That place is absolute hidden paradise with gorgeous and unforgettable views from the balcony I would dare to say , the pictures on Airbnb site does not really represent the astonishing 180 degrees panorama so the only thing you need to do is to verify my words by booking the apartment, there will be no slim chance to get disappointed The spot is between 2 small villages which is top to my standards , quite and peaceful and only 3-4 kilometres from everything you would possibly need - fruit& vegetable stores , fresh fish & shellfish, bakery etc There are of course ultimate beaches around and 1.25-2h to all Halkidiki fingers by car Another host of Airbnb who undoubtedly increase the standards and put its rating to highest level Thank you !

Das Haus und das Grundstück mit Nähe zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, bot genügend Platz für unsere zwei Familien und verfügte über alles was wir brauchten. Die Terrassen luden zum gemeinsamen verweilen und essen ein, der Garten war toll für die Kinder. Wir haben sogar ein paar Gottesanbeterinnen und Geckos gesehen :) Die Umgebung war zu der Zeit des Jahres außerhalb der Saison sehr ruhig, was gut zum abschalten ist. Für Restaurants und Supermärkte sind wir in die nächste größere Ortschaft Nikiti gefahren. In der Nähe befinden sich viele sehr schöne Strände und Bootsverleihe zum Erkunden der unzugänglichen Buchten und Inseln. Der Urlaub hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen. Das hat auch an der Unterkunft und Gastfreundlichkeit von Ioannis gelegen.

Pandora was a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were many items to meet our needs, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and more. The house was very clean, and having breakfast in the garden was a special pleasure for us. Having a market right next door was a huge advantage. We would like to thank Pandora and her dear husband for adding joy to our first holiday in Halkidiki :)

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Kommunikation mit Ioannis sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Aufenthaltes war immer super. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, beim Bad gibt es allerdings keinen Duschvorhang mehr, sondern eine Duschkabine und einen neueren Boden - also besser. Waschmaschine vorhanden. In der Küche ist auch alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung war total sauber, die Balkontüren sind etwas schwergängig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist phänomenal, wir liebten es, einfach aufs Meer zu schauen. Der Strand und das Meer vor dem Apartment sind toll. Die Apartment-Anlage verfügt über eine Außendusche - top! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Für uns war die Matratze ein bisschen zu hart. Wir können das Apartment mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Amazing location, clean and very comfortable! Very well equipped! Large green space, very close to the beach, just 3 minutes away! The beach has fine sand, a generous area of ​​sunbeds, smooth entry into the water and is suitable for children. The resort is perfect for relaxation, it is suitable for families with children, but there are also many nice restaurants for adults! Good communication with Dimitra! We recommend!

This was the best airbnb experience I've ever had!!! The house was clean and very close to the sea. Hara and her family are communicative and were very friendly from the start! They welcomed us very warm-heartedly and were always there to help. I talked to them everyday after swimming in the sea. Thank you Hara and Konstantina! You made our stay very special! I can't wait to come back!!!❤

The Airbnb was absolutely lovely. It was clean, very modern and practical + there was a lovely garden with lots of furniture where you can sit , which also included a playground for the kids. Konstantinos and his mother were always ready to help you with whatever you needed. They gave us reccommendations for the city, places to eat at and beaches to go to. The only downside of the Airbnb was that the mattresses were quite hard. However, the rest was absolutely perfect

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in Nondas Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung wirklich sehr gut. Da wir Ende Oktober dort waren , waren wir konplett allein am wunderschönen Strand. Das Meerwasser ist herrlich und hatte noch 23 Grad. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher, wunderschöner Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie

The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

Η κυρία Μαρία είναι απλά υπέροχη, απαντάει σε ότι κ να την ρωτήσεις, κατατοπιστικη, σε οδηγίες κ λοιπά, με εξυπηρέτησε σε πολλά θέματα όπως άφιξη αναχώρηση, είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα,σπανιζουν τετοιοι ανθρωποι!!Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο βγάζει ζεστασιά σαν το σπιτι σου ,με όλα τα απαραίτητα, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. το σπίτι είναι κοντά σε όλα,θάλασσα,κέντρο, μίνι μάρκετ από κάτω σούπερ μάρκετ πιο εκεί,όλα είναι τριγύρω σου .αξίζει να έρθετε, εμείς πάντως θα ξαναέρθουμε!!!

I truly enjoyed both the Airbnb and the town of Afytos so much. Not only did they provide so many amenities they also were incredibly responsive and kind. I could not reccomend staying with Νίκος & Τάνια enough.

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

Oltre a essere pulitissimo, l’alloggio di Marina è veramente dotato di tutto il necessario, addirittura il diffusore per asciugare i capelli con il phon. Dafina ci ha fatto trovare anche il ricambio degli asciugamani nell’armadio, il doppio cuscino, uno più morbido e uno più duro, per ogni ospite. L’appartamento di trova nella zona alta della cittadina di Kassandreia e dall’ampia terrazza si gode di una vista a 360 gradi. Impagabile! C’è anche il giardino recintato, quindi il nostro cane poteva correre liberamente. La posizione della casa permette di raggiungere facilmente e rapidamente sia la costa occidentale che quella orientale di Kassandra oltre alla zona collinare interna. A noi è piaciuto molto il fatto di abitare fuori dai grandi agglomerati turistici. Dafina non parla Inglese, ma suo figlio Claudio è un fantastico traduttore, bravissimo ad accogliere gli ospiti e sempre sorridente come la mamma.

Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd beleefd in het prachtige huis op de heuvel boven de zee. De locatie is geweldig, met een adembenemend zicht op de zee en op de heuvels in het binnenland. Het balkon is geweldig om 's ochtends te ontbijten met zicht op zee en 's avonds naar de zonsondergang te kijken. Het huis is zeer rijkelijk uitgerust, alles wat je nodig hebt is beschikbaar. En we werden daarbovenop ook nog eens heerlijk gastvrij ontvangen door de ouders van Ifgenia. Haar moeder had heerlijk gebak gemaakt, er stond water en een lekker flesje wijn koel. Er was beleg, toast, koffie, thee... Ook de badkamer was rijkelijk voorzien van schoonheidsproducten. De vader van Ifgenia kwam ons nog een extra vuurtje brengen, voor het geval het te fris zou zijn, maar dat hebben we niet nodig gehad. Dit is voor mij het beste vakantieverblijf waar we ooit waren. Met de heerlijke gastvrijheid die de streek zo typeert. Een parel in een regio die voor altijd ons hart heeft gestolen. Aanrader!

Απίστευτη φιλοξενία. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο με διαθέσιμες όλες της χρήσιμες οικοσυσκευές που χρειάζεται μία οικογένεια στην καθημερινότητά της . Ο κ. Θεόδωρος και η κ. Μαίρη ήταν πάντα πρόσχαροι και διαθέσιμοι στις ερωτήσεις που υπήρχαν. Ένας χώρος να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Καλλιθέας χωρίς να χρειάζεσαι να χρησιμοποιήσεις το αυτοκίνητο σου και μόλις ελάχιστα λεπτά μακρυά από τις πεντακάθαρες παραλίες. Εύχομαι όλα τα διαμερίσματα να παραδειγματιστούν από αυτό.

The apartment is lovely and near the beautiful beach. We had a very nice time there. It was calm, the sea water was warm and there were few people on the beach, may be because it was end of season. We would like for sure to visit this place again.

We stayed in Alex's place for 7 days and the whole experience was just amazing. Firstly I want to thank Alex for being so helpful with changing the arriving date for us, with so short notice. The place is perfect if you want to relax and recharge your batteries: -big terrace with breathtaking view -clean pool amenities -lift to a privat wild beach -Close to shops, restaurants and bars Thank you again and we will definelly be back!

Beautiful place and a lovely host! Kristina embraced us with her kindness and consistent helpfulness in terms of activies, restaurants and so on. Very enjoyable and uncomplicated stay in a modern house which we can fully recommend. Early check-in was also afforded what we really appreciate. Any time again!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber-Familie. Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Tolles Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen und einem sehr gepflegten Pool. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Man muss nur die Strasse überqueren und kann direkt im Meer baden. Zum Einkaufen oder für Restaurantbesuche braucht man ein Auto. Überdachter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, the space was clean and cozy, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
