Non conforming Bedroom #2 with a daybed with pop-up trundle unit. One full bath, which is located off the smaller bedroom, access is thru that bedroom. Kitchenette, pub table with stools. Sliding door with lock @ foot of stairs leading into the apartment. Shared backdoor entrance with coded lock. Close to everything Denver.

Welcome to Oasis on the Park in Denver. Located in the beautiful Jefferson Park neighborhood. Every morning you will wake up to scenic views of the tree-lined Jefferson Park. This area borders Empower Field at Mile High stadium, home of the Denver Broncos football team (less than 5 minute walk). The Children's Museum of Denver, the Downtown Aquarium, and the Platte River Trail. You will find plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance or stay in for a cozy night in the Mile High City.

Come enjoy the entire house w/three bedrooms, a full & half bath, and full kitchen. And there is a great backyard - enjoy a night by the fire or a barbecue during your stay!

It is literally five minutes from all major corridors…I-70 west and east, I-25 north and south, I-76, US 36(aka Boulder Turnpike) as well as just a few blocks from the Westminster B-line light rail station that will have you in the heart of downtown Denver (Union Station) in 15 minutes! It is also only 15-20 minutes from the trendy areas called the Highlands, Lohi or RiNo for wonderful restaurants and bars!
