Lovely cottage, a real home-from-home. Ideally located within easy walking distance of the town, on a quiet cul-de-sac. The area was very peaceful, and the house itself had everything we needed, with some lovely touches like delicious cookies on arrival! Pamela was very helpful, and we will definitely stay here when we next return to Stratford-upon-Avon.

It was very stressful when my wife was admitted to hospital but this property was exactly what we needed as a family base. A nice quiet street, near to Coombe Country Park for my morning walk and also got to see the cathedral which was amazing. Overall very clean, comfortable and homely - thank you!

Really lovely stay. As stated, this is the owners' home, so the property was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could need, as well as plush new sofas, carpet and mattresses when we visited. A luxury feel throughout, with considerate touches (e.g. water bottles and glasses on trays in bedrooms, huge bath towels, little treat on arrival and food to get started in fridge), making us feel "well-hosted"! I found the instructions and labels very helpful and there was a spirit of welcoming and generosity from Christine. We settled in quickly and were very comfortable. Very spacious rooms, great shower pressure (only used upstairs), parking available on the drive and road, lovely area with nearby parks and playgrounds for kids; two TVs in two separate living areas, so handy if you have kids and adults with different tastes/needing more space! Always swift communication and a pleasure to deal with.

The house was ideal for our all-too-short short stay in Stratford - very centrally-located, a short walk to a wide choice of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops, to the river and, of course, to the theatre. Abbie was also very responsive, friendly and helpful when I needed to contact her. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Fulden's was one of the highlights of the trip. The property was very well decorated, spacious, and had all the amenities you would need. The host was really quick to respond and very kind and welcoming. It's located in a cute town with nice restaurants, and just a 30min nice walk from Stratford-upon-avon. We would have love to come back as it was so lovely and homely ! A perfect stay, 100% recommend! thank you Fulden!

Great Airbnb, the host is very helpful, gave me very clear and easy to follow instructions how to get to the place, it has allocated parking spot, but it’s also literally 10min walk from the main train station, the view from the windows is very nice, little boats passing by, water, very peaceful, the flat has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, kitchen has all utensils, pots and pans, I’m very satisfied and I would definitely recommend. An ideal spot for night before the wedding at Warwick house. The Sonos surround speakers were the highlight, blasting out tunes while getting ready for the big day! Breakfast goodies were much appreciated and saved us having to go out and get bits in. Great for kids too, the tv and games kept them entertained!

Had a wonderful stay. The flat is stunning and have taken a lot of inspiration for my own. I love how close it is to the train station, town centre and gardens which we enjoyed using. We had everything we needed the kitchen is kitted out so we made food there instead. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for what we needed while at the NIHL play-off finals. A little further out than some places but easily walkable from the skydome, and included a simple breakfast which was a nice touch. Thanks!

Esteve was responsive and friendly. His place was the perfect location for attending a show at the NEC. Having two bathrooms was great. Great amenities and super comfy beds! Would recommend and would stay again.

Amazing place to stay! We came after our wedding for a quiet weekend away and got exactly that; had such a lovely time in the hot tub in the evening and waking up with the sunshine through the sky light in the morning. Wonderful hosts, reachable when needed and thought of everything you may possibly need. Would recommend a hundred times over! -Ella and Jay

Loved Dawns place. It was cosy and warm absolutely spotlessly clean, smelt lovely too, everything you could possibly need and more. What a wonderful thoughtful host.

Another year and another stay with Mick and Maxine - amazing hosts, so polite and generous with everything they do for guests. If you need to stay in Solihull and go to the NEC, this is the place to stay. I'll be back again next year, same time, without question!
