Cosy spot with homely feel, lots of books and games, a really nice mezzanine main bedroom and a well equipped kitchen, great as a base for surfing, winery visits and exploring the area

Rosemary's home was wonderfully located and well equipped. My family stayed there for 4 nights and we had a great time - the closest beach is a 2-3 min walk, which also connects later to the main gnarabup beach. We spent more time at the beach close by -lovely beach with so much privacy and utterly clean waters. The running track runs along the entire beachfront and is a delight! we ran everyday! There is a cafe and basic convenience store just down the road too. The patio is so beautiful & has a dining table too apart from the one inside - we ate all breakfasts in the open and all meals in her cozy home. The kitchen is fully equipped. Rosemary was responsive and helpful and easily reachable. The house is ideal because it is wonderfully close to a load of wineries and breweries, as well as the main Margaret River city centre, restaurants! we had a great vacation. We would definitely come back & recommend this place strongly!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is close to the beach and was in a good location for us to be able to explore surrounding areas. The house felt homely and had a lot of character.

A very clean and well presented place to stay. Comfortable bed and relaxing studio to stay for a few nights. Beach towels provided were a bonus. Location was brilliant with beautiful beach across the road and cafes a short walk along beach paths. Sunset and picnic dinner at surfers point a great recommendation …thankyou! We would definitely stay here again!

Had a fabulous stay in Prevelly. The host was super helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The best part was that it was right across the road from the beach and right in the middle of the Cape to Cape.

Such a beautiful place to stay, a lovely beachside cottage. Very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. A great base to enjoy the Augusta area, and our dog was safe and happy too!

My mum and I had a very relaxing few days at Jana’s place. It feels secluded and peaceful, but is a very short walk to the beach. The place itself and the linen and towels were spotlessly clean, and the beds very comfortable. Prevelly is a great base for exploring the south west and Jana’s place is so convenient for the White Elephant for delicious breakfasts and coffee by the ocean.

Maxine was very helpful and made the checking in/out easy. The location is stunning, and we would love to revisit when the weather is fine. The wild weather during our stay didn't bother us as we were able to sit inside and watch the ocean through the generous window/doors with a cup of tea from the comfort of the well-appointed lounge area or downstairs in the dining area. Fabulous way to spend my birthday! Would love to come back. Tania and Michael Armstrong

Thankyou for sharing your beautiful house. We enjoyed breakfast in the lovely courtyard with a beautiful outlook and enjoyed many walks to the beach. It was clean, comfortable and peaceful ensuring we had a lovely stay. We thought it was great value and would recommend it to our friends.

Great host with wonderful home. Beds were comfy (which is rare)! Space is well laid out. had everything we needed for a great stay. Would recommend.

Maxine’s home offers the most magical view we could have asked for – and that’s the main reason to choose it! It’s spacious, very clean, and has all the basic essentials for a comfortable stay. The location is great too – close to beautiful beaches and the lighthouse, which made exploring the area easy and fun. We truly enjoyed our time there. All our questions were answered promptly, and Maxine even went the extra mile by installing a safety gate for the stairs, knowing we were coming with a toddler . If you’re planning a longer stay, just keep in mind that the house is stocked with only basic supplies, so you might want to bring your own spices, olive oil, laundry detergent, etc. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at Flinders before so we knew it was a lovely place but we were very pleasantly surprised by the house which was truly delightful

Maxine’s place was lovely. If you want a quiet spot near town & the beautiful Blackwood River, it’s perfect. Maxine has everything you need.

A beautiful and interesting house overlooking the ocean. All in excellent condition with a warm and welcoming host. A very enjoyable stay thank you.

The place was in a gorgeous location. Lovely home, great if there were two families with an upstairs and downstairs sitting area. However, all the outdoor furniture was tied up (for the wind) and strapped down so not really usable. There was a $50 cleaning fee is you used the BBQ which while understandable is a bit high when we paid a $300 cleaning fee for staying for 2 days (2 of us plus guide dog), we only used one bedroom.

My family enjoyed our stay at Maxine’s place. The house was clean spacious had everything we needed. The location was brilliant. I would go back for sure.

Great location, stunning views! Cosy house with plenty of space and all amenities! Could do with a couple of updates in the bathrooms, wifi would be fantastic and the decking nails that are sticking out should be fixed as thats very dangerous for children! But overall, we loved our stay as a family!
