We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. So sad to be leaving Skiathos today. Katerina was so friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the apartment. Fantastic views, great location, as long as you don’t mind steep hills, which we didn’t. Katerina was there to welcome us and we were able to check in early which we really appreciated. We were left a very tasty meal from Katerina’a mother on the first night which was delicious. And also left a gift on the bed on our last night. Very kind. We would very much recommend this accommodation and will definitely stay again when we return to beautiful Skiathos.

I can definitely recommend this location. It was clean, private, calm, on the countryside and had almost everything you need (kitchen, WiFi, terrace, barbecue place, lemons and grapes on the trees in the garden). Maria is changing the sheets once a week and is cleaning up twice a week. You should only be aware of animal noises (roosters, sheep, dogs, pheasants...) :-) - but this is charming! The next very nice beach and the bus station are about 20 min. by foot, I can recommend a vehicle to go to more far away beaches etc. Maria and her daughter are very friendly and helpful, communication was uncomplicated. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday!

Tolle Aussicht auf Meer und Inseln von allen Zimmern (nur ein Schlafzimmer Blick auf Olivenbäume vorne raus) Grandiose Aussicht von Terassen - überdachte Essterrasse mit Tisch ca. 8 Personen, Loungeterrasse mit Markise (dort auch Waschmaschine mit Pods) Oberste Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und 180 Grad-Blick nach Skiathos, Evia & viel Meer +++ toller Sternenhimmelblick! Alle Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet- Leselampen am Bett, genug Steckdosen, alle mit Klimaanlagen und Moskitonetzen - kaum Mücken wg. leichte Brise. 2 gepflegte Bäder - Duschgel & hochwertige Handtücher für alle. Ausserdem Bambusmatten & weitere Strandaccessoires zu leihen - sehr praktisch und nett! Fussweg kurz vor Bushaltestelle strassenabwärts gut zu gehen- aber Auto für Einkäufe und Touren notwendig! Wir können es nur empfehlen!

We absolutely loved our stay. It’s a wonderful house- beautifully restored and styled and so convenient. Gregorios was a wonderful host- very responsive and always close at hand. He gave us lots of useful recommendations for restaurants and buses and beaches. We’d love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Very beautiful location with fabulous views, and the cottage was very nicely furnished with plenty of space. Sally was an excellent host, lots of helpful suggestions as to things to do and restaurants to visit, all of which enhanced our holiday. Skopelos is a stunningly beautiful island, and we definitely plan to return!

The villa and its courtyard along the exterior pool is great for a stay in Skopelos. Fairly close to main town by car (~10 min), a great view over Glysteri, the exterior pool is great to use in the summer, inside you have everything you need for a longer stay. A car is definitely preferable to reach the villa. The last ~300m are on a dirt road which could be considered slightly challenging only if you're not familiar with Greek islands roads, but not such a big issue.

I brought my daughter to Skopelos for her high school graduation gift. We absolutely loved it. Manolis, Akis' friend, brought us to the house. Demtris House was exactly as described and so beautiful with wonderful furnishings and accents. The neighbors were very nice. Great restaurants nearby as well as shopping. Akis was very responsive to any questions and would check-in with us to make sure everything was going as planned. I highly recommend staying at Demtris House.

Enjoyed our stay at Paraskevis apartment. Right in the middle of town. Bus ride to the beaches. Quite in the night. Can see som spectaular aircarft landings from the balacony as it near the airport.

Fabulous little apartment, pretty well equipped, and Spyros is super quick to respond to queries, and provide anything you might need. Highly recommend

communication with zefy was simply outstanding during the entire time of planning, during, and after checkout. the place is simple and minimalistic as described in the listing: the kitchen is not too well equipped and the living room does not offer much space to hang out, but for beach holidays the place offers anything that is crucial: a parking lot just for you in front of the house, a huge fridge and freezer, powerful A/C and comfy beds, sitting place outside and hangers for your wet beach towels.

Dimitris was an amazing host, very responsive and with great suggestions for what to do on the island. The house was perfect and in an amazing location. And Alonissos, wow! We can’t wait to go back.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung sprach uns auch sehr an, da es dort nicht so touristisch war. Besonders ist der erhöhte Blick aufs Meer und der sehr große Balkon !

We felt like home! We enjoyed the evening on the balcony watching the sea.

Giannis’ apartment is just great!! Super Clean, beautiful and spacious only a 5 min walk from the port and the main town. To our surprise, the pictures are not as good as the apartment itself. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with spacious Kichen and living room. The kitchen had everything we needed including juicer, coffee machine and microwave. They also offered cleaning service daily without extra charge that was very helpful. I would wrongly recommend to everyone.

A wonderful place to stay, run by a wonderful family! Very friendly and always ready to help. Very nice and tasteful apartment, everything you need is there, if something is missing, there is immediate help. We slept like on clouds. Very clean. Very good location, very quiet. Skopelos, supermarkets and tavernas within easy reach. Parking lot in front of the door. Barbecue, terrace, even water tap for the “beach feet”. Great view and 5 minutes to the beach...one of the most beautiful on the island! Thank you for everything, we had a wonderful vacation thanks to you! Our warmest greetings to all ;o) Sandy and Vadim

big house in a really Quiet place in the woods but with normal road and 2 restaurants wigh fantastic view. as it is on the hill there was fantastic temperature during the night even during the day there were 35 degrees. also terrace for having meal outside. some furniture are a little old, but the accomodation is well equipped

We had a wonderful time at Rania's place. Very clean apartment in a quiet olive garden, superb garden and Rania was very welcoming - this really makes the difference. Also, you can find everything needed for family vacation: dishes, olive oil, even home made cake and vegetable and eggs from the garden, umbrella and toys for the beach. Definitely recommended. Also I recommend to rent a car, the island is worth exploring

We LOVED staying in Niki's beautiful and modern home. It was recently built (3 years ago), had an amazing pool, lots of relaxing areas to sit, and the view was impeccable! The location was wonderful for our family. Traditional fishing village 5 min drive away. Could run the road in the morning for a great workout. One of the most highly reviewed beaches is 3 minutes away. Very private and completely safe (the island is so safe!). Niki was so kind and helpful. Met us at the ferry so that we could follow her to the house. She came one afternoon so that we could do laundry and was always flexible on timing as our day plans got changed. Her recommendations were wonderful, and always seemed to do anything she could to make our holiday stress free. She left great honey and a greek drink for us to enjoy. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed so much our stay at the villa ! It really exceeded all our expectations. The check-in was very easy with Antony’s guidelines. The location and the view are absolutely gorgeous. We had the pleasure to walk along the coast to reach the village and enjoyed these walks so much. The villa itself offers all we needed for our little family and has a very nice designed touch. We felt at home straight away. The swimming pool under the pine tree overlooking the sea was refreshung and perfect during heat time. We had beaches, shops and restaurants nearby and Eleni helped us making feel at ease with many useful tips around the island. Clearly a memorable experience that we wish to renew as soon as possible !

Matina and Kosta’s place was even more beautiful than the photos would indicate! The views are some of the best I’ve ever seen, and the location is so peaceful and feels really safe. The villa itself is great with lots of light opportunities and balconies, and the pool was really great - felt very big and again had great views. The only challenge is getting to the villa: against Matinas advice we decided not to get a hire car as we were only there for a couple of days, however taxis were really expensive because the road to the villa is mountainous and isolated. However the taxi driver that Matina put us in contact with was really available which was helpful. Therefore if you are staying longer than a couple of days a hire car is a must, and just be aware the road is quite challenging and steep. Overall though we had a wonderful time and would love to come again to enjoy these beautiful views!

Phillipos was in touch answering any questions right from the outset. Getting us a cot and car seat for the hire car. He met us at the airport and helped with our luggage and the hire cars. We then followed him to the villa so no need to try and find it ourselves. He checked us in and gave us a welcome drink, sat down and talked through the villa and area and gave recommendations. He was there and supportive the whole time if we needed anything. Excellent host and thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful villa with stunning views from all rooms and pool. Immaculately clean and very effective air conditioning throughout. Katerina met us on arrival and was super responsive before and during our stay when needed. One of the very best holiday rentals we’ve ever used. Thank you.
