An easy 10-15 minute drive into the CBD. We really enjoy meeting and hosting guests in our new beach house. As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. Extra Large Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, storage credenzas and large wardrobe w/toy storage and space for kids to play. Stylish contemporary bathroom with vanity, storage and shower. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

This large luxury home has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, alfresco entertaining area equipped with Apple TV + Netflix, outdoor BBQ, & private enclosed Alice in Wonderland inspired court yard with oversized chest set & decking under a gorgeously illuminated tree. The 5th bedroom can be fully self contained with a complete kitchen making it easy for larger families seeking a bit more privacy or space to share the cooking.

"Armagh On The Park" A former photographic studio and gallery, this newly renovated and charming cottage comes complete with a modern kitchen, dining, bathroom and a separate living area looking out into an award-winning garden sanctuary. The cottage stands alone so you can escape and relax in your own little piece of paradise and can house up to four guests. Free off-street parking. My property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and a family (with children).

Spread out and relax! Large original federation home in a leafy heritage residential suburb for up to 6 guests. Handy central location with cafes, eateries, bus, fuel, pub and trendy strip just around the corner. Suitable for family or quiet groups. Not suitable for drinking/party groups. Modern interior. Thick walls with sunblock blinds, superbly quiet despite street location. Spacious, pleasant deck with simple garden and colourful wall art. Aircon throughout. BBQ, outdoor setting. Wheel-chair friendly. Two TVs. Secure parking for 3-4 cars. Excellent location - walk to central Fremantle. Opposite the Fremantle Leisure Centre and Fremantle park. Lovely views over Fremantle Harbour just a short walk up Tuckfield Street. Pets considered. Two bedrooms & two bathrooms.

Rita's family friendly studio apartment

Mullaloo est la plage préférée des enfants de Perth en raison de sa plage de sable en pente douce. Le centre commercial de Whitford est accessible à pied (30 min) ou en bus (5 min) avec l’arrêt de bus à 2 minute de la maison. Le bus peut vous emmener à la gare pour le voyage à Perth. À 100 m de la rue se trouvent 2 restaurants et un supermarché et un magasin de vin ouverts 24/7, vous ne serez donc jamais à court. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour indépendant.

The home is great as a holiday home for those who would like to tour the Swan valley wine region or to have access to our capital city. Located 5 minutes from the Swan River and 20 minutes from Perth. Bus and train station, cinemas, shops, restaurants and cafes all within a short stroll away. The home is well decorated and maintained and comes complete with all linen, towels etc. The home is well suited for small family extended stays and comfortable living.

Best location in Cottesloe★quiet★200 mtrs to beach

The location of this apartment is as good as it gets - 200 meters from the waters edge of Cottesloe beach. Less than 5 mins walk to a number of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, playgrounds, beach-side bars and train station. The apartment is very quiet, residing on a street with traffic restricted to local residents only. You will not find another location as quiet as this yet so close to the heart of Cottesloe beach.
