We spent three wonderful days on Skogsøya. The house, although not traditional in style, was superbly positioned overlooking the sea and the neighbouring islands. The huge picture windows give an ever changing view that in real life are much better than the photos. We walked the coast road and several of the footpaths some of which climb hills behind the house and offer views over Vesterålen. You can hike to the north coast, but it gets very boggy beyond the big lake. Check the ferry timetable before travelling and if you arrive on a Sunday remember to do your shopping the day before! We would wholeheartedly recommend staying in Anders place on this magical island.

This home was huge. It was a great space for our family of 5 adults. Julie was a great commicater, and had everything ready for our 3 day stay.

La casa tiene muchisimo encanto y muy completa y la localizacion es ideal. La casa estaba super limpia y el anfitrion estaba muy pendiente de nuestras posibles dudas.

Such a beautiful place, looked better in person than in the photos. We felt like at home, apprecited the Christmas tree and the decorations! The host was very friendly and resposive. The hiking/cycling/crosscountry trail only a few mins from the house. Great neighborhood too! Hope to come back one day!

Kims home was very clean and organized. We felt right at home! Loved the aesthetic and the heated bathroom floors!

Nydelig opphold i vakre omgivelser. Ca 8-10min med bil inn til Sortland sentrum, topp utgangspunkt for turer på Hadseløya og ellers i Vesterålen! Lars svarte raskt på alle henvendelser. Anbefales på det varmeste til nye gjester, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake ved en senere anledning! Takk for at vi fikk leie huset deres Lars!

To stay at Håvard's place is a treat. You will live in an authentic farm house where every little corner has been set up to store things. This has been by far one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. Strongly recommended.

Das Haus von Charlotte ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in Västeralen. Charlotte hat uns super Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben. Wir haben auch die Zeit im Haus genossen. Es ist sehr gross, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch hat es eine tolle Terrasse, auf der man die Abendsonne genießen kann. Charlotte war sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollen Ausblick auf den Fjord und die Berge. Sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Katarzyna and her husband are very nice people. I had my own room, the other rooms I shared with the owners. When I arrived, they warmly welcomed me and invited me to sit with them in the living room by the fire. They shared a lot of tips for trips in the area. Thank you, I felt at home. :)

Sehr gut und schnelle Kommunikation mit Hristo. War bei Ankunft im Haus und hat eine Kurze Einweisung gegeben.Alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und alle sehr sauber. Küche komplett, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden mit Waschmittel. Ruhige Lage, nicht weit von der Stadt, haben es selber nicht genutzt. Nochmals Danke an den Vermieter.
