Liebe Danijela, es war unser schönster Ausflug bisher. Das Haus ist einfach wow!und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, bekamen alles erklärt und es gab sogar Obst, Süßigkeiten, Bier, Grillkohle. Besser geht es nicht. Der beheizte Pool war v.a für die Kids mega. Liebe Grüße.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Es war alles wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Der Pool war gut beheizt, so dass er auch im Oktober noch super benutzt werden konnte. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Strände, Orte und Restaurants.

If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

Ich kann gar nicht in Worte fassen wie toll diese Unterkunft und der Vermieter war. Ein Traum von einem Haus. Der Vermieter großartig!!! Hat sich gemeldet wie es uns geht, ob wir etwas brauchen und nach drei Tagen bekamen wir kleine, selbstgebackene Küchlein und eine leckere Flasche Wein. Auch zur Begrüßung wurden wir mit Aufmerksamkeiten empfangen :-) Die Küche war super ausgestattet, die Betten mega gemütlich, die Bäder astrein sauber. Es hat uns absolut an nichts gefehlt und wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Zum Abschied bekamen wir auch noch ein kleines Geschenk so das wir uns die nächsten Tage noch an die tolle Zeit erinnern können :-) Danke, danke, danke an Andrej und seine tolle Familie.

Zeer comfortabele villa voor 3 koppels of een groot gezin. Tevens een mooie uitvalsbasis voor 8watersport)-activiteiten in de regio. Belangrijk weetje: het toeristenseizoen loopt van juni t/m oktober. Begin mei was er weinig open/actief.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein erholsames langes Wochenende.

Super Ferien Villa mit Nähe zu Zadar. In der Umgebung kann man gut Essen gehen, Jetski fahren oder Boote mieten. Das Haus war im Top-Zustand und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Barbara. Wir durften selbst einchecken und sie hat uns ein paar Minuten später persönlich empfangen und ein paar Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und schönen Orten gegeben. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Strand darf von allen Urlaubern genutzt werden die auf dem Grundstück wohnen ( 3 weitere Parteien) aber wir haben unsere Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Diese hat ca bis 14 Uhr Schatten und perfekt ist und danach wird ein kleiner Teil durch ein Sonnensegel beschattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung ist einfach Traumhaft gelegen und Top modern eingerichtet. Alles ist neuwertig. Im hinteren Garten ist eine Wäscheleine gespannt. Der Pool ist nicht zu tief und groß genug um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Leider ist die Wohnung doch Recht nah an der Strasse, sodass man ab und zu mal eine Auto hört, wenn man am Pool liegt. Vielleicht könnte man hier ein paar Hecke. pflanzen. Das Haus ist so neu, dass es leider noch nicht bei Google Maps/Satellit eingezeichnet ist. Aber durch die schönen blauen Fensterläden ist es leicht zu find n.

Wir waren zwei Familien mit 5 Kindern Anfang Oktober da: die Stube unglaublich urig und gemütlich, tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen sehr ruhigen Hafen und direkt darunter der eigene Anleger: wir konnten jederzeit schnorcheln,Baden, Angeln und sogar im Hafenbereich geschützt Segeln, Surfen und SUP fahren . Die Umgebung mit Marina, Kneipe, Stegen und Katzen sehr authentisch. Morgens zu Fuß kurz zum Einkaufen am Haupthafen gelaufen. Viele abwechslungsreiche Wandermöglichkeiten in toller Vegetation, Buchten mit Grotten, Geier…

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

This accommodation is absolutely great 😊. Everything is as it is written in the ad. The accommodation is in a beautiful location, 200 m from the beach 🌊. The accommodation is in a large family house, there is free parking and great peace. It was quiet at night and slept well. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, you can cook here. There are glasses, mugs, plates and bowls, cutlery and cooking pots. There is a water kettle, coffee machine and coffee machine capsules ☕️. A small fridge that can fit a lot of things. There is also a washing machine where you can wash clothes. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped. A small terrace belongs to the small apartment where you can sit and have a meal. Communication with the Tomislav was 100%. We are delighted with the accommodation and recommend 10/10. Thank you for Everything. 🐚☀️

We had an amazing time on Rava :) The Apartment was great, the beaches were beautiful and private 🏝️. Highly recommend this Apartment to anyone who wants to wind down :) Ines and Dino 🦖🦕, the hosts are absolutely the best!!!

Our stay at Karlo's villa was absolutely fantastic, even though the weather wasn't on our side! The villa itself is beautiful and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and relaxing base. This is truly a perfect place for someone who loves peace and quiet. The real highlight, however, was the heated pool. Despite the rain and cooler temperatures, the kids were able to spend hours splashing and playing, which truly saved our holiday. It made such a difference knowing they could still have so much fun outdoors regardless of the weather. Karlo was a great host, and we felt well looked after. We highly recommend Karlo's villa, especially if you're traveling with children – the heated pool is a game-changer! We can only imagine how amazing it would be in sunny weather!

Tanja hat uns mit kalten Getränkenempfangen. Die Kommunikationlief einwandfrei, wir hatten Extrawünsche, wie z.B. Kinderbett, war alles kein Problem. Tanja hat sich die ganze Zeit um alles gekümmert, die Klimaanlagehat den Geist aufgegeben, 2 Stunden später war ein Techniker da. Das Apartment ist sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, der Hof ist schattig, liegt nah am Strand und ein Lebensmittel Laden ist auch um die Ecke. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Hello. I can say that when you come to the location, it is even better than pictures and description on Airbnb... Perfect... Sandy beach, warm water, bars and restaurants on the spot... Very quiet and relaxing location, all you need for vacation... I strongly recommend this host... House is clean, AC if needed, outside shower, barbecue only for you... Pet friendly ( if you need one, the turtle is in the backyard ), excellent for families with little kids... Excellent value for money... Thank you Katarina and Loris

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Wir waren mit zwei Familien und fünf Kindern vor Ort. Die Kinder konnten wunderbar im Garten spielen, Hängematten, Schaukel, Inlineskates vor dem Haus da die Straße eine Sackgasse war. Alles möglich. Wir durften im Garten frische Zitronen ernten, und Salat schneiden. Alle Kräuter konnten wir für unsere Küche nutzen. Herrlich. Wir hatten zwischendurch Probleme mit der Spülmaschine und Annamarija hat sich sofort bei uns zurück gemeldet und jemanden zum Reparieren vorbei geschickt. Alles Wunderbar! Wir kommen gern wieder ☺️

We had an excellent stay. Rade met us at the house and gave us a very thorough check in and also came to the house for our check out. He also made some great local recommendations and provided us with a very nice bottle of local wine and a corkscrew! Much appreciated. During our stay, he was very responsive when we had any issues. The only slight downside was that it was about 20 minutes walk from the main tourist area and the majority of the restaurants. However, there were a few restaurant choices within 10 minutes walk of the house. I would still highly recommend this house.

We had a very good stay! The host was very friendly and attentive, even complained we were too nice so she didnt have anything to help us with haha. The surroundings were great, two great beaches in walking distance just downhill from us. A good place to bring a dog as well. Zadar was easy to visit and big grocery stores were easy to find. Overall a good stay and we definitely recommend it!

La maison est parfaite en tous points! Parfaitement équipée et très accueillante. Conforme à la description. La maison est idéalement située car proche de plusieurs plages à pieds. Il est aussi possible d’aller jusqu’à la vieille ville de Zadar à pieds (30 minutes environ) Tamara est très gentille et réactive. Elle nous a donné aussi de bonnes recommandations.

Ivan and his wife are such welcoming hosts! My children really loved exploring the yard. Beds/bedrooms are super comfortable. AC is just in the main living space but even in August we slept comfortably overnight, the house doesn't get too hot. Washing machine is a bonus. There are many very large supermarkets within 5 mins drive and a small store/fruit stand across the street. We drove to the nearby beaches - our favourite was called Sandy Beach Privlaka.

Our stay in the Holiday House KIM was ver peaceful, we had great time. We enjoyed the garden the most, with its hammocks and beds. We used the SUP and snorchelled a lot. The road to the house was scary at first and can get exciting when you face another car, but we got used to it quickly. You can not drink the tap water, and the owners suggested to use the water wisely, so we did so and it was fine. The communication with the owners was very smooth and easy, they were helpful and nice. Due to the small bay there are a lot of mosquitos but the owners prepared repellents for us. The kitchen is very well equipped, you can find everything to cook. The beds for 4 adults and 4 kids were enough but the place got a bit crowded. During the day we stayed in the garden, it was nice, we grilled in the evening and enjoyed the clear water. Thank you for the 10 peaceful days Josipa and Dalibor.

Ubytování bylo krásné,jen jsme byli překvapeni, že dole bydleli Domovů rodiče.Ale prakticky jsme o nich nevěděli a byli velice hodní.

Ante and his mom are great hosts. Our stay in Villa Abbalina was marvelous. The house is located near the beach. To the public beach we had 5 minutes walk. In the house was everything needed to prepare food. We had small issue at the beginning of our stay but Ante reacted immediately and sorted out the problem very quickly. Fully recommend this place and very kind hosts. Thank you!
