Sila Piccola : locations de maisons de vacances

Wir hatten ein ganz tolles Mädelswochenende und konnten die Zeit in vollen zügen genießen. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und hatten zusätzlich einen kleinen Mietwagen, um kleinere Besorgungen vor Ort zu erledigen. Der Ausblick und der Pool mit Poolhaus ist einfach perfekt. Wer gerne viel Schatten haben möchte, sollte sich jedoch gut ausstatten, da man direkt am Pool keinen Schatten findet.

Fint og praktisk hus med alt det man trenger! Veldig rent. Herlig stor terrasse med utsikt til havet. Rent og fint basseng like i nærheten. Gåavstand til strand, gratis solsenger og parasoller. Krystallklart vann. Vi fikk rask og god hjelp av Britta og co da AC i stuen ikke virket. Dette stedet kan virkelig anbefales!

Traumurlaub! Die Wohnung ist schön – die Küche gut ausgestattet. Große Terrasse mit Draußen-Essbereich unter einem Pavillon und Grill. Der Pool war toll für die Kinder, außerdem gibt es noch einen Whirlpool. Luisa war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben Obst, Gemüse und Eier von den Hühnern aus dem Garten bekommen – alles schmeckt wahnsinnig gut und wir haben uns wie im Schlaraffenland gefühlt. Supermärkte und viele Restaurants sind nicht weit und mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Umgebung und die vielen Strände waren atemberaubend und schön leer. Die Jahreszeit und das Wetter waren perfekt, besonders für Familien, denn das Meer ist im Oktober noch warm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Prima esperienza con AirB&B e non potevo iniziare meglio. La struttura pulitissima è molto ordinata ha il punto forte nel comodissimo giardino e piscina che rendono il soggiorno molto rilassante. Perfetta anche perché avevo un cane di taglia medio-grande. I proprietari simpatici e disponibili hanno saputo rispondere sempre alle mie esigenze. L’ ubicazione è strategica, anche se si ha bisogno della macchia, il centro o le attività commerciali sono vicine. La zona è tranquilla. Io la consiglio vivamente

Mi estadía en el bungalow fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es muy moderno, cómodo y estaba impecable. Todo el entorno es un verdadero jardín hay flores, césped bien cuidado, animales y una conexión con la naturaleza que invita al descanso. Las vistas son preciosas, especialmente el atardecer que se puede apreciar en total tranquilidad desde la piscina por ejemplo la cuál está en un lugar cerrado entonces se puede disfrutar en cualquier momento del día. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto a solo 10 minutos y llegar es fácil porque está bien señalizado. Además el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Ideal para quienes buscan un lugar tranquilo, rodeado de verde y con todas las comodidades. ¡Lo súper recomiendo!

Villa del Conte in Drapia Tropea has a view that is fabulous, so breathtaking. It's so serene and peaceful staying in. Marcello is so warm, hospitable, receptive, friendly and took time to talk to us as he visits daily. Easy access to train station and Tropea town as is. We met friends whose very satisfied with their stay (and come back vacationers ) Our stay is so far - par Excellence. Our room is clean, spacious ,has a great balcony view of the sunset, mountains, coastline & Tropea town. + Alles gut und Franco ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber + Er ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit + Franco zeigt einem die Gegend. - Der Kühlschrank ist ein bisschen Laut. - Es gibt keine richtige Küche.

Antonella è stata gentilissima e disponibile fin da subito! La casa era davvero enorme e molto bella, aveva tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno per sentirsi a casa. La parte più bella era il soggiorno, immenso e accogliente! Se dovete andare al mare e rilassarvi è il posto giusto per voi, a 5 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e 5 dal centro storico, lo consiglio vivamente!

Felicito a Fabrizio por su casa y por la dedicacion de Carmine y su esposa para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Lo pasamos muy bien porque todo funciona y todo está limpio Dejamos el auto en un lugar muy espacioso y eso es muy importante. Muchas gracias!

Gostei muito de conhecer cosenza é mais ainda de poder ter uma estadia tranquila com a ajuda do anfitrião que se mostrou muito educado e atencioso quanto a hospedagem , super recomendo e quando estiver em cosenza espero poder me hospedar novamente com ele

Mario was an extremely enthusiastic host providing a great comfortable apartment with well equiped kitchen. It was nice to be in a quiet central location where you can just walk out your door and join in with locals for an evening stroll or aperitivo.

Giuseppe’s brother Antonio and his girlfriend Michelle were both incredibly helpful and made our stay very special. We were gifted with a bottle of delicious wine and home baked goods. The kitchen was stocked with basics and we could enjoy cafe espresso every morning. The outdoor terrace was shared with another apartment next door but it was never an issue and we could also dry our clothes from the beach out on racks on the terrace. We had a beautiful view of Tropea and the sea. The apartment was clean and breezy, with a fan in both bedrooms and a kitchen we could cook meals in. We were very close to the beautiful Riaci beach, and Antonio told us the quieter areas. He also kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, and drove us to nearby Tropea one day. There is a great local shop near the apartment for fresh supplies. We stayed for 4 nights and it really felt like home! Grazie Antonio e Michelle!

Wir hatten mit Salvatore einen sehr guten und aufmerksamen Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern auf Airbnb. Es war wie im Paradies und sehr sauber. Die Aussendusche hat es uns in diesem heissen Sommer sehr angetan.. sie war herrlich abkühlend! Wir haben die grosszügige Terrasse genossen und das Morgenessen draussen bei herrlicher Aussicht eingenommen. Obschon uns Salvatore viele Möglichkeiten angegeben hat, wo man Essen gehen könnte, haben wir es uns zu Hauses gemütlich eingerichtet und die praktische Küche genutzt, um uns selber zu Verpflegen. Salvatore war stets zu erreichen und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr oder einen guten Tipp. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben, da es uns sehr angetan hat. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen ein weiteres Mal Salvatore und seine Unterkunft zu besuchen! In diesem wunderschönen Haus sollte es Rauchfrei sein, dass wäre unserer einziger negativen Punkt.. lieber Salvatore, Danke für alles! Liebe Grüsse Kurt, Annemarie, Anita und Stefan

Wir sind erst Nachts angekommen, was aber kein Problem war. Lieberweise haben uns die Gastgeber sogar noch Wasser und Saft kalt gestellt. Die Küche und das Bad war auch bestens ausgestattet und blitze blank. Es hat alles wirklich super funktioniert. Der Balkon hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Dächer Statt geboten und lag quasi mittendrin. Wir würden auf jeden fall wieder kommen!

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

Hidden gem, very rustic, outstanding views, great restaurants! Antonia and Giulia are wonderful, attentive hostesses! Unique property, loved our stay!

This place is amazing. Spacious, modern and clean. On it's own, just outside Spilinga with massive views towards the sea. Directly in front of you is Stromboli Volcana which erupts every 15 minutes. 20 minute drive to more beaches than you could visit in a week. Tropea maybe 25 minutes away. Property is in an Olivia orchard, Carlo pops round to do the mowing or drop off some lemons or a bottle of his own red wine. If Carlsberg did Air BnB, it would be this.

Mi sono trovata ad alloggiare da Fabio in vista di un concorso, eravamo in tre, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Alla mia richiesta di un alloggio pratico per la mobilità mi ha proposto l’immobile in centro che ho subito accettato. Nella casa c’è un po’ di tutto, alla mia richiesta del caffè per la macchinetta Fabio in modo impeccabile mi ha direttamente fornito un’altra macchinetta del caffè con le cialde. Inoltre si è assicurato che non ci mancasse nulla. Mi aveva già avvisato che l’appartamento era ubicato in centro tra i locali, quindi eravamo preparati ai possibili rumorini, ma sopportabili. Peccato essere stata lì per motivi di studio perché sotto casa ci sono tanti bei locali. Se dovessi tornare sicuramente sceglierei lo stesso appartamento.

Alloggio ben organizzato e pulito, facilmente raggiungibile ed in posizione strategica per poter raggiungere tutti luoghi della costa degli dei. Aerea molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Cucina ben fornita di ogni utensile e giardino privato molto accogliente. Rosa è sempre stata un host presente ad ogni nostra richiesta ed informazione.

We were glad to find Antonio’s place at the last moment. The place felt right at home. Exactly what we wanted. A peaceful place to stay with nature. The place has a sea view over the olive trees. Parking is on site with plenty of space. Train station is within walking distance (a plus). Antonio was very responsive and let us in the apartment earlier than we expected. Grazie mille Antonio! È stato un piacere!!!

Il posto è splendido! Noi siamo stati in questa villetta per una parte del nostro viaggio di nozze) La casa è intera, non è un appartamento. La terrazza con una vista fantastica era tutta solo per noi. Quindi, è molto tranquillo, in alto e vicino ci sono ristoranti dove si mangia da Dio! A casa c'è di tutto, il custode di casa signor Pino è gentilissimo, qualsiasi cosa si può risolvere con lui. Ci ha trovato anche il dentista per il mio marito, che in primi giorni come l'uomo sposato aveva problemi con il dente))) C'è anche il giardino dove ho trovato qualche limone e sono buonissimi! Il mare li è stupendo! A volte cambia il colore e diventa fosforescente, è bellissimo da vederlo e anche da sopra si vede perfettamente e si sente il rumore del mare! Vedere I tramonti da casa è molto romantico! Il posto è da tornare e da consigliare!

L'appartamento è fornito di tutto e ha una bellissima atmosfera. Si trova in una posizione perfetta per diversi tipi di vacanze. 8 minuti a piedi dalle ampie spiagge di Palmi (mare stupendo), in cui è possibile trovare sia sabbia che scoglio. In una settimana di vacanza io e i miei amici abbiamo visitato Tropea (a un'ora di macchina), la bellissima Scilla (a 20 min) e anche parte della Sicilia (traghetto di Villa San Giovanni a soli 30 min di macchina dall'appartamento). Siamo stati accolti benissimo dai proprietari che si sono dimostrati molto flessibili per tutte le necessità durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci hanno anche offerto la possibilità di organizzare escursioni nell'area di Palmi e del Parco Nazionale della Sila. Grande valore aggiunto al soggiorno anche i vicini di casa, molto simpatici e accoglienti, con cui il giardino e la bellissima area barbecue (attrezzata di tutto) sono in condivisione, barbecue che ci hanno lasciato usare con piacere. Un soggiorno perfetto!
