We were very lucky to have found this awesome location! Very close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. A quiet neighborhood and very walkable-thoroughly enjoyed walking the Monon Trail which was a short walk away and dog friendly which was a plus for us. Dogs welcome at this location and fenced yard allowed us to let our dog out without worry. All basic needs in the house to make us very comfortable - highly recommended this location!

The house was wonderful, spacious, easy to find, and so close to the B-Line, it made it very easy to walk anywhere!

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

Mike was an amazing host! He was super responsive at any time of the day and left the porch light on for us knowing we would be arriving late. As soon as we walked in, we could see how clean, organized, and spacious it was. It was warm and welcoming. We liked the personal touches of a basket of blankets, full length mirror, and night stand in each room. And the area around the neighborhood was so nice. A beautiful park to walk around and in town so not far from necessities if you needed something. But far enough from the bustling of city noise and for some peace and quiet at the house or park. Thank you for such a welcoming home. I would definitely need to book again next time in town!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 children. Having my daughter and son -in-law and their boys on a separate floor (with their own bathroom) was great! I'm sure they would have enjoyed the backyard if it wasn't pouring down rain the entire time during our stay.

Was even better and bigger in person! Was adorable and fully stocked and was a great place to stay for a girls trip. Everything was homey yet funky and modern and colorful. Couldn’t recommend more! Host was accommodating and responded quickly to questions. Had great nights downtown and just staying in. Would love to come back!

I had a great stay! The home is beautiful and very private despite being in a busy neighborhood. All of my favorites nearby (tickle pickle, sidewinder) are a very short walk! The home feels welcoming and everything I needed was provided. There’s a giant bathtub on the second floor that definitely aided in my quest for relaxation! The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in the home. The owners’ great photography was on display which is so personal and fun :) AND I believe I read in the guidebook that the other owner is a contractor and helped fix up the house which is very impressive. It was more than I expected even and I’ll definitely be back with my pup and my partner!

Kim helped me get reservations set up for my parents anniversary, for the second year in a row. She is extremely kind and helpful, and my parents loved her place and the area so much they went back! Very clean and nice place, plenty of extra amenities, beautiful views of the lake and surrounding area and wildlife, good restaurants within driving distance, and plenty of privacy and a feeling of safety and calm! Thank you again Kim from all of us, especially my very happy parents!

Our family's experience at Nick's place was really amazing. We have a young family of 7, so the spacious property was a perfect fit. Nick's place was free of clutter, and the overall design was supported the luxurious simplicity. Our 5 kids could not wait for the game room and movie theater. Mission accomplished. Nick even allowed us an earlier check in that the listing indicated, and when we arrived they had orchestrated an Easter egg hunt for the kids. We were like, "what?!?!". The kids spent the first 30 minutes sprinting from wall to wall trying to find eggs 😂. Thanks Nick!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jared’s cottage! Felt right at home! There was an issue with the hot tub but he had someone come out right then and there to take care of the issue. Very responsive and flexible!

This is a beautiful quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Would definitely stay again!!! Great host!!!

My kids and I would 100% recommend Monica’s place! She went out of her way to make us feel at home. The area is so beautiful that I was talking to my kids about moving there! We loved getting to hang out with the kids and the cats too!

We had a fabulous stay - David was the most responsive host, and stocked all kinds of snacks and staples for us in the kitchen. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was one of the best equipped that we have seen. But the indoor pool house and all the water toys for the kids was truly amazing - kept them happy and occupied all weekend! Thank you!!

Great cabin! Stayed for a weekend getaway, the hot tub was great and very relaxing! Would definitely visit and stay again!!

a cozy little stay! it was an excellent deal for our family of 7 +a baby to stay for a night. the kids enjoyed the games and the furniture was comfortable!

My stay here was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and so peaceful and serene. The bathroom is gorgeous, the bed was so comfy. Kathy was wonderful to speak to and I felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back this way.

Josh's place worked great for our family. It was close to our weekend activities and was near many different restaurants. The house was clean and had a great layout. There was some road noise, but there is a sound machine thoughtfully placed in the bedroom to help with that. I would recommend staying here.

I was blown away by this house! I had never stayed in a tiny house. It was exactly what I needed. I must say the house and property exceeded my expectations! You are greeted by beautiful gardens full of flowers, stained glass artwork and water features. The porch is heavenly. Barbara thought of everything for this house including motion sensor lights, toiletries in the bathroom and much more. She was responsive to any questions I had. My only regret is I didn’t find this gem sooner. I didn’t want to leave. I felt like I was away on a retreat.

Perfect location and house for a quiet family vacation. Lovely setting in the countryside on a river. 2 nice bedrooms and excellent beds. Fully applianced with coffee and spices; they even had smores makings ready for us! Very clean!

Our stay was comfortable even with 2 families. It is close to necessary shopping, and less than 20 minutes from the Dayton Convention Center where we attended the TTD Homeschool Conference.
