Soriano Nel Cimino : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo monolocale in cui c'è tutto l'essenziale, tra cui la cucina; si trova in pieno centro a Spoleto, in Piazza del Mercato. Felicita è stata molto disponibile, buono il rapporto prezzo/qualità, questo alloggio è da consigliare.

Enrica si è mostrata una persona squisita. È stata accogliente e disponibile a tutte le richieste. Si è interessata alle mie difficoltà di viaggio con gentile partecipazione. Disponibile in ogni momento. La casa è pulitissima, accogliente, ben arredata, molto graziosa e provvista di tutto. Sicuramente , all'occorrenza ripeterò l'esperienza. La consiglio vivamente. Dimenticavo di dire che si trova al centro della città e molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria.

Siamo arrivati in netto anticipo e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, Valentina ci ha prontamente fatto fare il check in.entrati in casa abbiamo subito avuto un impatto positivo, l'appartamento era pulito e molto curato, uguale a come si vede in foto,fatto il check in ci ha anche dato alcuni consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni e per ultimo posso dire che abbiamo dormito benissimo, il letto era comodissimo, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento se dovete soggiornare a Terni

I loved my stay at Marta’s apartment! The apartment is amazing, and much larger than the pictures show. Marta was so welcoming and sweet and easy to communicate with. Great location also, several bars and restaurants on the piazza and a short walk to the sights and the mountain nearby. Will definitely book again for my next trip to Spoleto.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimiliano’s place! He was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. The apartment was spotless—super clean and well-maintained—which we really appreciated. The location was perfect and made it very convenient for our cruise the next day. Would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

Perfetta descrizione della casa, super accogliente, molto carina e funzionale; dotata di ogni comfort con ampi spazi in ogni ambiente, tutto accuratamente pulito. Il parcheggio interno è molto pratico, essendo la casa in pieno centro, è quindi raggiungibile dal porto e dalla stazione in pochi minuti, molti servizi e ristoranti proprio adiacenti. Host super disponibile e flessibile. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

WOW! seriously am incredible stay. It was nice to have a quiet and private place to stay just outside of Rome. Tip to future visitors: it’s RIGHT off of the Sacrafano train station that trains into Rome. Stay at this Airbnb and then train into the city.

This house is located in a truly dreamy location. With the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, a generous yard, swimming pool and such a sweet and cozy house. It felt very welcoming and relaxing. Takes exactly 6-7 minutes to walk to the lake and about the same to go to town and eat lovely Italian food. The host was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend and certainly come back.

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Semplicemente un posto incantevole

What a charming home and town! We immediately felt right at home. Vittorio is such the perfect host. He brought us to the home, showed us where to park, recommended places in the town and nearby. Even shared sweets that his grandmother used to give him when he was a child. Honestly, it was just perfect. Cannot wait to visit that town again and stay in his home again. Just be aware as it is in the medieval quarters, you do have to walk a bit to get to the front door. But do book this place.

Wie waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (5+10 Jahre) dort. Ideal für Familie. Den Pool teilt man sich mit den anderen Wohnungen, ist aber nie überfüllt, oft waren wir alleine dort. Er ist gut unterhalten. Wichtig für uns, man hat von der kleinen Terasse direkte Sicht auf den Pool und hat so die Kinder im Auge. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einem Traum von einem Haus. Ruhig und idyllisch. Es gibt kein WLAN. Anfahrt hat 500m Schotterpiste. Beides hat uns nicht gestört. Todi ist 15' mit dem Auto entfernt. Gastgeberin reagiert sofort und effektiv auf jede Frage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

L'appartamento di Ignazio è perfetto ed accogliente. Bello e pratico al tempo stesso. Si trova ad appena 2 minuti a piedi, entrando in città dalla Porta Monterone, la prima porta di accesso a Spoleto arrivando da Roma lungo la via Flaminia. Si può comodamente parcheggiare lungo le mura o davanti la porta, dove ci sono sia parcheggi gratuiti (con linea bianca), che a pagamento (linea blu), come anche un parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento sotto la Spoletosfera, a 5 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento si trova alla prima traversa a sinistra, subito dopo aver superato la porta Monterone. Una stradina in salita, ma non troppo ripida. L'appartamento e composto da un grande salone, con grande cucina, due divani, tavolo e un bellissimo grande camino antico, e un carinissimo soppalco. Poi c'è la camera da letto, molto intima, piccolina, ma davvero dotata di ogni comodità e davvero bella. Ignazio ha curato ogni singolo centimetro di questa casetta, con gusto, eleganza e senso pratico. Ci si può perdere nell'osservare i tantissimi quadri o i mille dettagli dell'arredamento. Ci si sente come avvolti da un'atmosfera calda e protettiva. In cucina non manca nulla, anche se noi ci siamo fatti solo un paio di tisane. Ed ultima, ma non meno importante, c'è una bellissima vasca idromassaggio accanto alla camera da letto! Davvero gradita al rientro a casa, in una giornata fredda invernale. Altro tocco di classe è l'avere due lavabi separati, uno nel bagno ed un altro in un angolino del salotto, così, se si è in coppia, ognuno può usare il suo lavabo alla mattina. Una delle case più belle prenotate attraverso air bnb. Grazie Ignazio anche per la tua gentilezza di averci segnalato visite guidate ed eventi in città. Speriamo di tornare presto, anche perchè Spoleto è nel nostro cuore!

Alessandra è un host molto premuroso, presenta di persona la casa mostrandola e consegnando le chiavi. Un’appartamento nuovo, molto carino e comodo, scelto per un weekend di lavoro alll’autodromo di vallelunga (dista solo 3 min di auto). Tornerò!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It’s very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is totally set up if you wished to cook.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina's in Spoleto (two weeks in Dec/Jan). The appartment is the ideal mix of a traditional, rustic atmosphere and a modern, convenient functioning Italian appartment. It was one of the best places we ever stayed in Italy. Valentina was a very welcoming host, very communicative and always responding. Spoleto and its surroundings is amazing, lots to do both culturally and with regards to nature. Apart from that there are more than enough places to have aperitivo's, cafe and great pranzo's or dinners. Also other beautiful places are just around the corner if you have car (even if not, there is train station from where you can visit many other towns - just take your time and check the train schedule). Spoleto as well as the appartment and its host are highly recommended. Umbria is truely in the heart of Italy: organisation and infrastructure of the north and warmth and charm of the south! Go and see for yourself ;-)

Excellent, newly renovated clean apartment, modern and minimalistic style, we love it, and will definitely come again. Its at the very centre and we arrived late on Busy Friday night, we struggled to get 1 parking but the next day we are lucky to find 1 parking just down the house. And the cats Xxxxx

Filippo hat uns in einer Notlage heraus geholfen und es uns sehr spontan ermöglicht, seine Unterkunft zu buchen. Der Kontakt mit ihm war immer sehr schnell und freundlich! Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und gut zu finden. Es ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben! Vielen Dank Filippo! Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft!

I proprietari gentili, simpatici e sempre disponibili per le nostre esigenze. Appartamento pulito, profumato e funzionale peccato che le finestre delle due camere da letto hanno una vista fronte muro ma aperte circola l'aria e la luce viene da sopra. Piscina tenuta sempre pulita e a disposizione lettini, tavoli, sedie,ombrelloni e gazebi di ottima qualità. Disponibili anche tavolo da ping-pong e barbecue. Giardino pulito e ordinato. La sera tutto illuminato compreso la piscina. Parcheggio coperto. Piacevole soggiorno.
