Sleman Regency : locations de villas de vacances

Walaupun lokasinya cukup jauh dari pusat kota, tapi menurut saya aksesnya mudah dari jalan besar. Kalau dari bandara adisucipto lokasinya dekat sekali depan persis. Parkiran agak sempit untuk yang membawa mobil, namun cukup untuk menyimpan 1 mobil. Villa ini cukup nyaman dan akan lebih baik jika dilakukan deep clean di bagian tertentu. Namun villa dibersihkan setiap hari. Mas yang menjaga pun sangat helpful kepada kami. Fasilitas cukup lengkap untuk kami ber 7, bisa mencuci baju dan makan di villa. Dekat villa ada masjid bisa solat jumat dengan mudah. Ternyata kalau malam ga terlalu gelap karena dekat perumahan. Kolam renang cukup untuk anak anak bermain dan di bersihkan setiap hari. Overall harganya cukup murah untuk villa yg cukup besar ini.

Villa Baliantoro was a great stay for our family. Extremely friendly on site staff who are very responsive to any request. Villa area is cleaned every morning and rooms cleaned regularly. Safe and secure premises conveniently located behind Hyatt. Would happily recommend as great option for long stays.

Stayed at Uni's place for year-end holiday with my team. It was definitely our best decision. We had a batik workshop and also held our 2024 business review at such a cozy space, gave us a good memories ending this year. The cleanliness of the house was also top notch! And the cleaner himself was very helpful.

The villa was perfect for our stay, it was really nice to have a pool and rooftop. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. It was in a great location, close to the train station and Malioboro street.

We had a fantastic stay at Maarten’s villa. The location, situated nearly 700 meters above sea level, offers a refreshing natural atmosphere and easy access to popular attractions in Kaliurang. It’s also conveniently located along the Kaliurang jeep tour route, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the area. The staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The cool mountain air was especially enjoyable, particularly when it rained. However, during hot weather, the rooms on the second floor felt quite warm as the villa is not equipped with air conditioning. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and scenic retreat!

Meggie is one, if not the best, host I’ve ever had over 15+ years of travelling. She took care of everything, literally: driver, activities, meals, everything was perfect. And the villas are lovely! On top of it, we really enjoyed our chats with her. Should you stay in the Yogyakarta area, you will miss something special if you don’t stay at Meggie’s place. Trust me!

Had a wonderful stay at Winda's villa. The villa is peaceful and free from urban noise. The housekeepers are friendly and helpful too throughout our stay. 🙂

I'm very satisfied with this villa! The huge pool was a highlight for our family gathering. Its strategic location in the heart of Jogja also made it easy for us to explore the city's attractions. However, one thing to note is the presence of many ants around the villa. Perhaps using Hogasan could help address this issue. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for families or groups looking to spend quality time together in Jogja.

This villa is great for traveller who want to escape from busy city life. Its very calm and natural. You can see great scenery of merapi mountain from the villa. The hospitality from nino's family is the best, thank you for welcoming us. They give us voucher for the next stay. Hope we can meet again someday.

Perfect place to take a breathtaking!! The place is very quiet and peaceful, the view is amazing plus its built next to a river so you can hear the calming noise of the current while youre relaxing there. Even my son can focus and finishing his assignments there! The house is really clean, the bed is so comfy (we fell asleep as soon as we arrived to the place) :D. We also like the design of the house, the mixture of modern and traditional design makes the place look unique and also familiar at the same time. The house also has a lot of entertainment like books, DVDs, and instruments that keeps you entertained there. Mrs Puji is really a friendly person and easy to communicate with. Also the breakfast that Mrs Puji prepared for us in every day of our stay was very delicious, the fruits were also fresh and sweet. Overall i really recommend this place and the next time we visit we'll stay here. Thank you, Mrs. Puji !!
