Authentic NM Adobe, hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchen, a comfy queen bed, 2 built-in bunk beds for kids, and a memory foam pull-out couch. Walk just 2 blocks to Historic Old Town to shop from local artists, enjoy great restaurants, and explore museums like Explora, the Natural History Museum, and the Museum of Albuquerque. Tiguex Park is nearby for dogs and kids! Convenient access to I-40/I-25 with parking for U-Haul. Well-behaved dogs are welcome; please check the box (no cats, please)!

Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

The charming neighborhood, which is over a century old, is highly walkable and bike-friendly, with a well-established bike route just a half-block away from the Airbnb. Within a block or two, there are numerous restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. This prime location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the city with so many attractions just a short drive away.

You'll enjoy a stylish and design centered experience at this centrally-located, bright and peaceful home. This adorable one bedroom casita features eco-friendly products, classy Deco decorating, and an extra cozy Keetsa king bed. The combination of minimal aesthetics with just the right flashy Deco touch creates a cozy, inviting interior. The Casita is completely private and is heated and cooled by mini-splits in the living room and bedroom. There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.

Guest Casita Downtown/Oldtown

This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

Old Town Lofts

This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. Step out your door and walk to over 100 shops, restaurants and galleries offering unique Southwest and Native American merchandise. The Outpost 1706 Taproom is directly across from the loft where you can enjoy locally crafted beer, wine and spirits. Noisy and Sheehan wineries are located in Plaza Don Luis. Parking is available on site.

This modern southwest casita sits snuggly on our 1923 historic adobe property blending olde materials and modern amenities. Artist constructed; it brings a modern twist to your Albuquerque adventure. Casita is Spanish for little home, and this casita is entirely a home. This cozy studio is nested in the heart of downtown Albuquerque! You'll enjoy a private backyard and easy access to Albuquerque's bars, restaurants and many coffee shops, in both downtown and Old Town. The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.
