Tiny beach house with sauna

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Small cottage with EV charger - No toilet

You can sleep next to your electrical car and get it charged with 22 kw. You charge with the Monta APP. The cottage is VERY small only 5 square meters. It has got WIFI, power, heat, 2 beds, light - NO TOILET or NO SHOWER but fresh water 10 meters from the cottage. You have to bring your own bedding sheets (Bed linned or sleeping bags) there are pillows and duvets. The area is very quiet and fantastic 10 minutes from the beach. Perfect for those looking to slow down and have calm, quiet days. The closest beach is a 5min walk away but the area offers a variety of beautiful beaches. Tir bakery is within walking distance along with Olga’s grill and ice cream shop and the local town of Havnebyen is 5km away which has all your shopping needs.

The old barbershop by the monastery

Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

It is located undisturbed on a large old plot. Here is time for rest and relaxation, but there are also shopping, restaurants, mini golf and similar within walking distance.
