Great location. The view to the Mersey and Liverpool is outstanding. Calm surrounding, easy to park. Liverpool city center is only 15’ away by car. The apartment is very confortable. Jane has been adorable. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was near enough to the city and the Albert Docks. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. We would recommend and Nicci was very responsive to any queries that we had.

I'll start by saying, I am obsessed with reviews & they make or break a place for me as I'm not keen on risking it with 3 kids. I'm Liverpool-born, so knew the area we were staying, but I'd read reviews that said it was too far from town so I was worried. I'll be honest, if you HATE walking, you're best off staying closer (or using ubers). We like a stroll with the kids and it was only about 15 minutes to Liverpool One (which is all the good stuff) on a really easy route (1 straight road in to town!). The flat is walking distance to the new Everton stadium,too, if you're a fan. Key pick-up is at shop 5 mins drive away - don't get me wrong, it's not a scenic shopping centre, but it's just a place to collect a key and you're in and out in 2 minutes - don't overthink it. Flat was perfectly clean, didn't hear a single noise from anyone else and it had everything we needed. Kids loved it and the hosts were so friendly & helpful. Free parking this close to Lpool - added bonus! Book it!

I had a great stay in Iwona's comfortable ground floor apartment on the Pwllheli waterfront. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washing machine was excellent as I was doing a lot of hiking. Right on the coast path and across the road from the beach. If you're walking, it's 15-20 minutes into the town centre where all the shops, train, bus, etc are so keep that in mind. It's a lovely walk through forest and by marshland if you take that route which I highly recommend. All told, an excellent week at a good value.

A lovely little ground floor flat on Aberystwyth seafront! The hosts were very helpful with clear instructions and lots of recommended places to visit. Would definitely book again.

Great host! Thank you Andy for all your help during and especially after our stay! Forgot my keys, and Andy responded immediately, personally went and found them and posted them the next day. Communication was impeccable! Also the apartment was perfect, exactly as described, clean, comfortable beds, great shower, and everything needed for the stay. Nice touch too having tasty biscuits, milk, tea and coffee for arrival. Albert quay and the city were a leisurely 15-20 stroll, (or cheap Uber ride away). Check in and check out were simple and convenient. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Ten out of ten!

We had an amazing stay at Marie’s place , very spacious , great outside terrace , and amazing views . Location was gereat! Very close to Snowdon , zip adventure and pubs ! We will definitely be returning 🥰 thank you Marie !

Fantastic house in a great location. Plenty of space for the family and the grandparents. Hot tub was incredible. Amazing hosts very helpful. The house is well equipped with everything you could need and more. Thanks for having us!

Hayley's property is beautifully maintained and a wonderful backdrop to the Snowdonia National Park. When we arrived we sat on the balcony in the sun and Hayley had left us treats galore. The house is fully equiped, very clean and up to date and perfect for our trip. Hayley was the perfect host with tips on places to visit and to eat, all incredible. Will definately plan to visit again. Thank you Hayley.

We loved our stay. It’s particularly lovely with the lighter evenings as the view from the upstairs lounge is stunning. It’s very peaceful but only 10 mins from Caernarfon.

We loved our stay at Clare’s house. The beach was a few minutes walk away with quick and easy access to the local Londis for any essentials. The views are fabulous from the back garden and we were lucky enough to have great weather so we made good use of the secure dog friendly garden. The house itself is beautiful, well equipped for everything you might need, truly a home from home. Clare is a great host, always on hand to help with anything needed, but also allows you space to enjoy your break. Clare was very accommodating for us and we really can’t fault our stay with our two dogs. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Thanks for a wonderful stay Clare x

Beautiful home and incredible view! We stayed for 3 nights but didn't want to leave. The house fit a lot of people very comfortably. Eleanor was responsive and very helpful. We can't wait to book again!

A most beautiful apartment in a very calm area within 20 mins walking into Liverpool centre. When we were shown around it immediately felt like home. A calm oasis in the heart of a brilliant friendly city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning.

We only spent a short time at Sea Breeze but it was everything we wanted. Instructions for arrival were sent early and very clear. And we got a bottle of wine to enjoy.

We had a great weekend. Spacious apartment with lovely views. Walk to beach or into Hoylake. Clare gave helpful local advice & warned us about a local sailing event that might make restaurants busier.

It's hard to start describing how good this place is, so I'll start with what matters most. The hosts, marvellous in every respect, I had an issue that was my own responsibility yet Neil responded quickly with a solution. Equipped with EVERYTHING, we had a welcome hamper, we didn't need to go shopping at all (thank you for the consideration and chocs). I usually take black pepper, the cupboard had three! Dream of a bed, place much bigger than it looks, high ceilings, lovely tasteful decor with a funky contemporary & vintage vibe. Musical references, retro furnishings mixed with every convenience you could need. It was so fresh it felt like a first stay! Guestbook kitchen fully equipped, could have cooked from scratch with oils, spices, plenty of pans etc plus eggs, bacon, bread, butter, milk, coffee etc. We actually lost each other a couple of times, it's just beautiful and Neil & Alex best hosts ever. * tip * Gabriellas cafe delivers takeaway, including scouse! Must stay Place!

a perfect place to stay before getting the ferry to Ireland. The apartment had everything that we needed, Michele even bought a second cot for us to use. Lovely location right by the water. Check in was super easy and Michele was very quick to respond and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is in an excellent location with absolutely stunning views. Easy walk into the town and to the beach. The bridge across the estuary is just a few meters from the door. The apartment has everything you need, kitchen fully stocked, the furniture is all in excellent condition and the beds were very comfy. The shower was super powerful. The instructions sent by Heidi were incredibly thorough and she even checked in with us via message during our stay to make sure all was OK. I highly recommend to other travellers.

Stayed for 3 days and it was amazing. Really nice views from the apartment and the house was fresh and clean too, made for a really nice stay, extremely friendly and addressed everything really quickly.

La cucina ha le stoviglie necessarie (bellissimi a mio gusto i piatti!) ed è disponile tè, zucchero e qualche altro condimento che ti aiuta appena arrivato, prima di fare la spesa. . . la casa è silenziosa, il letto comodo e la posizione sul canale molto caratteristica. Zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e da tutti i principali negozi.
