A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

My family had a lovely stay at Alex house. It is a beautiful place with everything you need. David, our contact, was always available to answer questions and to help with logistics. The house was kept spotless by daily housekeeping which for us having three kids was great. Thanks for having us!

It was a good experience with Hillary being the perfect host and Celina being in touch regarding all questions. They have both been very exact with every detail. No surprises at all. It was a comfortable stay, right next to the beach for someone who wants to enjoy the dusk and the dawn too it’s THE place. The two awwdorable pawies made it extra special. They gave more love than one would expect. Will miss both Shiba and Lucy.

Exceptional Stay with Great Service! I had an amazing experience at this homestay! The place was exceptionally clean, with a well-maintained kitchen and bathroom, making my stay very comfortable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. What truly made the stay special was the outstanding hospitality. The hosts were very accommodating, allowing an early check-in and a late check-out, which made my trip much more convenient. They also recommended great hotels and reliable scooty rentals, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, this homestay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

The best host and family i have ever met. The place is outstanding the perfect blend of farm, beach and old portugal. the host outstanding not to mention the numerous animals from birds to horses . Dr pinto and his family went way beyond any expectation a must goan experience. for anyone. Great place for kids to learn about animals and farms and also for people to get away from a busy life. the best part beach is 5 minutes away and market and eating joints are nearby yet you feel cocooned in greenery and quiet

This place was just as advertised. Very spacious bungalow with a large plantation of trees. We loved the vibes of this villa as well as the delicious home cooking of the caterer. The maid and generator also made the stay more convenient. Would love to come back at the next opportunity!

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The place & amenities were exactly as described. The place was amazingly clean and well furnished. Perfect place in ECR with proximity to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach Villa in Calangute, booked through Airbnb. The villa had a serene and relaxing ambience, with a lovely pool, lush greenery, and the beach just 300 meters away – truly the best part for beach lovers. A special mention to Ms. Asha, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was constantly in touch from the time of booking until check-out, ensuring that all our needs were met. Whether it was a small issue or a quick query, she responded promptly and resolved everything. Her warm hospitality and proactive support really made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient and well-managed getaway in Goa!

I would start first from the check-in. Host provided early check-in as property was available. Care taker Ricolin was available based on our call to him. Property is nice, silent place, properly maintained, walkable distance to beach as mentioned on Airbnb. Excellent place for vacation for a large family or group of family and friends. 1 AC was not working when we arrived so reported to host and caretaker and immediately they got it repaired. Good support from both. Swimming pool is small in size and shared between 2 Villas but properly maintained. Only a small family can use it at a time. Very good open space and balcony to be utilised for drinking and smoking. Sofa placed in the balcony could have been cleaned. We didn't used balcony as outside open space was well enough. Care taker Ricolin provided all the support and arranged rent bike at the property itself for us. Overall a very good stay we friends enjoyed here. Thanks to host Indrajit and Care taker Ricolin.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

I wish, I can give them above 5 star. Parul is very helpful and prompt in reply. Mallika is such a nice person. she will really make you feel like home. place is good near the beach. My family was very happy.

Excellent value for money for what you get. The villa is super spacious and has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. All four bedrooms have large and comfortable beds, each having its own bathroom and AC. The shared space is extremely generous in space also, so you will never feel cramped. The view from the balconies and pool area is priceless. It was amazing to open my balcony in the morning to see the sea/lighthouse. The pool was very clean due to a cleaner coming daily to clean it. There was an added bonus of a fan in the porch to cool you down (we really appreciated that). The walk down to the beach is 10 minutes and their are readily available rikshaws to return via vehicle if you don't want to walk up the hill. Sreenath was faultless in his communication before, during and after our stay. I never got to meet him in person, but via a phone call and messages he was an extremely helpful and empathetic host. I will definitely return soon. Thank you Sreenath.

We had a fantastic stay at Saheel’s place during our trip to Goa. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just about a kilometer away and numerous pubs and restaurants within walking distance. It perfectly met our needs for convenience and accessibility. The property itself was spotless, exactly as described, and incredibly comfortable. The mattresses and bedsheets were of excellent quality, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate four guests comfortably. Only the washing machine was not available at the property as it malfunctioned a while back, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Overall, our stay was delightful, and the combination of a prime location, clean accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made it truly memorable. We would highly recommend Saheel’s place to anyone visiting the Vagator beach area.

Dr.Ransley was responsive always. His property was good for couples, his place was neat. Good location, lots of places surrounding the home. Bike rent and hotels are available at short distance

Can’t recommend Don’s apartment enough if you’re visiting Colombo/Negombo. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had everything you needed. Don himself was very helpful and always quick to reply. Beautiful setting, with the swimming pool and gym facilities on the roof - again, very clean and peaceful. Whilst the apartment is outside of the busy cities, there’s plenty of shops close and Uber/ Pick me also operate in the area- with prices to Colombo and Negobo between £2 to £5. Thanks Don!

The place was exactly like how it was shown in the pictures , extremely safe and peaceful . The luxury and the helpful host security guards made the stay easy and we felt just like at home

Nayan's villa is even more beautiful than on the photos! The view over the beach and palmtrees is fantastic and the pool water is warm enough at all times of the day. We appreciated the various outdoor seating spaces as well as inside under the fan. It's very quiet & private apart from occasional fishermen trucks working on the beach. We have also really enjoyed the caretaker Martinez who tended to our needs every day, including bringing us coconut. We also made use of Pradeep's cooking and enjoyed having local food delivered every day to us to the villa. There was also lots of attention to detail, including beautiful flowers around the house and a fresh water tank, so that we wouldn't have to buy water in advance. Shower gel and shampoo was provided. We experienced a power cut once in the week we stayed for around 4hrs. Battery powered lamps and fans are provided for this case. Thank you Nayan, Martinez and Pradeep for a fantastic holiday! We can definitely recommend this place!

Bimal made our stay one we’ll never forget, such a friendly host, so helpful and available to contact at all times. He organised taxis and transportation which made getting around a lot easier as the location is so private. Which was perfect. The house is on the beach in a beautiful spot, couldn’t have wished for better. Loved every second. And the house itself was succeeded all expectations! So stunning and incredibly clean. Phenomenal experience, wishing we were still there!

The place is a very walkable distance from the beach, where you can enjoy the sunsets. The stay was clean and nice and the host Xavier was very helpful, even proactive with our needs and recommendations to get around. Overall our group had a pleasant and peaceful stay. Would surely recommend.

This place is amazing. we had lots of fun over there. The host was very welcoming and always helped with our queries. This is the best place to stay in Talpona. It has riverfront just outside of the back gate. we played in the water, the locals are also very friendly. Also, you'll get to rent scooty nearby. Everything is very accessible there. Next time I'm in south Goa, I'll book this property again for sure.

It was an amazing stay! It felt really homely and peaceful with pleasant sound of the waves!! Never had a staycation like this! Didn’t feel like checking out! All the necessities were available. Bathtub, washing machine , utensils, first aid, books for reading ! Words are getting less to describe. Caretaker was also really good and explained everything!! Thank you so much Miss Bhavana!!

We booked 'A place' for a group of 6. The place was exactly as seen in pictures. 'Dilan' - the host was always available for questions. He gave us a good tour and encouraged to use all the amenities. The home caretaker 'Anusha' was on the property 24*7 and available to assist in the group activities and daily chores. We were also introduced to a local guide 'Champika' who virtually got everything done for us. Since, we didn't speak Singalese, Dilan and Champika made sure all our needs were taken care of. Over all: - Great place and Stay - Friendly and helpful Host - Excellent care taker and his availability - Very reliable and trustworthy people - No hidden charges or trying to squeez extra It was a wonderful experience over all. I highly recommend this place for a Professional meeting, Family or friends get together. Nice and Quite with access to the beach right there!! And most importantly - 'Friendly, trustworthy and reliabile' people for a stay in a foreign country!!!
