We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Lance was an incredible host. His instructions were clear and made check-in and check-out amazingly easy and he is very friendly and responsive. His airbnb was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. Beautiful location with an amazing view of wildlife. We had an amazing time! We hope to come again!

We traveled to NH for two nights for some sight seeing, shopping, and dining. The unit was exactly as described. Location and privacy were perfect. The balcony had amazing views. Location was perfect for our purpose. Check-in/out was extremely and spelled out clearly. The furniture was extremely comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The unit was spotless and had all that we needed. Will def stay again!

This cozy spot in South Portland is charming, well-situated, and super comfortable. Was just perfect for our stay to be near our daughter and her family for a week. I also really appreciate Wynne's attention to sustainability and eco-friendly touches.

Caitlin’s place was so quiet and cute! The perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub in room was amazing and the view is breathtaking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Sooooo relaxing. Fun to hop to Portsmouth or shop in Kittery for the day (we did both). As we were there for NYE some neighbors had fireworks and we could see them from our windows! Very cool! We all slept great and our kids slept so late every day it was a miracle.

This is our second stay at this place. It was perfect for our 3 day trip to ski and visit the area. I was excited to see they added a gym also to the lodge as well. Will definitely book again!

We only stayed for a night but it was a pleasure dealing with Sean & Charlie. Always worried when there isn't designated parking but were able to park on the street in front of the house. They were so nice leaving us with a little treat on arriving & provide a great book of local attractions & restaurants. We loved the Sauna & the Robes were a nice touch! Loved the shades & made it easy to sleep in as the sun was coming up. Was a little cold but nice to have the electric fireplace & the comforter on the bed was amazing (almost too warm while sleeping). Was very accessible to downtown & their place had everything you could need! Was worth the price!! Only downside & really depends on the person but if you are a light sleeper it is an older house so you can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs & the bedroom windows do face the road so you can hear the cars driving by. Wouldn't stop me from coming back though.

The condo is cozy and inviting, with a clean and well-organized space that made us feel right at home. The bed was firm yet comfortable, and the bedding was incredibly soft—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary makeup wipes, water and coffee, which added to the comfort of our stay. The location was also fantastic—close to great restaurants and everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.

I stayed one night at Erics’ AirBnb with my girlfriend. It was amazing. Everything was very clean and it was exactly what the photos showed. The jacuzzi and views were definitely a highlight. It was 10 minutes away from Downtown North Conway which was really nice as well. Eric was very helpful and friendly, He responded to questions and comments very efficiently and was very caring. We had an amazing stay, I would 100% stay here again in the future. I highly recommend. Thank you!

Thanks, Mark for letting us stay in your wonderful condo at the seasons. The place was nice and clean and quiet. Easy drive to the ski resorts as well as all of the attractions in North Conway. The Seasons Resort is great for kids as it has the clubhouse with the pool, video games, pool table. I really enjoyed the hot tub but I got my butt kicked at ping pong by one of my Kids. Great time had by all!

This is my favorite AirBnB So comfortable, clean, relaxing atmosphere Has everything you could possibly need and more Set up is so cozy and welcoming... Other places dont offer so many amenities and often they seem like left overs or an after thought...not Jeff's place...very top notch will be there for a third stay for sure

Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

This is such a lovely place! Close to lots of ski areas, just down the road from a great hiking trail, filled with nice amenities (hot tub, table tennis, well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture), and lots of room to spread out. Only downside I can think of is the road noise from the nearby highway, but the white-noise machines do a good job of removing any bother from that. If you need a convenient and comfy home base for an active getaway, this place is hard to beat!

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

Last minute april vacation with the wife and my 2 boys, we absolutely loved the property and enjoyed the yard by day and fires by night. The sauna was super cool and the hot tub as well! Everything was super clean and just such a great secluded little spot close to so much to do we will be back again! Thank you to Ashley for being a super host to us!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! Darryl was an amazing host, super responsive and full of great local recommendations. The place was spotless, cozy, and just a short drive to Sunday River where we skied. We loved using the sauna, hot tub, and game room, it was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, and we spent evenings by the fireplace with a glass of wine, enjoying the beautiful view from the terrace. We had a great time staying at Nicks! It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend away. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us and it never felt crowded whether we were in the kitchen or getting ready in the bathrooms. The hot tub and sauna were huge hits for us! Overall an amazing spot to go relax, recharge, and have a weekend in with your favorite people. Nick sent us all the check in & out info ahead of time which made things super easy. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and enjoy. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again.
