Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

It's also a 30-minute drive to Pawhuska and the Pioneer Woman's Mercantile, Tall Grass Prairie National Preserve, and the Osage Nation Museum. Talo is only minutes from downtown Bartlesville, home to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Price Tower and many great restaurant options.
