Hat alles gepasst. Schöne Unterkunft nah genug an den Touristenorten aber weit genug um den Touristenmassen zu entkommen. Authentische Gegend mit allen was man braucht. Gemütliche Wohnung und schöne Terrasse.

Un véritable havre de paix tunisien ! Ce logement a dépassé toutes mes attentes - décoration authentique, propreté impeccable et une vue à couper le souffle. L'accueil chaleureux de l'hôtesse et attentions ont rendu mon séjour inoubliable. L'emplacement idéal m'a permis de découvrir les trésors locaux tout en profitant d'un confort absolu. Je recommande sans hésitation cette perle rare qui a transformé mon voyage en une expérience exceptionnelle. Merci pour ces souvenirs précieux !

Amen’s apartment is spotless and exactly as described. It’s located in a quiet yet very central part of La Marsa, making it both peaceful and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

Hanane est une hôte très accueillante, le logement était très propre, fidèle aux photos, bien placé et très bien équipé. L’appartement est à 12 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande vivement ce logement aux voyageurs souhaitant découvrir Tunis. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Absolutely loved my stay at this house! The cleanliness was exceptional, everything was spotless and smelled amazing. RAHMA and his brother were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their hospitality was top-notch, and I appreciated the effort they put into making my stay comfortable. It was a great stay in Tunis with my parents. The house was so beautiful and with amazing surroundings and there is a local market nearby and you can access to anywhere easily by taxi (it's not far from Marca beach and Carthage region, Max 7 min with taxi) The host is so friendly and help us with any problem that we had during our stay

Youssef’s place was nothing short of spectacular. The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout, with lovely art pieces and beautiful furniture. It was also spotless and quiet. Communication with the host and the host’s assistant was flawless. Youssef’s assistant was extremely polite and helpful. The area is beautiful, full of shops and cafes within a few minutes. I highly recommend visiting and staying here.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Tunesien. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Mohamed empfangen, er hat extra auf uns gewartet für den Check in. Bereits vor Reiseantritt stand er stets für alle unsere Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum, alles war wie beschrieben vorzufinden, sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Balkon lädt zum entspannen ein und wir konnten dort einige Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das Bad war sehr hell und sauber, alles war liebevoll für uns vorbereitet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal und zentral zu allen wichtigen Ortschaften in Tunis. Zum Strand sind es keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und der nächste Supermarkt ist bereits zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist ein orientalischer Traum! Wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet auf drei Etagen mit allem was das Herz begehrt, einschließlich lauschiger Dachterrasse. Zentrumsnah und doch ruhig gelegen. Der nette Herr, der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, hatte zudem gute Gastrotipps auf Lager. Empfehlung: Frühstück im Café inmitten des nahegelegenen Parks von Sidi Bouzid. Vielfältig und Riesenportionen!

Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Fotos, war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Ende April 2025 habe ich mit meiner Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Es gibt neben dem Balkon 2 Terrassen und im Eingangsbereich des Innenhofs ein Waschbecken, wo man Sand von den Füßen abspülen kann. Youssef ist ein freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der schnell auf „Schwierigkeiten“ ( wir hatten ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine) reagiert und Lösungen findet. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft. nous avons passe un superbe séjour dans ce bas de villa avec jardin les pieds dans l’eau ! un quartier résidentiel magnifique et paisible à la marsa. la maison est très spacieuse et bien décorée. tout était parfaitement propre. recommandé à 100% !

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

un beau logement bien rangé et propre le hôte est très gentil et accueillant mais la plage est un peu loin il faut prendre un taxi ou être véhiculé.

Appartement très bien situé, face à la mer, belle vue, et les rues adjacentes avec bars et restaurants; très convivial. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé une semaine, jolie maison avec de jolies fleurs,c'est l'emplacement idéal ,la mer est proche de la maison. les commerces et activités sont tout proche,tout peut se faire à pied. internet excellent.

Super séjour, le logement est propre, agréable, spacieux. La résidence est sécurisée ce qui est vraiment bien. L’hôte reste disponible en cas de besoin Le logement est super bien située proche de tout en voiture ou passage très régulier des taxis dans le quartier Le seul bémol que j’aurais à redire c’est les travaux très proche du logement. Le matin, les travaux commencent à 7h même avec les fenêtres fermés le bruit est trop fort. Nous avons eu le droit au travail même le dimanche. Mais le séjour chez Arslane a été vraiment agréable ! Je reviendrais c’est sur !
