Отличная квартира! Просторная, с новым красивым ремонтом, светлая, уютная и чистая, в новом доме, со всеми удобствами, всё есть необходимое! Отличное расположение! Хозяин очень вежливый, всегда на связи, встретил, помог поднять чемодан. Спасибо большое! Всем рекомендую! Очень довольна, что нашла эту квартиру!

I was privileged to call Anna’s place my home for 9 months from early fall through a tough cold winter and the spring. In all that time Anna has been a delightful, caring and attentive host - always a text msg away. The apartment is in a great shape - new appliances, comfortable furniture, huge luxurious bathroom with floor heating and a ton of storage. The apartment is spacious and super well lit - a big plus in the colder weather. It was also mostly spared from electricity and hitting issues which unfortunately are a reality with the current situation. The surroundings are beautiful and convenient too - everything you might need is nearby or a short cab ride away.

Квартира дійсно чудова, світла, чиста, стильна, а цей балкончик з видом на ЦУМ- дуже гарно. Власниця квартири Віта дуже люб'язна. Окреме дякую за цілий буклет з інформацію про сам будинок, про квартиру, де що знайти і як користуватися, також про місця які можна відвідати поруч. У квартирі є всі дрібнічки, які можуть знадобитися, від зубної щітки до резиночки для волосся, це приємо, бо щось та забудеш з собою взяти. Загало враження тільки позитивні. На мою суб'єктивну думку тільки матрац на ліжку зам'який, але це тому, що я люблю твердіше) Рекомендую це житло і для туристів і для ти хто живе в Києві, як от я. Це класне віддчуття, ніби приїхав на відпочинок і проживання з цій квартирі сприяє цьому відпочинку.
