il est bien situé : quasiement face à la plage de la Marva-Rosa, à proximité des commerces et des transports pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Valence. José est un hôte très accueillant et bienveillant. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

Great apartment with pools, short walk to the beach and to some nice restaurants close by. Apartment was very comfortable for us and we would recommend it for families with children as they loved the pool! Thanks Dominka!

L’anfitriona és una persona molt atenta i comunicativa. L’habitatge és cèntric, molt silenciós i ben decorat. Amb unes terrasses molt agradables per a descansar i llegir o prendre el sol. Ben equipat i amb detalls d’estris i productes de neteja i higiene que no solen ser habituals en altres allotjaments. Molt recomanable per a passar uns dies en família. I des de la població es poden fer força visites i caminades. Recomanable la visita al Museu miner d’Ogassa i la visita comentada a l’Abadia de Sant Joan.

Ha sido una estancia muy confortable, merece muchísimo poder reservar dicho alojamiento, amabilidad, disponibilidad, atención de Amalia, las instalaciones buenísimas , todo en perfecto estado de limpieza, en resumen todo perfecto, volveríamos a alojarnos en él.

La casa estaba mucho mejor que lo que muestran las fotos, todo limpio y ordenado. Tenía todos los utensilios en cocina para no tener que llevar nada. Los baños completos tambien, pondría más toallas para los huéspedes pues pensábamos que íbamos a tener y usamos una por pareja. El lugar de l casa a mí parecer aislado y con bastantes curvas para llegar...eso sí, plena naturaleza y desconexión total del mundo. La casa grande y acogedora, las habitaciones muy bien. Nos encantó la barbacoa que tiene y aunque no nos hizo del todo bueno....pudimos utlizarla, muy completa y con todos los utensilios para ello. No había ruido en el pueblo y dormimos los dos días genial, la cama genial, comodísima. En general todo perfecto.

Apartamento muy bonito y con buena ubicación, cerca de Gran Vía, Plaza España, etc. Con bocas de metro cercanas. Patricio muy atento con nosotros. El apartamento está muy limpio y nos dejo entrar antes de la hora porque Patricio se apuro en tenerlo listo para nuestra entrada.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. Both the location and accommodation were comfortable for us. Living room and WiFi allowed to work remotely if needed. Metro was 15-20 minutes walking distance depending on the station (at least 3 stations around). One of bus stops was about 5 minutes walk. Supermarkets, local restaurants were also 5 minutes away. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Covered parking nearby was also a huge advantage. Apartment is in the building without elevator and the neighbourhood in general is not in the flat part of Barcelona so be prepared to train legs :) Pablo is an amazing host, he was responding quite quickly, was waiting for us to check in even though our arrival time was changing.

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

Durante mi estancia Elvira ha estado muy pendiente, una mujer my agradable con la que sin duda volveria a contactar para volver de vacaciones allí.

A perfect location for a visit to Jerez. Had I had a car the underground car park would have been amazing. The flat was secure and in a beautiful location 5 mins walk from the centre and many excellent restaurants. I stayed for two weeks and experienced all the sights and sounds of his little city. If you’re visiting at the weekend the locals can keep late hours so bring earplugs. I visit Jerez every few years and intend this location to be our go to stay in the future. On one occasion I left my keys at work and the hosts were easily able to let me into the residence without a fuss. I can’t recommend the hosts enough! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great location, easy to access from airport and train station. Walkeable to most attractions. Hosts communicated everything we needed prior to the trip. We appreciated the amenities and the little treats "on the house". Definitely recommend.

We stayed as a group of 6 adults for a long weekend exploring Barcelona. This is such a beautiful apartment in a beautiful part of the city. Lots of food outlets and supermarkets near by. Bus stops and metro right outside meaning getting around couldn't be easier. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, and the lady who met us at check in was very helpful. We would definitely look yo book up again if visiting again. Thank you

Alexandra es una excelente anfitrion, nos dio muy buena información de los lugares a visitar y de restaurantes en Nerja. Es la mejor anfitrion qué hemos tenido, muy servicial y proactiva. El último día que no hubo electricidad nos trajo velas y agua de su propia iniciativa. El lugar está cercano a supermercados, restaurantes y la estación de autobuses.

We had a nice time in Marta's apartment. It has all the amenities for a relaxed stay. Only nuisance was that as it's winter season and there is no central heating but a portable gas heater and we needed to pay 20eur for the gas bottle and arrange it ourselves with the concierge, this was not mentioned beforehand nor during check-in and caused delays for us having to wait for the gas bottle to be replaced. Apart from that everything was great, Marta is very responsive and friendly and even allowed us to stay beyond check-out on the day of departure.

Nuestra estancia ha sido 10 estrellas . Ben ha sido amable, cercano y profesional. El apartamento increíble, perfecto, con unas vistas desde la doble terraza espectaculares. Sin duda un lugar con emplazamiento idílico y nuestra opción número uno si volvemos a La Alcaidesa. Gracias Ben!

Acabo de celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños en el edificio Intempo y no puedo estar más satisfecho. La experiencia ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato recibido ha sido impecable. La atención al detalle, la calidad de las instalaciones y el entorno de lujo crearon el ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar con mi familia. Destaco especialmente la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el edificio, algo muy valorado cuando uno busca descanso real. Las vistas, la limpieza, el diseño interior y las zonas comunes superaron con creces nuestras expectativas. La combinación de confort, exclusividad y elegancia hicieron de esta estancia una celebración verdaderamente especial. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de mis 40 años un momento tan especial.

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits chez Andreu. Facile de se garer au pied de l'immeuble, centre ville à 5 minutes à pied et pareil pour la plage. Rien à dire sur le logement : très propre, bien équipé, terrasse sur le toit agréable. OK pour une famille avec deux enfants qui peuvent dormir sur le canapé lit. A 1h00 de Barcelone et 15 minutes de Tarragone! Andreu est très accueillant et aimable. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir!

Jättefint boende med allt som behövs. Helt perfekt för en liten familj som oss. Vänliga och hjälpsamma värdar. Poolområde med fantastiskt utsikt över Montgo. Terrass med kvällssol. Gångavstånd till supermarkets, strand och restauranger på piren. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

In een woord GEWELDIG! Wij hebben deze accommodatie voor een maand geboekt en zouden graag langer willen blijven. Helaas moeten wij voor werkzaamheden terug naar Nederland anders zouden wij hier nooit meer weg willen. Het huis was super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mijn 2 jarige dochtertje heeft de tijd van haar leven gehad want er is overal aan gedacht. Van speelgoed tot aan bordjes en bekertjes etc. De behulpzaamheid van Caroline verdiend een dikke 10!! Mijn ouders konden helaas niet zelf naar de supermarkt ivm hun leeftijd, boodschappen meenemen was voor Caroline geen enkel probleem. Ook hadden mijn ouders geen verstand van de verschillende afstandsbedieningen en ook hier kwam Caroline voor langs om ze dit persoonlijk uit te leggen. Dit is een accomodatie die wij veel vaker zullen boeken omdat je hier een zorgeloze vakantie hebt. Hou er wel rekening mee dat er geen supermarkt op loopafstand is en dat een auto hebben wel echt een must is op deze locatie. Nogmaals een 10!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l’appartement de Jaume. Celui-ci est très bien équipé pour une famille (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver). La terrasse, abritée du vent, avec accès direct au parc et à la piscine est particulièrement appréciable. Les enfants pouvaient aller et venir à leur guise et se sont même fait des copines. Le quartier est calme. Le supermarché est collé à la résidence et très pratique. 2 plages sont accessibles facilement à pied. Les alentours sont magnifiques et il y a plein d’activités (Cova de s’aigua, Lithica, Ciutadella, phare Artrutx, plages du Sud, Nécropole de Cala Morell…). Enfin, Jaume est un hôte attentionné et toujours réactif. Merci beaucoup ! 😊

Het appartement van Felix is mooi, ruim, heeft een mooi balkon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prima bed! Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar zee. Goede restaurants zijn in de buurt. Alicante is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en we raden de B&B van Felix zeker aan!
