Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Very beautiful and comfortable house. We loved the localisation as we like quiet places in the middle of nowhere. On the other hand it was only 10 minutes by car to supermarket. It was also very good point to make trips to different places in Istria. Perfect communication with the host.

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus eine traumhafte Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es liegt auf einem großen, gepflegten Grundstück in ruhiger Lage, perfekt zum Entspannen und dennoch nah an der bezaubernden Stadt Rovinj. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Sie hatten auch tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, die unseren Aufenthalt noch abwechslungsreicher gemacht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung in Istrien suchen!

nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Wir haben die bayerischen Herbstferien im Haus von Mateja verbracht. Das Haus mit drei schön eingerichteten und hellen Schlafzimmern und einem tollen Wintergarten hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Weil der Wintergarten so toll war, sind wir sehr lange dort geblieben obwohl wir einen oder anderen Ausflug geplant haben. ^^; Mateja ist super nette, proaktive und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Hoffentlich dürfen wir wieder kommen.

Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

An absolutely wonderful villa & a wonderful host! Alan was a great host - responsive & kind: he came early in the morning in the middle of our week’s stay to clean the pool for us before we got up. He also gave us great local recommendations of activities to do & beaches to visit. The house itself is stunning - I would say even better than in the photos. It was spotlessly clean; beautiful, calming & private. We loved it as a great base for a family holiday with small children, exploring Istria. Would thoroughly recommend both host & house; & would happily come back again in the future. Thank you, Alan!

Très agréable séjour dans un environnement calme et paisible en pleine nature, mais à moins d'une heure de Motovun, Pula et Rovinj, des lieux très sympas à découvrir. Accueil absolument adorable de Nevenka avec une bouteille de vin et des clémentines de son jardin, hôte très réactive et de très bons conseils ! Maison typique très charmante, seule la douche mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour relaxant en Istrie.

We really enjoyed our stay at Merlo olivo. Rural house is clean and offers breakaway from big city rush and noise. you can sleep in silence, enjoy starry sky, and wonderful garden. our hosts were more than kind and helpful, we (humans and cat and dog) had great New Year's eve without firework noise. thanks a lot!

Všetko už bolo napísané. Ja len doplním, že na toto miesto k týmto hostiteľom sa plánujeme vrátiť ďalší rok. Ďakujeme, bolo to skvelé :)

Fabulous place and location by the coast at the end of our travels. Emil was a very warm and helpful host. The accommodation is compact but everything you require on holiday. we loved the outside space, hammock, communal tables under the grapevines where we meet other families. There was a heatwave when we went so we slowed down, enjoyed the local beach down the road and ventured to Strunjan beach too (parked easily). Emil's schnapps and olive oil were delicious!

Great Location, big Appartment, very clean. Clear Recomondation! Two downsides: - 2nd Bedroom has no door. - Store under the appartment opens early in the morning and the door is loud.

Ein wirklich schöner, sehr privater Ort an dem Mann die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen! Toller Poolbereich und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Meerblick! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für unseren Radurlaub in Kroatien gebucht. Dafür bot uns die Wohnung die perfekte Unterkunft. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre welcher abseits von der Straße liegt steht zur Verfügung. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es eine nette Sitzecke. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Ana stand und immer zur Verfügung wenn wir etwas benötigten.

We spent 6 nights and 5 days at this quiet and spacious apartment with a gorgeous view of the sea. Palmina is a wonderful host and she gave us many invaluable tips and travel advice how to make the most of our stay. She was proactive about sharing travel ideas, while giving us plenty of privacy. The private parking spot on the property was very conventient, too. It was so nice to wake up every day and enjoy the specatular view right from the kitchen or from the large bedroom. This property is located perfectly in the center among the most interesting places to visit in the area: Opatija, Rijeka, Krk / Baska, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Buzek, Motovun, Groznjan. I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Luca’s place was absolutely brilliant. Luca is super friendly and accommodating! The place itself is exactly as we expected from the pictures and was a perfect space for the two of us with our two dogs as they were able to play in the large garden. The additional facilities such as the laundry, gym equipment and BBQ were welcomed. The bathroom was spotless and shower was fantastic! We had such a lovely and relaxing stay with Luca’s place and would thoroughly recommend to anybody wishing to stay in the area. If we ever require accommodation in the area in future we will definitely re-book.
