Sobra : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Helt fantastisk bugt med den flotteste udsigt. Roligt og få mennesker. Flot vand og nemt at komme ud på SUP og ud og bade. Muligt at køre bilen ned og læsse af ved huset, men parkering er for enden af trapperne dvs en lille stigning op af trapper for at komme til bilen og skraldepandene. Værten responderer hurtigt på alle forespørgsler og det der manglede i køkkenet, det skaffede de. Kommer meget gerne igen. Senge til den hårde side og man kan høre overboen, hvis de rykker rundt på stole, men man kan til gengæld ikke høre noget fra omgivelserne ellers. Der kan være myg, så husk myggespray. Husk at købe ind på fastlandet, da udvalget er begrænset på øen. Nationalparken og Odysseus Cave er værd at besøge, begge utrolig smukke.

Amazing stay. Beautiful clean apartment with an amazing view. We felt very at home and comfortable, place had everything we needed and more. Bonus with the lovely visits from a gorgeous cat and the adorable tortoises in the garden. Mateo was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend. Thank you :)

Wir waren zu zweit einige Tage in diesem wunderbaren Apartment. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt am Apartment parken. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war perfekt sauber, mit allem was man sich wünscht ausgestattet und alles wie beschrieben. Es ist in Realität viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Kommunikation mit Filip und seiner Mama war prima. Der Strand und das blaue Meer vor dem Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Great place to stay Ana responded promptly to any messages - Spotlessly clean . Great view over the harbour . Easy to walk to the old town or to the harbour for boat cruises to the islands . Recommend 100%

Es war eine schöne Woche Urlaub in Sustjepan, bei Antun. Die Busverbindung nach Dubrovnik war sehr gut, alle 10 Minuten fahren 2 Buse. Wir haben Ausflug nach Dubrovnik um 8:00 gemacht, bis ca. 11:00. Denn danach kommen die ganzen Gruppen von Touristen und dann kann man sich dort überhaupt nicht mehr bewegen 🫣. Die Wohnung war sauber und direkt am Wasser gelegen, wunderschöne Aussicht auf all die Schiffe und Bötchen, die vorbei fahren😀🚤🛳️⛴️. Antun war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, hat sofort auf all unser Nachrichten reagiert und geantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür ✨

This was a great stay in an excellent location. Be prepared for some stairs but it was easy to get to everything within the Old Town. The apartment has all the basic needs.

Wow. An amazing place. It’s quiet, peaceful, and truly a unique find. The house itself is no frills and nothing overly special, but it was perfectly adequate. However, you book this place for the location. We spent hours on our private dock relaxing. A few things to note, the inlet you are in is semi private. There are 4 houses, but one of the houses it’s right next door. Like just a few meters. You even share driveway part of the staircase down to the sea. Another family was staying there and they were friendly, quiet, and respectful. But you will interact briefly if it’s also booked as it’s so close. But it’s so wonderfully peaceful. I would 100% stay here again. I was truly in awe staring at the sea everyday. I’ve stayed in many many many airbnbs over the years, but this one was magical.

Petit hâvre cette maison au bord de l’eau, accessible par un escalier, avec ponton privé, BBQ, terrasses au calme. Restaurants et supérette à 600 m. Très bon accueil (à distance) de Frano. Tout est propre, comme neuf, clair, logement très agréable. Superbe île avec son parc national et ses lacs salés, ses îlots. Nous recommandons.

A wonderful host and a great place to stay!!

Words can’t describe the amazing House Nika… it simply needs to be experienced! Amazing location, I was looking for a place to rest and recharge, this is exactly what House Nika offered. We didn’t have a car, but walked into the village for dinner on a few nights, the local people friendly and welcoming. We didn’t venture much further, we really didn’t need to! Appreciated the contact from Ana mid way through, though we had everything we needed. An absolute treasure of a find… thank you 🤗

Bei Kole und Irina was für ein Glück ein Rückzugsort, so still, so weit vom Lärm zurück. Die Ruhe hier trägt sanft durchs Land, wie eine Pause, vom Alltag entspannt. Die Wohnung: Ein Traum, mit Liebe gemacht, man schläft hier so gut durch die stille Nacht. Und wenn die Nacht sich leise senkt, der Himmel sich in Sternen schenkt, dann spürt man hier – ganz ohne Licht, wie schön die echte Dunkelheit spricht. Kein künstliches Leuchten, kein greller Schein, nur Sterne, die für dich da allein. Sie erfüllen Wünsche, noch eh man sie nennt, und zeigen, was echte Gastfreundschaft kennt. Ein Ort der Erholung, charmant, voller Glück – wer hier einmal war, möchte wieder zurück.

Upea ympäristö ja ystävällinen majoittaja. Keittiössä ei ole pöytäkalustoa, mikä on hyvä huomioida jos aikoo tehdä ruokaa sisätiloissa. Ulkona katoksen alla on hyvä pöytäkalusto. Ostimme uuden leipäveitsen, jolla sai leipää leikattua , pannun voisit uusia itse 😀 Ei paljon upeammin voi päiväänsä aloittaa, kun juoden kahvia kosken pauhussa ja lintujen konserttia kuunnellen.

Amazing location! This place has all the views and privacy needed to relax and unwind. Ante was Outstanding as our host, he was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants, parking, and attractions. Would definitely return and spend more time!

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We absolutely loved the apartment and the gorgeous gardens. We enjoyed the pool and other amenities and when a huge storm hit we were so grateful for Netflix. The apartment is perfect with lovely finishing touches and we used the kitchen daily. We wished we could have stayed longer as we slept so well. It’s an easy walk to the supermarket and beach which we did often. Would love to come back one day and spend a week. Thank you to the wonderful hosts who have put so much effort into this little piece of paradise.

We had to book Mario’s place last minute and we are very glad we did! Mario’s dad Luka gave us a warm welcome and great recommendations! Old town is about a 10 mins Uber ride. We would stay here again, Thank you Mario!

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Ich traue mich fast gar nicht, eine so gute Bewertung abzugeben, da sonst die Wahrscheinlichkeit steigt, dass die Unterkunft ausgebucht ist, wenn wir das nächste Mal kommen wollen 🙈 Die 4 Wochen, in Lukas Apartment waren echt super schön! Das Apartment ist sehr schön, die Lage ist super und Luka ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Host! Es gab sogar ein Willkommens-Leckerli für unseren Hund, der die Fußbodenheizung in der Küche sehr genossen hat 😊 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! PS: das WLAN ist sogar weitaus schneller, als Luka es angibt.

First of all I’d like to thank the hosts for everything they have done for us including giving us local recommendations, helping organising airport transfers and overall being the perfect hosts. The highlight of the place was the views surrounding and how tranquil and peaceful the surrounding was. We also got the best value for money boat tour from them around the surrounding islands with drinks included. Thank you Anita, it’s a must stay.

From beginning to end, a perfect vacation at Lorena‘s. Lorena as well as her parents are the most attentive, helpful and amazing hosts. Aside from checking in, Lorena kept us up to date with events in the area and spoiled us with her help. The apartment has everything you need for your stay as Lorena thought of all the necessities visiting guests may require (more than enough towels, shower items, stocks of toilet paper, cooking oils + spices, pots and pans, etc.). I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the whole apartment - sparkling clean! And the private beach … heavenly. Crystal clear, cool water, a quiet and calm sunbathing area reserved only for guests of the house are a valuable luxury away from the loud and crowded beaches. I can only recommend this place warmly and hope to come back soon myself:) Thank you to Lorena and her parents for this wonderful and exquisite week!

We loved our stay! The standalone house is near the beach, though we mostly visited others nearby. The two bedrooms were great—one with twin beds and a sea view, the other with a king bed facing a peaceful garden. The place was spotless and well-equipped with a washer, dishwasher, and a cozy kitchen. We especially enjoyed the two terraces—one sunny with a sea view and the other shady overlooking the garden. The hosts were amazing, especially during the hurricane. We had a wonderful time and made great memories. Thank you!

It was a beautiful apartment in a perfect location away from Old City and on the beautiful Lapad area.. Very comfortable with everything right there in the premises. Mubera was very informative and her recommendations were all fabulous. I recommend it for anyone traveling to Dubrovnik. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.

Tako lokacija kot apartma sta presegla naša pričakovanja. Apartma sodobno opremljen in izredno čist. Ima vso oziroma celo več opreme kot jo pričakuješ za robinzonske počitnice. Zasebna plaža in lokacija apartmaja nudita zasebnost in mir, da se lahko spočiješ. Cesta je res slabša vendar tako mora biti, saj drugače bi bila lokacija preveč obiskana in z veliko turistov s čemer bi izgubila svoj čar. Malden in Momir sta izredno prijazna in vedno priskočita na pomoč v kolikor kaj potrebuješ kakor tudi z nasveti. Imeli smo se noro lepo in škoda, da je vse tako hitro minilo 😄.
