Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

PLEASE READ! Enjoy a rehabbed home minutes from DIA, Boulder, and lots of cool places! After exploring what Denver (and beyond!) has to offer, enjoy 1 Gig speed Wifi, brand new kitchen appliances, and 70" TV There may be contractors going in and out of the basement entrance (in the backyard). We are currently having some work done in the basement until mid July. Industrial fans may be on throughout the day and possibly night, but the contractors will only be working during business hours.
