The time I spent in St. Maartin was life changing! It made me realize it's more to life. There's so much joy beauty living!!! St. Maartin and the ppl in St. Maartin made me feel at home. So So welcoming! My host was more then helpful to me and I truly appreciate that. I've bn telling my family and friends St. Maartin is the place to be!!!!! I'm thinking Retirement Home 🏡

Great, spacious, clean unit. Near lots of restaurants and nightlife. The Hilton Resort has a nice pool and beach. Overall excellent stay.

The hills was an amazing place to stay for our time in St. Maarten. It was a perfect location close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to. It was a beautiful room and the pool was outstanding. Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly and sweet. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip!

This place is awesome and Amy is a wonderful host. The space is comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Amy is super responsive and so welcoming. Gets back to you quickly. You can see the love she’s poured into the space and her Airbnb. The location is ideally placed in Maho. You’re 6 minutes away from Maho beach and about an 11 minute walk to Mullet. You’re close to all the restaurants but not on the main strip. Every night you get to listen to the talented musicians in one of the bars across the way but if you’re tired just close the doors and they’re great at keeping sound out. This place is great and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend time in SXM

Notre séjour chez Isabelle était parfait! Le logement est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle! La résidence est un bijou qui propose des services à la hauteur d'un hôtel de luxe! Isabelle a été une hôte parfaite! très sympathique, réactive et avec de bons conseils. Je recommande à 1000% ce logement!

Kathy and Zackerie were fantastic hosts and very responsive and accommodating for my late checkout. Great and clean studio accommodation, exactly as described and photographed in the description. About 5 minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and no more than a 10 minute walk from Cupecoy beach. Highly recommend!

Our stay was a positive experience. Starting with the exceptional communication and responsiveness of the host. From booking to check-out, he was readily available to answer questions and provide clear instructions. The property itself lived up to the online photos, showcasing a modern and clean design and is located right on Cole Bay, offering lovely sunsets over the marina. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the overall comfort of the space. The added benefits of a secure complex, including a communal pool and a well-equipped gym, enhanced our stay. Supermarket shopping is within walking distance. Things to note: While close to Port de Plaisance Marina, direct pedestrian access isn't possible, requiring a walk to the main road and entry from there. Instead, we borrowed a dinghy for the short paddle to the marina.

Great stay! Simona was a great host and her place was just amazing as the photos! Every room had an AC Unit. It was clean and comfortable. Surroundings were gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back

Great apartment very quiet location would highly recommend.

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Le logement a répondu à nos attentes pour un séjour à 3 personnes pour 3 nuits. La vue est magnifique (Par chance, nous avons pu voir une baleine au loin, remonter vers la gauche entre St Barth et St Martin !). Le logement est grand, propre et la douche très agréable. La literie était bonne et le linge de toilette très bien (serviettes de bain + serviettes de plages). La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus fournie. L'accès est oppressant (très raide et non bétonné par endroits) , comme décrit dans l'annonce, mais la voiture passe malgré tout. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu, sans avoir pu prévenir Mélissa (absence de réseau mobile ni de GPS). Heureusement Mélissa avait envoyé les directives d'accès par anticipation ce qui fut très utile. N'ayant pas pu être prévenue de notre arrivée, Mélissa n'avait pas écarté les gros chiens impressionnants mais inoffensifs. Nous ne les avons plus revus tout au long de notre séjour. Melissa /Travis sont réactifs, serviables et accueillants.

We recently returned from a wonderful 22 day stay. The villa was in a lovely, quiet and safe neighbourhood. There were a few minor glitches but Janet was extremely responsive and her wonderful housekeeper Astrid took care of our minor issues. The villa is spacious and very comfortable. There is a very large fenced in patio with comfortable patio furniture to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a gas bbq which is very handy for extended stays. The beds and especially the pillows are super comfy. Although in walking distance to several restaurants my advice is to rent a car. Parking is secure and convenient. There is a small pool which could use a bit of a spruce up but it was super clean and a nice temperature. I wouldn’t hesitate booking the villa and have in fact booked again for next year 😀.

Manoj en Mariana hebben er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te laten zijn. De woning is smaakvol ingericht en heeft een heerlijk zwembad en terras. Opvallend was ook de vriendelijkheid in alle contactmomenten. Manoj heeft gastvrijheid en service hoog in het vaandel staan. Het verblijf in de woning heeft bijgedragen tot een geweldige week op Sint Maarten

This place was amazing but it was a bit off the beaten track. Luckily we found a great driver who found the place before picking us up at the airport. The villa is as advertised and Vanetta the house manager was also great.

Jennifer’s home is gorgeous and spacious. The view is nothing short of spectacular. We were shocked even though we saw the pics. As anywhere on the island, many streets are steep when they wind their way up each mountainside to get up and over. The house is no exception as it rests on a hillside facing Little Bay. As such, be prepared with the car you rent that you’ll have to go up high-angled streets from time to time, and the home’s driveway is no exception. But once you get used to that, you’ll find a paradise on top. Let’s not forget the infinite pool! As far as hospitality, Jennifer provided detailed instructions and recommendations for us, as well as responded quickly to any questions we had. 5 stars for sure!

Michelle was an incredible host! She met us upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable and knew all the ins and outs of the villa. The place was exactly as pictured—absolutely gorgeous, with a breathtaking view! She had placed a very thoughtful gift basket out for us, along with recommendations for dining, shopping etc. The home was immaculate…and very well appointed…perhaps the best Airbnb kitchen setup I’ve seen…every time we thought, “I wonder if they have a….” The answer was yes! You could tell that Michelle is very detail oriented from how thoughtfully laid out everything was. And throughout the stay, they were very friendly and communicative, helping us with any questions we had or just being friendly and gracious hosts. This home is a multi unit villa enclosed by a gate and a wall; so Michelle and her husband live next door, but you would never know they were there—it feels very secluded and peaceful. The location is perfect…close to everything.

Rainbow beach club is a hidden gem. We rented a car while on the island and drove all over sightseeing and checking out other locations and I have to say this is definitely one of the best locations on the island. Some of the other locations are right on the cliff to the beautiful blue water, but they do not have their own private beach, this place also has three pools that were never crowded. It is walking distance to fabulous restaurants in Jordan Village as well as Maho beach. And a 20 minute drive to many other fun activities on the island. Konstantyne was incredibly responsive and gave us a great list of local places to check out all of which were amazing. I cannot wait to come back and share this place with some of our friends. I was so sad to leave. The complex is clean. People were continuously taking care of the vegetation and the pools. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I can’t say enough about the caliber of the food on the island. The place is very safe!

the location was perfect. everything was in walking distance, the beaches the restaurants souvenir shops etc unless you wanted to go further into town then you could catch the bus or taxi on the main street. she provided a book with restaurants, excursions, beaches and more so if you can't get good service on your phone that's a plus. overall, there were no issues or concerns. I didn't have to reach out to her for anything concerning the apartment

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The condo had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and a great kitchen! The lanai and pool were a wonderful addition! We also felt very safe at this location.

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.
