Located near Sinjeong Lake in Asan City, this renovated farmhouse offers tranquility and style. Just 100 meters from Sinjeong Lake, designated in 2025 as Chungcheongnam-do’s first garden park, it’s ideal for walks and jogging year-round. Nearby attractions include Pinnacle Land, Gongseri Church, Oeam Village, and more. The guesthouse features a private entrance, a terrace with a gazebo, and an open-plan interior with large windows, a 6-seater table, two super single beds, and a cozy sofa.

A perfect place for your semesters during your studies in South Korea! Two stories annex is right next to our family’s house but with a separate entrance. So we will be able to help you anytime in case you need anything. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor and bedroom is on the first floor. In the bedroom, large table for two people and queen sized bed are also prepared. It will be a great place to study and take rest.
