Soteska : locations de vacances

The flat is quite new, all as described, convenient parking. The view from the balcony is just great! The only thing to mention that location is good if you travel by car. All shops are reachable by car only. Small beach Volosko like 20 minutes walk down the hill and same 20 minutes back upstairs almost impossible with children... But by car you can reach many other beaches within 20 minutes or so. We used Medveja beach, which has parking, some activities and beach bar. We had a great stay at all!

Sehr schöne Umgebung mit großartiger Flusslandschaft etwas abseits der gewohnten touristischen Hauptpfade an der Adria. Durch sich abwechselnden Wasserfälle + Stillwasserbereiche einmaliges Erlebnis im sommerwarmen, glasklaren Fluss, egal ob mit Kajak/Boot unterwegs oder einfach nur zum Baden/Schwimmen. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, es wurde auf Wunsch sogar ein Angelboot mit Elektromotor in der Nachbarschaft organisiert, sowie Angelscheine, alles sehr unbürokratisch und unkompliziert. Sehr selten so einen 1A - Service erlebt. Sehr gepflegtes, haustierfreundliches, großzügiges Anwesen. Die inserierten Bilder entsprechen der Realität, genauso die etwas steile Hanglage mit den vielen Treppenstufen, die man aber gerne in Kauf nimmt, wenn unten einen ein kleines Paradies erwartet. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an Teja und Ana, die unermüdliche Helferin vor Ort.

soggiorno stupendo , alloggio spazioso e rinfrescato da condizionatore e ventilatore a disposizione. 2 terrazze attrezzate di tavolo e sedie di cui una vista mare con tenda e lettino prendisole . il sig.Ivo ci ha offerto caffè e biscotti con bottiglia acqua fresca. sempre disponibile e molto ospitale. Parcheggio davanti riservato . la Villa è a pochi minuti dal mare .noi abbiamo preferito girare per l isola di krk , posizione ideale per raggiungere spiagge attrezzate a 25 minuti , max 45 minuti. Negozi e ristoranti del paese a pochi minuti raggiungibili a piedi . quindi vacanza ottima e ottimo host. più che soddisfatti. ringraziamo per l ottimo soggiorno.

Vera je bilo iznimno susretljiva, komunikacija jako lagana, uvijek dostupna, brzo odgovara na poruke i preporučila nam je neke restorane u blizini, ali nama je toliko predivno bilo u smještaju da nismo imali potrebu nigdje ići. Smještaj je jako ugodan i topao, ima sve što vam treba i okućnica je predivna. Preporuke :)

We had a great stay at Lara’s house. House is nice and cozy and it is even better than in photos. We really like the location and surroundings. There was a lot of snow when we were there and there is a great spot for sledding in backyard. We had so much fun and I would recommend Lara’s house to everyone.

We had our stay in August 23 - this apartment is a little "diamond" and offers a sensational, panoramic view over Crikvenica from the balcony. It's a pity we we never met Ibrahim in person, but it was simply not necessary - he was very well-organised, provided all necessary information in advance with pictures and answered any question within minutes via the Airbnb app. Maybe one relevant point: we occupied the apartment with 6 persons and thus, came with 2 cars. There is only 1 parking space included into the apartment (which we knew before), but we didn't know the parking situation on the street is a littebit tricky and it took us some days to find a proper place for parking. All other points are perfect - the apartment is clean, well-equipped and all relevant stuff was there, including towels, kitchen instruments etc. Looking forward to visit this apartment again!

Brief stay with my family and dog at this apartment was a highly positive experience. The apartment was impeccably clean, located in a tranquil part of Ljubljana, which allowed us to rest well, on very comfortable beds. Host Rok was incredibly pleasant; he greeted us with his own homemade natural products. I highly recommend it.

Gianna ist ein wunderbarer Mensch. Die Kommunikation mit ihr ist einfach und angenehm, sie ist jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus bietet einen großartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Pool ermöglicht ausreichend private Nutzung – wir waren sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, und vom Platz her hat es perfekt gepasst. Billard und ein kleiner Tischtennistisch stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung, wenn man Lust hat zu spielen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa zehn Autominuten entfernt. Śmrika ist ein schönes, ruhiges kleines Dorf. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Der einzige Nachteil waren die Matratzen – sie sind sehr weich und lassen sich leicht mit der Hand eindrücken. Außerdem gab es keinen Bettwäschebezug, sodass ich neue Bettwäsche bei Lidl kaufen musste. Ansonsten war alles sehr bequem. Vielen Dank, liebe Gianna, für deine Gastfreundschaft!
