We had an amazing stay at Courtney's place! It truly was just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Courtney was extremely friendly and responsive and gave very clear directions. All the beach gear was wonderful to have, especially the cart. I would definitely recommend staying here, we had a lovely time!! Thank you!

Our apartment was very clean, sheet as well. The kitchen had everything what you need, there were plenty of towels in the apartment and beach supplies were helpful. The contact with the landlord was very good, he was nice and answered quickly, Is also access to a new washer and dryer. The only minus was the mess in the garden and old junks that were everywhere, as well as the neglected greenery. 9/10

Jack and the condo were both wonderful. He was responsive and flexible with our initial booking being canceled. Can’t wait to book our trip back!

This was such a cool little place! Close to access 13 for the beach. Small place and it was my wife and I. We tend not to spend much time inside and this place was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. Little kitchenette , Ac worked good, pool right outside, bathroom was nice , king bed was comfortable. The Tv uses Roku, so if you sign into your Netflix or Hulu account don’t forget unsign out! If available the next time we spend an overnight in siesta key, we would stay here.

I have grown up on the beach of longboat key. Some of my favorite memories are shared walking the white sandy beaches. When all of the places I used to go got town down I was so sad my daughter and husband wouldn’t be able to experience the joy I found growing up. This place has become my new favorite place. Room as close to the beach and pool you can get. Clean, quiet, and perfect for a peaceful getaway! Heidi is thoughtful and quick to respond. Can’t wait for our next vacation!!

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

We had the perfect girls trip. Siesta beach is beautiful and right across the street! Having beach chairs & umbrellas available is super convenient. Your backyard oasis is a great place to relax & enjoy the pool. Will definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to the area.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

Well equipped and clean kitchen. Actual glassware was welcome surprise. Often rentals offer old plastic cups. Not so, in this case. Beach chairs and umbrella are clean and in good repair. Area felt secure. Two minute walk to beach. Our restaurant experience. 1)The Cottage in The Village was good. 2)Avoid the Siesta Key Oyster House (fried oysters and grouper bites taste like Costco freezer section, southwest quinoa salad was good). 3) Turtles on the waterfront dinner was good. "Top shelf margarita" @ $14 was sour and tasted like it was poured from a bulk mixer. We sent it back. The bartender should have been better. Dior promptly responded to any question that we had. This was a good rental.

I stayed at this house in Sarasota and really enjoyed it. The place was super clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, which was great for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen had all the basics, the bed was comfy, and the AC worked perfectly — a lifesaver in Florida! The host was friendly and quick to respond anytime I had a question. If I’m ever back in Sarasota, I’d definitely stay here again.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Betty is an excellent host. Clean and spacious for a studio! Loved the pool. Close to Siesta Beach and nice restaurants. We will definitely come to rest and relax at this peaceful Airbnb. Thank you

Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!

Stay was great! This is the second time we have stayed here. We will definitely be back! Only complaint I have was the bed in master bedroom wasn’t that comfortable to me. But that won’t keep me from coming back!

Everything was as described, location is perfect right across Siesta Beach. Restaurants / shops were a short drive away, which was preferable for us traveling with a 5 & 8 year old (did not want to be in middle of chaos). Condo is modern, had everything we needed (including beach toys for kids which was not really expected). Instructions were spot on, did not reach out to Geoff until 2nd to last day of our stay and when I did I got a response back in minutes. Would definitely recommend this rental, it was our first time to Siesta Key, we fell in love with place and plan to be back soon. Geoff was a gracious host, you could tell he wants guests to feel at home & has done a great job accomplishing that

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

Had a great stay. I sure wish I could have stayed a few more days. I would definitely stay here again.

William was a great host and his home had everything we needed for our stay. The distance to the bay and private beach were both perfect and we even got to see a few dolphins in the bay in the morning! We will definitely be back!

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

This was our second year to stay in the same unit in Casey Key. We had the same issues with the TV and lights as we did the previous year. Due to that nothing was done, we did bring it up. Natalie acknowledged the issue and was able to secure a small refund. We plan to visit again next year. We love the unit and the area! It was nice to meet our hosts and engage in conversation.

Great location. Nice morning walks to the corner store for a paper or stroll to Siesta Key Beach. Evening on the Bay Oaks pier fishing or sitting on the lanai in the breeze. Would definitely return.

This is the perfect vacation rental! The condo is spacious and very well maintained. Has lots of amenities to offer. The location could not be more ideal… walking distance to Siesta Key beach ( right across the street). Has a stop in front of the building for Siesta Key trolley that takes you to Siesta Village. Kathy is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and replies quickly. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and looking forward to going back!
