This beautiful granite gate lodge is over 200 years old and is tucked inside the entrance to The Manor Cottages. It overlooks the Brittas river which is full of wildlife all year round. The cottage has recently been renovated in a traditional style but with all the modern day comforts. The cottage has a romantic feel to it and is wonderfully private. The cottage has its own designated parking area and a large private garden. It’s close to both Dublin and the airport yet feels wonderfully remote.

Situated on a quiet, tree filled road in the heart of Phibsboro. The house has 2 bedrooms with king beds & 1 single room for 1 baby/toddler(cot also available). The kitchen is fully equipped, & leads onto a private garden. The master bedroom looks out onto the Royal canal, & the area is very green. It is within walking distance of Croke Park & the Botanic Gardens. The tram into the city is a 10mins walk, & 15 mins to the centre. This is our family home so expect a fully ‘lived in’ experience.
