Bob was a gracious and proactive host! The rental was extremely clean and a perfect space for our girls weekend. It had a nice outdoor area that was extremely peaceful and relaxing. It is located in a very nice neighborhood that is very walkable with a park and the Book Loft bookstore very close. Highly recommend!!

This is our second stay at Annie’s, and we love the space in the house for us, as well as a couple of guests. The back patio was perfect for conversations while the pups played, and with the crazy parking situation in front, it was so nice to have private parking in back!

I can’t say enough good about this place! The house was clean, beautiful, full of character, and was described perfectly. I would highly recommend this place, it made us feel at home with all the extras! Tony was great to deal with and very quick to respond! I can’t say enough good things about this place!

My dad and I stayed in this air B&B for 3 nights, and it was amazing. Everything was clean, stocked, and ready to visit. We both had our own private bathroom which was a game changer. The building is very nice and in a great location, close to everything. I loved the little packet they provide with things to do in Columbus -- we took some of the food recommendations and they were beyond delicious. Kelly and Jennifer were very responsive to text as there was an brief issue getting into the apartment, and we truly appreciated that. Would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute, comfortable and cozy home while visiting our daughter. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood in a great location. Very clean and check in /check out was very easy. Great , friendly communication from our host Steve. Planning on returning for future visits.

My husband and I stayed here for a family visit over the Easter weekend. It's a smaller, cozy and wonderfully clean ground floor flat that fit our needs perfectly. Comfortable linens and beds, plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bath, and excellent communication from David. Free off-street parking was very helpful. Quiet neighborhood.

Miranda is not just a host, she is a super host. We were able to communicate with her and she responded quickly. She had a Keurig and Truvia packs, even had French vanilla creamer. Snacks in a basket with bottles of water were provided. Toiletries were also on hand including packaged toothbrushes and toothpaste. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion were provided. We didn't even have to worry about taking our laundry to a laundromat because there was one on premises. This has been the best travel experience ever. Thanks again for everything Miranda. You're awesome!! I highly recommend this spot for your Columbus, Ohio stay!!
