Just two blocks from the new Indian Creek Plaza in downtown Caldwell. Along with several delicious restaurants and a movie theater all within walking distance. I personally love the free live music during the summer time at the Indian creek plaza! If you’re here during winter, the creek side Christmas lights are one of the biggest and best displays around!

Shire Retreat– King Suite, Hot Tub, Sauna, Office

Beautiful two-story home just minutes from downtown Middleton. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, soaking tub, and separate shower. Four additional bedrooms each offer queen-size beds. The private office includes an infrared sauna, while the bonus room has a TV, games, and a twin trundle bed with a pull-out twin. The living room features soaring 18-foot ceilings. Outside, relax in the hot tub or enjoy the BBQ area. Great for sports teams, family reunions, and large groups.

This special little studio is conveniently located for an easy stay! A leisurely five-block walk will bring you to the heart of downtown and the lively Indian Creek Plaza. From there, you’ll find wonderful local restaurants, a movie theater, shopping, the town museum, parks, Tuesday night market and more. The studio is also located less than a mile from Simplot Stadium, The College of Idaho, and the Fairview Golf Course. With close, easy access to I-84 for exploring the surrounding area.
