We had a lovely time at the house. The space is perfect for a weekend away, with each bedroom being unique and gorgeous. The location was great as well.

The cottage is lovely. Nicely furnishing and very clean. Great outdoor space which we enjoyed. Tim gave clear instructions on our arrival with regard to facilities and departure information. Lovely shops and restaurants nearby and many places to visit for a walk. 10 minutes walk from the train station so very close to public transport.

Richard's place was the perfect retreat for a weekend escape to the beach. The weather played along and we had a great time in Whitstable. The house was a home-away-from-home, had all the amenities, was thoughtfully prepped for 2 adults and 4 children+ the dog and is walking distance to the harbour and town centre. Perfect weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jamie's Cottage in Whitstable. It had a great location, is airy and stylishly furnished, lots of great art prints and in the typical style of an English fisherman's cottage. Everything we needed was there, the kitchen was well equipped and Jamie made sure we were comfortable. I only realised afterwards that dogs were allowed, but it was really very clean and you didn't notice a thing! Above all, the bed was super comfy, there was great bed linen and the shower was perfect (in some holiday homes it's a disaster). Thank you Jamie, we would love to come back!

Abi’s place was exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. The house was well stocked, spotlessly clean, homely and the perfect size for us. With free parking outside it was ideal for our work van. The neighbourhood was quiet, which helped get a good nights sleep each night. It’s a short walk to the local pub for dinner and drinks and has a convenience store on the corner for any essentials. Abi was a wonderful host, with clear instructions, making it easy for us to check in and out. We were made to feel very welcome and would recommend Abi and her home to anyone!

Beautifully quiet and spotlessly clean ground floor apartment; cosy and warm with a comfortable bed and good strong shower. Very close to the town centre (only 5 minutes walk) and although it's on a relatively busy road there was very little traffic noise. Anna was a gracious and helpful host. I thoroughly recommend the place, it's a great place to stay.

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

Great place for us to stay having two daughters in Bishops Stortford. Very clean and well equipped property. Lovely garden space.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

Clean and well organised space, with nice personal touches! My gf and I sincerely appreciated Heidi’s responsiveness and attentiveness! Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a short stay in Southend!

Daniel & Jenna very warmly welcomed us into their little stay, and it was just what we needed, great value for money, comfortable and a friendly welcome meant this is the perfect spot for us. It was super convenient being so close to Stansted Airport, we will definitely stay again next time we fly out! 10/10 we recommend!

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Thank you to Mark and Maxine for hosting such a fabulous apartment!

Pebbles by the Bay is a wonderful place with a great view of the sea. We stayed for a couple of nights and found the place exactly as advertised. Checking in, finding the parking and pretty much everything else was spot on. The place benefits from its close proximity to the beach, the local pier and there are plenty of eating joints at walking distance. Anji is a great host and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a great time this summer.

Absolutely stunning place with great local surroundings. Such a homely small place with everything you could need.

This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The garden and view was breathtaking and we could not have enjoyed our time at Cherrygarth any more!! The bed was AMAZING!! My husband and I are a bit older and can have trouble sleeping comfortably- not here!! My husband proudly proclaims Diana as “our best friend in the UK”(we are visiting from USA). There is no way to give a high enough review for Cherrygarth- if you are in the area- STAY HERE!!!

Tom’s place is the perfect place for exploring the beautiful city of Canterbury. It’s a short walk from Canterbury East station and the centre of town but is peaceful regardless. Tom himself is the perfect host - communicative, clear and willing to go that extra mile with personal touches that made us feel welcome. If you’re unsure wether or not to book this place for your stay in Canterbury then trust me when I say you won’t regret it 😊

Carol was such a wonderful host. As soon as I drove in she had come out to greet us pleasantly. She went to retrieve the key for us which was a polite gesture and showed us around The Annexe which was amazing when we got in. She also helped us with a few things and The Annexe had everything that was listed in the description. A must visit if you're in the area and I would be likely to visit again.

Piglets Penthouse is a great place to stay. Parking is a real bonus in Whitstable. The apartment was beautifully clean on arrival. The decor is lovely, interesting but also very comfortable. Really thoughtful hosts. I would definitely stay here again
