We offer a 1st floor guest room & private bath inside our home near the Salisbury Cove area of Bar Harbor. Bar Harbor Lobster Pound, Mainely Meat BBQ, Utter Heaven Ice Cream & also Mini Golf is within walking distance. The Acadia NP Visitor Center, the start of the Park Loop Rd and downtown Bar Harbor are within 2 to 5 miles. Drive into Acadia or to the shops, restaurants & excursions of Bar Harbor or from late June to mid Oct, catch the free Island Explorer shuttle from the end of our road.

Gulliver’s In-Blue Hill

This is 8 years being ARBNB hosts in our home. Guests, one party up to 6, share the second floor that is private, simple and elegant with 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Also private parking & own porch entry that is furnished with bamboo shades, table,couch, chairs, ceiling fan, and fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave. Fire pit & access to gardens. Walking distance to restaurants, park with ocean bay beach and mountain hiking trails. Host provides drip coffee, to go cups and breakfast supplies.

2 Black Friar Inn and Pub Stained Glass Room

We are the Black Friar Inn and Pub. This is room 2 on our 2nd floor. It has a private bath and the ceiling of the bathroom was once a trolley car’s ceiling. The stained glass windows give the room a rosy Medieval glow. With two comfortable chairs and a fireplace, this room has it all. We are a B&B so breakfast is included with your stay. Please see our website for the menu. Our in town location gives our guests a three minute walk to the harbor and downtown Bar Harbor.

*Please read all notes+descriptions before booking your stay* This 2nd floor, non-oceanview suite in our historic Main House has a queen bed, a charming sitting room, private bathroom, and is decorated with plenty of antiques and fine paintings! It is located close to an exit to our beach, and our building can't get much closer to our private beach! No A/C, not pet friendly. Fans provided. **Wine & Cheese nighs cancelled due to COVID regulations**

Taunton River Bed and Breakfast, Franklin Room
