Accesso esterno al terrazzo privato con solarium e vasca idromassaggio riscaldata inclusa nel prezzo. Il centro città dista 5 munuti in auto oppure 20 minuti a piedi sul lungolago. Fermata del bus a 10 metri dall'abitazione e a 20 metri parcheggio per auto con tariffe minime. Stazione ferroviaria, Como-San Giovanni raggiungibile in pochi minuti.

L'appartement se situe dans une position de choix, dans le calme et le silence, au cœur de Pescallo avec une vue directe sur la baie et le petit port.
