Der beste Platz für schöne Tage in Venedig!!! Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit dem schönsten Ausblick auf die Lagune und Venedig, den man haben kann. Perfekt ausgestattet mit viel freiem Stauplatz. 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Parkplatz vor der Türe frei verfügbar. Einmal um's Eck eine Bar mit cornetti, ein Feinkostgeschäft mit allem, was das Herz begehrt und ein Gemüsehändler. Wir sind mit dem Rad ca. 5 min zur Vaporetto-Station gefahren. War ideal. Wir haben das Quartier schon so vielen Freunden weiterempfohlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Angelo was super friendly and even fetched us from the vaporetto station and drove us to the apartment, and also gave us a ride back to the vaporetto station after our stay. He also printed something for us. The apartment is very nice and has everything that one could wish for. Breakfast with view to the sea is amazing! It is also very quiet and peaceful, and the beach is nearby. If you want to get away from busy Venice city at night, this place is perfect!

Gli ambienti sono spaziosi, accoglienti e ben riscaldati. La posizione è comoda sia per le spiagge che per il centro di Chioggia. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano e le scale di accesso sono "impegnative" se si ha un grosso bagaglio. Le biciclette fornite permettono di spostarsi con facilità. Nelle vicinanze ci sono alcune aree di parcheggio a pagamento, 5-8-12 € al giorno in bassa stagione. Le istruzioni fornite permettono di trovare l'appartamento con facilità.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche komfortabel. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt sehr - die Umgebung ist einfach wunderbar und öffentlich gut erreichbar. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The apartment is in a fantastic, central location, with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep! We had a wonderful holiday, despite a heatwave during our week there! The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver. The apartment is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures! It's modern and beautifully decorated. We want to thank Simone for the amazing service he provided during our entire stay. He was so helpful when we arrived, during out stay and when we left, and gave us great tips for things to do and see in and around Sottomarina. We were especially grateful that he let us arrive a day early, free of charge, because the apartment was empty. It was such a nice surprise! We've never had such a great experience. Thank you so much!

La localisation de l'appartement de Chiara est intéressante, à 2 minutes à pied de la plage, tout en restant relativement proche du port du Lido (ligne V à 200 m du logement, passage toutes les 30 minutes, et lignes A, B et C à 450 m du logement, passages très fréquents), et donc assez proche du centre de Venise. Le logement est vaste, propre, bien équipé, agréable et lumineux. On s'y sent bien. Chiara est très réactive via la messagerie Airbnb. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, entre visites au centre de Venise et après-midi à la plage. Le Lido est calme, à l'écart de la foule du centre. Point négatif : l'appartement est mal insonorisé et on entendait donc beaucoup les voisins du dessus.

Alloggio stupendo, pienamente corrispondente alla foto, pulitissimo e con qualche coccola per gli ospiti (il caffè, la camomilla, un the e dei biscottini). Laura un’host reattivo e super disponibile nell’aiutarci (avevamo 4 bici e ci ha aiutato a trovare uno spazio sicuro per lasciarle). Ci vorrebbero più di 5 stelle! Soldi ben spesi!

Ci è piaciuto molto l'appartamento, molto luminoso, interni eleganti, balcone e vista incantevole da tutte le finestre. Grazie mille.

Leo e’ stato un ottimo host, preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni e veloce nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche delucidazione. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in un’ottima posizione e Leo l’ha arredata con buon gusto, non mancava nulla e ci ha messo a disposizione anche 4 biciclette! E’ stato un soggiorno molto rilassante. Grazie 😊

Rebecca hat uns schon am Anreisetag mit wertvollen Informationen (Fähre hat gestreikt!) versorgt. Wir haben uns alle Tage gut umsorgt und sehr wohl gefühlt und das Quartier mit 8 Personen von 12-80 jährigen genossen. Die Ausstattung ist super, Küche alles da was man braucht…wenn es auch einige Abnutzungsspuren gibt. ( zB der Geschirrspüler bzw Badezimmerschubladen) Der Garten und die Terrasse schön und gepflegt.. ideal um 2 Autos abzustellen. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen!

Casa Tey è corrispondente all'annuncio e l'host è cordiale e precisa. Zona tranquilla, vicino ad un parco per bambini, al mare e ai servizi essenziali. Ottimo per famiglie (anche numerose come la nostra).

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Great house, inspiring both from inside and outside, carrying a historical zest but also had everything we needed for a week of staying and cooking. We were travelling with friends to visit the exhibitions, this was a perfect location - easy to reach by vapporetto and away from crowds, with lush green garden and lagoon view - amazing sunset. Lorenzo and Alessandra were very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!

Tolle Wohnung und super eingerichtet. Nahe an der Bushaltestelle. Wir waren zufrieden und Elena antwortete schnell und sehr hilfreich.

It is our second stay and we even enjoyed it more than the first time. Is a well-equipped flat, very quiet and the host is very friendly and responsive. The location is ideal: walking distance to the vaporeto, the beach, nice restaurants just downstairs, supermarket and other shops at the same street. The perfect place to enjoy all culture in Venice (a short vaporeto trip and we are in Piazza San Marco, Giudecca, Accademia, …) and all islands around.

чудова квартира з чудовим розташуванням. Громадський транспорт не далеко. Є багато магазинів поруч. Давіде швидко відповідав, допомагав.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment, die Lage ist perfekt um schnell an den Strand zu kommen außerdem sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt, alle Räume sind klimatisiert was in den Sommermonaten herrlich ist. Genial war der Balkon mit erhöhter Sitzgelegenheit der dazu einlädt das Nachtleben bei einem guten Glas Prosecco oder Bier zu beobachten. Insgesamt haben wir in dem Apartment einen tollen Urlaub verbracht.

This is the third time we enjoyed very peaceful days at this marvelous home. The apartment is in a beautiful spot, between the water towards Venezia and the ocean. Both are within a few minutes walking distance. Everything you need is close by. The home is quiet and very spacious. Lido di Venezia has many different opportunities to enjoy,either by walking or bike ride. Flyn and Onno and me had a beautiful time and hope to be back soon.

Appartement très joli au premier avec petit balcon et vue sur la mer. Très confortable, joliment décoré, lumineux. bien situé à 500m d'une grande plage et forêt de pins. Pour aller à Venise le mieux c'est de prendre le bus pour la station des vaporetto (15mn), et y acheter un pass (24,48,72h ou 7j) qui vous permettra d'utiliser comme bon vous semble, les bus et les vaporettos, ce qui, pour quelques jours est très économique.

The apartment is great, with nice balcony, fully equipped kitchen and elevator in the building as our apartmant was at 5'th floor this was great. Only thing that was not explained was that bedlines and sheets where not provided free. We had to pay extra for those. Beside, everhthig was great.

Sehr schöne und saubere zweistöckige Wohnung. Ganz in der Nähe des Meeres, nicht mehr als 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, er war immer erreichbar, hat mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und alle Probleme sehr schnell gelöst. Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Das Einzige, was in der Wohnung fehlte, war ein Wasserkocher und ein Kleiderschrank mit Kleiderbügeln.
