I can’t thank Anne enough for allowing me and my girls to stay and how welcoming the home was. It gave us peace during a very difficult time and I am forever grateful for it. The home itself is amazing and relaxing.

Very beautiful and comfortable home, would be an awesome retreat when you just want to relax or be near the beach. We really just enjoyed our family time here. Will look forward to coming again. Also not sure if but some pictures I guess are to another listing there's no playground out back.

Really enjoyed our stay. My family and i spent over a month here while i was working. Sandra and Tori were responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed its solitude off the main road and a place where our kids to spend time outside without being concerned for traffic. Very close to all amenities as well. The neighbors were also very friendly.

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

Fun place to stay. Convenient to all our needs. Enjoyed spending the holidays meeting up with family! Ty.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Nice atmosphere, very private, very CLEAN, and an AMAZING hostess. I would most definitely recommend this place! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is close to both Carolina and Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, lots of restaurants and shopping! A great central location to everything! This house has a great layout with lots of room and cute decorations. The beds were very comfortable! We look forward to staying there again!

We stayed for a friend birthday. We spent most of our time out exploring Wilmington but the home was beautiful and I’d come back anytime I visit Wilmington. The home has everything and the end of jacuzzi relaxation was the cherry on top. Clean, has everything you may need and communication was great !

. Our stay was wonderful, comfortable, relaxing and fun. We appreciated the fire pit and made s’mores.. enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool…The surrounding area was filled with a full day of fun things for my granddaughter to do. We would love to come back to you little Haven.. Dianne and Mark were so helpful and nice in giving all necessary instructions. Your cozy place was a 10 out of 10. Thank you Rosie

We had a short but sweet stay! The location is pretty unbeatable if you’re not going to be waterfront. Easy walk across the bridge to public accesses and restaurants and coffee! The backyard was fantastic for our toddler to run around freely and safely. The hosts were the best kind of people. They were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again! I’m very familiar with the area and the house felt like a secluded getaway from the tourists and traffic on the island. Big bonus!

I will definitely be coming back again and again, Lisa was such an amazing host, she’s the sweetest, super attentive, very helpful, and the place was clean, spacious, and made me feel right t home. Such a pleasant experience for my first time in Wilmington!

This was just what we needed. Studio with comfy king bed and refrigerator/coffee machine/microwave. Designated parking spot in driveway. Couldn’t even hear the people staying in the other unit, and we loved that we could walk (~20 min) to the main downtown area. Would stay again!

If you’re looking for a peaceful and secluded getaway; this cove is ideal for you, family, and friends. The host has covered all the necessities for her guests comfort and relaxation; indoors or outdoors. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

This place was very nice, my family and I stayed about three weeks. Everything is as advertised. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. Mike was a good host and would highly recommend staying here especially in the summer months.

We had a great stay at this apartment while visiting our daughter at UNCW with our young son. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to campus, restaurants, and everything we needed. The host was communicative and made check-in seamless. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The lofty house was beautiful, incredibly clean, and so cozy! It felt like a home away from home for us. Every little detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the hospitality was amazing. We truly felt like we were staying with family over the weekend. Heidi was the best! Not only did she give us fresh eggs and potatoes for a delicious morning breakfast, but she also gave us a quick recipe on how to cook them, which was such a thoughtful touch. We felt so welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

I fell in love with the location on the pond. The cypress trees and water were just what I was looking for. The cottage was perfect, I didn't even mind the bathroom was separate. I plan on coming back! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful yard and space!!

Our end of the year trip was nothing but amazing! Thank you for creating a safe clean space and surroundings. We look forward to rebooking this property and the one next door in the near future for a family trip. The distance from Wilmington and Carolina Beach was a pleasant drive. We even found Los Portales Taqueria and highly recommend for authentic Mexican food. Red dog farms was private and very well kept with plenty of space to enjoy a morning walk or coffee on the porch. Bottom line book it!!! :)

This place was perfect. Better than what I was expecting. Peaceful and quiet. The first morning of my stay my battery died on my truck and I asked for help jumping it off because I didn’t know anyone in the area and Susan responded quickly and came and jumped me off. Thank you again Susan. But over all exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful location with great views! The cabin fit myself, my husband, and our daughter comfortably and was stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and other basics such as sheets and towels. There was no oven but there was a toaster, stovetop, microwave, and single-cup coffeemaker which worked out great for cooking meals at the cabin. The screened-in porch was perfect for having a cup of coffee in the morning and meals throughout the day. We enjoyed the walking trail and hanging out at the dock. We saw cool wildlife such as herons, frogs, and turtles. The cabins have a great location onsite, and they include a decent amount of space outside around the cabin. We enjoyed chatting with our neighbors in the cabin next door. The manager, Michael, was incredibly responsive and helpful. He responded immediately when we reached out, literally within seconds! He was also flexible with early check-in and late check-out. All in all, this was a great place and I'd highly recommend it!
