Cozy up on a stylish sofa steeped in the smart elegance of this bright apartment featuring herringbone wood floors, trendy furnishings, and pops of brilliant blue. Head to the balcony to enjoy mesmerizing sea and mountain views from a quaint bistro table. Large and comfortable living room with smart TV, fast internet, and a dining table with chairs as well as a balcony with seating area overlooking the Kotor Bay. Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, multi functional microwave, hot plate, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker) available to you as well as all the other utensils you need, First bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that could be put together. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. If you need anything at all that could make your stay better please don't hesitate to ask, and I'll do my best to accommodate you :) What I love most about hosting is getting in touch with guests with whom both me and my family share the same passion - traveling and discovering great places and cultures. I look forward to welcoming you soon! The apartment is set very near the center and the Old town, just minutes away by foot from historic sites, landmarks, museums, and scenic hiking paths. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. Public transportation 100m. Old town, by foot, in 5 minutes Third floor of the building, no elevator!

Questa casa si trova in un caratteristico vicoletto del borgo medievale di Civitella Alfedena, nel cuore del Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo, Lazio e Molise; raggiungibile solo a piedi, lontana dai rumori delle auto, permette di vivere appeno la vita del borgo nella dimensione umana tipica dei paesini di montagna. Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio libero si dovranno percorrere 200mt a piedi per raggiungere questa casetta nel cuore di un bosco ed incastonata in una grande roccia. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Da giugno si pagherà in struttura la tassa di soggiorno 1,5 euro al giorno a persona per un max di 4gg

Blue house terrace an balcony

Grazioso appartamento arredato con gusto, situato nella tranquilla via 25 Novembre al numero 31 a soli 50 metri da Piazza Duomo e dalla Cattedrale patrimonio dell'Unesco. E a 70 metri dalla spiaggia e dal porticciolo. L'appartamento è diviso su due livelli con terrazza attigua alla cucina e con balcone in camera da letto.
