The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk, John Smith's Bay beach 5 minutes and grocery store 12 minutes away. We also have a Labrador that roams the property. There's cable tv (includes HBO and Showtime) free wifi. This stand alone private studio has a tempurpedic queen bed, a small kitchenette (no stove) and private outdoor patio area with bbq. Conveniently located 3 minutes walk to groceries, buses, and a 5 minute drive to beautiful John Smiths Bay beach. Twizy charger onsite. There are stairs to the property & the shower is small. The pool house is a private place to stay, with beautiful views and a pool steps from your door. It offers an en-suite with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The unit also has A/C, heating, and a fan. Pictures truly don't do it justice. Additionally, the property provides an EV charging port for various vehicles (please inquire for more details). The property is a 5-minute drive from the nearest beach (John Smiths Bay) and a 15-minute drive from the airport and the main town, Hamilton

Fully equipped stand alone cottage finished to a high standard. House is at the top of a hill with sweeping views of Harrington Sound and North Shore. Very quiet centrally located Smith's parish neighbourhood away from it all but with easy access to all the amenities throughout the island. Bermuda is only 22 square miles total. The cottage is suitable for those that like to get away from it all but still only be 10 minutes drive from down town shopping and restaurants.

The closest beach is John Smith's Bay, which is a 5-minute moped ride away or a 15-minute walk.
