This beautiful apartment is very cozy, clean, plenty of space and is located in the center of everything. This place is great for 4 people with 2 big bedrooms. This was not an issue for me but it may be an issue for an elderly person, using the stairs to get up to the apartment. The stairway is narrow, but that’s to be expected when you have an older home. Our host responded very quickly, he was very helpful making sure I was comfortable during my stay and was always responded in a timely matter. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this place.

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. One of the best AirBnBs we have been to. Couldn't recommend it enough!

nice place in Westend of Portland. walkable to downtown and restaurants within 15-20 minutes. Nice for one or two people for a visit.

This apartment is simply perfect! I felt comfortable and safe and loved waking up to the beauty of the space, the kitchen has all new appliances and the colors and craftsmanship are impressive. There was plenty of room throughout and the bed is very comfortable. Thank you Rick! I would definitely stay at your apartment again. I also highly recommend this place because of the great, central location.

Ian was very helpful. We booked very last minute and he was able to get us settled that day. The apartment is right near downtown Biddeford. So there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby

We loved our stay here! It was an easy walking distance from downtown, but private enough that it was nice and quiet at night. James was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the check in and check out process was easy and straightforward. I’d recommend this place!

Lori’s place felt like a home away from home. The apartment was bigger than we expected with beautiful furnishings and built-ins. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked making it easy to cook meals with ingredients from Pat’s Meat Market a block away. Noble Pizza is also not to be missed.

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

we had a lovely family vacation, the house is well equipped with anything one might need. particularly enjoying the screened porch with a swing-bench and hammock, surrounded by trees and bird feeds.

Stayed here with a couple of my co-workers while working in the area. Worked out very well for us.

We had a great stay during a snowy, cold Maine week. The house was very clean and had everything we could have asked for. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. We had also asked specifically about their no pet policy as one member of our party was allergic and heard back very quickly that their policy was strict. Our allergic member had no problems whatsoever!

Excellent communication and a great beach house, neighborhood was quiet but excessable to all the region had to offer, Thanks!

Beautiful location, extremely well equipped kitchen( probably the best I’ve ever seen), very clean and comfortable. We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding on Westport Island and it was the perfect location for us. convenient to the wedding but also near restaurants and stores for all our last minute needs. Tara was very proactive in her communication and responded quickly when I had some questions. I would definitely return and highly recommend a stay.

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

If you're looking for a little bit of peace and quiet, a decent meal or a drink on the beach, and to fall asleep to the sounds of waves calmly crashing than this is the place for you! Let's start with the host Sameer. Very clear and concise with visit guidelines and very quick to respond to any messages. Fantastic. The condo itself is spotless and pretty much has everything you need whether it's coffee in the morning or cookware for an afternoon dinner. Now haven't been to the Brunswick quite a bit I do know the music and crowds in the summer can be a bit much, but being able to easily go upstairs to this condo that is on the opposite side of the band I'm sure is a nice way to end your day with having the opportunity to sit on the deck to listen to the music or close the doors and relax. Can't say enough good things about this place!!

Thus was a great location for our stay in Portland. Easy to get around and plenty to see and do nearby. i will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

My fiancé and I had an amazing stay here! It is in the perfect location and check in/check out was easy and quick. The place was spotless. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.
