It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

George is a great host. Both the place and the house were amazing. It is a seaside house offering privacy in different rooms. The garden was a useful gathering space. The nights were quiet and with full of the sounds of the waves.

We stayed in Dimitrios small house for three months, and we would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Pythagorio to book here. Just the right size, everything we needed, clean and comfortable. A beautifully renovated stone house with a small courtyard, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Perfect for us!

SeaView, was amazing, traditional style, nicely renovated apartment. The view was so very special. The 2 min walk to the beach was easy and perfect. There are lovely taverns to eat, my fav was the family tavern. Best beach bar Noya to relax on comfy chairs and listen to nice music. Best of all Chris was very responsive and left us beautiful home made and grown treats like marmalade, cherry tomatoes, figs and olives along with some lovely bread.

Wir haben die Zeit in Stellas Apartment sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung und ist für uns perfekt gewesen. Sehr sauber, in der Küche alles notwendige vorhanden, das Bad sauber und angenehm, der Balkon mit himmlischen Ausblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Einzig ein Moskitonetz vor der Tür des Balkons wäre wirklich nötig, um einen erholsamen Schlaf zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit Stella war ausgezeichnet. Wir empfehlen das Apartment jedem, der das wunderschöne Posidonio erleben möchte.

It is much more comfortable than the photos and Stella thought even smallest details. If I come again, I would definetely want to stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

Konaklamamız gerçekten çok keyifli ve sorunsuzdu. Ev her haliyle düzenli ve temizdi. Mahremiyet vardı. Ayrıca Vedat Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu ve sorularımıza çok hızlı cevap döndü. Dolapta bizim için ayrılan ikramlar vardı. Evde eksik bir şey yoktu. Çıkış konusunda da kendisi evin müsait olduğunu daha geç çıkabileceğimizi söyledi biz yine saatinde çıktık. Okadar memnun ayrıldık ki bugün bir arkadaşıma daha önerdim. Teşekkür ederim her şey için. Tekrar kalır mıyım? Evet

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Das war die beste Erfahrung die wir bisher über Airbnb gemacht haben. Wir wurden sogar am Flughafen Samos persönlich von Hanna in Empfang genommen und auch während des Aufenthaltes in der schönen Villa mit einem fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer, wurden wir mit weiteren Informationen und Tipps für einen schönen Urlaub versorgt. Bei Ankunft hat es auch an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren so nett und haben uns zum Start in den Urlaub sogar ein paar kulinarische Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank gelassen und während des Urlaubs wurden wir sogar mit einem frisch gebackenen Apfelkuchen überrascht. Wir wollten am Ende des Urlaubs mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen fahren - allerdings hat uns Hanna angeboten von ihrem Mann Mirko gefahren zu werden - einfach großartig dieser Service und der Gastfreundliche Umgang. Wir können die Gastgeber zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke

Wir haben zum ersten Mal über Airbnb gebucht. Ich muss sagen, es gab keine Probleme. Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es war sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen Pool, der war auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Eine klare 10 von 10 :)

Paradise appartment ligt op een fantastische plek, prachtig uitzicht en rustige locatie terwijl de gezelligheid van Kokkari binnen handbereik is. Het is appartement is prima, fijn klein keukentje en goede airco’s. De badkamer is aan de kleine kant maar wij douchten ook vooral buiten bij het zwembad. Het is overigens een heel goed zwembad, voldoende groot en ook diep. Als je bij het appartement naar beneden loopt, kom je binnen 7 minuten op een soort prive (kiezel)strandje, heel ydillisch. Er zijn geen stoelen dus je kunt er niet liggen. Mania is een prima gastvrouw die goede tips heeft voor strandjes, uitjes en restaurants. We kregen zelfs een souvenir van haar.

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

Evin konumu harika sakin ve huzurlu. Dalga sesleriyle uyumak çok keyifliydi. Evde aradığınız her şey var. Jannis’e ne zaman yazsam hemen dönüş sağladı. Evet Klima yok zaten ihtiyaç da duymuyorsunuz ev gayet serin oluyor. Ev yakınlarında 2-3 tane de taverna var. Keyifli bir deneyimdi.

Wir waren zu 2 vor Ort. Eine super schöne und moderne Unterkunft die trotzdem noch den griechischen Charme nicht verloren hat. Alles super sauber gewesen. Tolle Gastgeber!

Siamo stati 12 notti, abbiamo alternato giornate fuori casa e giornate alla spiaggetta davanti casa. Il tempo alla spiaggetta , compresa di ombrellone e lettini a disposizioni degli ospiti (senza doverli pagare) e’ stato rilassantissimo, mare un paio di giorni non ottimo per via probabilmente della corrente ma gli altri giorni e’ stato pulitissimo!! Ci sono addirittura i pesci appena entri in acqua, la casa viene pulita ogni 2 giorni con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani. In zona minimarket e quartiere di pitagorion a 5 min d macchina, dove hai molta scelta di ristoranti. E’ bello passeggiare fuori lungo mare adiacente alla casa. La cucina e’ dotata dell’ indispensabile. Consigliato, da tornarci.

Herrlicher Blick auf den Hafen von Kusadasi. Tolle Lage in der Altstadt mit schwieriger Anfahrt falls man mit dem PKW anreist. Dafür hat sich Hüsnü jederzeit kompetent, freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit gekümmert. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, modern renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Die Nachbarn sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Loukia ve Luka... çok tatlı ve sıcak kanlı bir çift. ilk günden son güne kadar güler yüzlü ve hoş sohbetleri ile kendimizi hiç yabancı gibi hissetmedik. Misafirler için yapılan küçük jestler gözden kaçmıyor. Dairenin içinde kendi evinizde bulunan her şey mevcuttu. Yatak odaları, Mutfak, banyo kusursuzdu... yemek yapmak isteyenlere baharatından sıvı yağına kadar, her türlü mutfak gereçleri mevcut. evin bulunduğu konum itibariyle, sahilin parlaklığı ve doğanın güzelliği bize muhteşem bir tatil yaşattı. Kendilerine ait olan sahil alanında her plajda bulamayacağınız olanaklarla donatılmış keyifli bir alan yaratılmış. Vathy limanına yürüme mesafesinde bulunan evin konumunu bulmak çok kolay oldu. Her yere yakın olması da (maks. 15 dk.) ayrıca araç kiralama gereğini bile duymadık. bir tarafa yürüdüğünüz yönde gidebileceğiniz halk plajı, diğer yönde ise merkeze kadar restoranlar, marketler ve fırınlar mevcut. Keşif yapmak isteyenlere ise farklı olanakları da sunan bu yere tekrar gideceğim

Een super verblijf gehad. Studio van alle basisgemakken voorzien. Heel schoon, airco, waaier aan het plafond en een fijn balkon. Alles brandschoon, ook de gang en de trappen. De host supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Straat is gezellig met t.o de bakker die al open is om 7 uur. Vers croissantje halen en aldaar op het bankje je eerste koffie. Vakantiegevoel ten top. De supermarkt zit naast de studio en daarnaast zit volgens mij het beste restaurant van Kokkari; The beer tavern! Het dorp is gezellig en het strand is ongeveer 5 minuten lopen. De zee is fenomenaal en fijn om in te zwemmen. Ik kwam hier voor een weekje rust en tot mijzelf komen, gewapend met twee boeken en dit is gelukt. Starend naar de zee en dan weer in mijn boek. Een griekse salade met een Samos wijn op het terras en in de avond gevulde dorade eten bij de buren (the beer tavern) Absolute aanrader. Een 10 voor Dimitris en Eirini.

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.
