Absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculate apartment. The location was just brilliant, right above the arcades (which you couldn’t hear at all, surprisingly!) and just so close to the sea, can see it within seconds of walking out of the accommodation. We loved staying here, everything was so modern, very uncluttered and had everything we needed. Also one of the comfiest sofas we have ever sat on! The bathroom was lovely, very clean and great to have the option of the shower or the lovely deep bath to use. The outside area was a real treat to have in the sun, and again such a surprise at how quiet it was given how close you are to the hustle and bustle from the arcades and busy street below. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We had such a lovely few days at this place - the location was incredible, right by the beach, great walks, as well as the shop, pub and playground in the village and great restaurants in the surrounding area. The flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

David was very responsive and helpful. Great little place in a convenient location, lots of stuff nearby. Be aware access to parking space really tight but doable unless you have a big car. Not a problem for me but might be for others!

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area

We loved our stay. Jean gave us good directions to the apartment. The road was very quite and only a 10 minute walk to the pier and to the shops.The apartment was lovely and warm, it had everything we needed, the large windows let in plenty of light, we enjoyed eating our breakfast looking over the garden .The apartment had been decorated to a high standard.The welcome basket was a lovely surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

The Loft is a beautiful place for two people to stay - the most has been made of the light-filled space, and it feels very modern and clean, yet cosy and welcoming at the same time. Everything is of good quality, and thoughtful touches like a supply of tea-bags, milk, sugar and a complementary bottle of Prosecco were appreciated. It’s in a very peaceful spot, but there is plenty to do and see within walking distance, and it’s close to Blakeney Quay with good restaurants and local shops. We loved it!

Lovely place close to the Bug Parc and Roar! Both well worth a visit. Great for visiting other places in Norfolk.

As we frequently stay at the caravan site at the end of the road we have driven past this property on numerous occasions and knew it would be ideal for us. We weren't disappointed and as soon as we got inside he felt right at home.

The property was an absolute gem of a find. It suited two couples and a dog perfectly. there is a snug lounge and a sunny garden room which provided plenty of space. The kitchen area is small but lacked for absolutely nothing. the dining room is an absolute star and provides a lovely space in which to socialise. The bedrooms were both very comfortable. The house is simply full of art and other eclectic touches that make it feel like a cherished home. The garden is another standout asset with plenty of space to relax. It's an easy 15 minute walk in to town and Beccles has a nice mix of shops and facilities. T&T, who let the property, are fantastic communicators and made us feel genuinely welcome - a big thank you for this. If staying in the area again, this property will suit us very nicely and offers excellent value.

Kelsea was a great host - super responsive and very helpful when there was a small issue with hot water- she replied in 5 mins and 20 mins later it was all resolved and didn’t happen again. Couldn’t ask for anything better. The place is just as described and it’s a great property- a nice balance of fresh and modern whilst feeling like home. The towels were super soft and hand soap, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are all provided, as well as tea, coffee & sugar. The hot tub was a great touch and we enjoyed seeing the nature that came into the garden, including rabbits and deer! Good location- not far to drive to Cromer pier (5 mins) or Tesco (5 mins) but also walkable to various amenities (including the epic Rocky Bottoms with incredible views). The Village Inn is about 10 mins on foot too and has a great garden (and does a good roast!). Great host, great house - thank you!

This Airbnb was a great find situated on the Quayside in Wells-next-the Sea. The property has great views over the surrounding harbour, channels out to sea and salt marshes from either the living room or bedroom windows or the little sun terrace (very welcome on nice days) at the top of the property. I can honestly say I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen before and there was so much in the way of glasses, crockery, mugs, cutlery and cooking bits n pieces you were never short of anything. There is plenty of room to relax with plenty of chairs, and the dining tables served not only for meals but was also great for me to use my laptop to check emails, etc - supported by high-speed Sky broadband. The TV has a full Sky package which meant we felt straight at home with all of the channels that we are used to! Beds were really comfortable and we had good nights' sleep. Parking is straightforward and is a few steps from the property. Lots of amenities are walkable inc boat trips

We had a lovely stay in this place. The area was lovely and quiet and just a few minutes walk from the beach. This was a perfect venue for a short break with the dog and we would definitely book again. Good communication and hassle free entry and departure.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Lovely apartment about 10 min walk into the city centre. Everything clean and tidy as described with lovely, hot showers and well-equipped kitchen. Our only issue was the sofa bed, it’s not suitable for adults as uncomfortable and hard and couldn’t really fit two adults if that’s what you need. The other beds were comfy however and everything else had been thought of

We had a short break in Norfolk for our first time visit. The apartment is in a lovely tranquil spot on the bank of the River Bure. Just the perfect location for R&R with a sauna as a bonus and it’s only a very short stroll to local pub serving good food!

The accomodation and facilities were 1st class, all rooms were tidy and we could not find fault with anything. We were also lucky to have lovely weather during our stay too. I can recommend and only say good things about this property.

From making our booking communication was excellent and Fran was very responsive. Clean instructions on how to check in and park were given which made check in stress free. On arrival we found ample parking for two cars and the apartment is absolutely beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. It contained everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The location - even though on a quiet residential road is the perfect place as a base. The beach is a five minute walk as it the town centre. Great pubs and restaurants and so much to do. A great location for visiting the many local beaches and attractions that are within an hours drive. I would love to stay again and am already making plans.

Jemma’s apartment is incredible! I spent my anniversary with my partner here and it was perfect, a gorgeous place, and Jemma’s communication and instructions were extremely accessible to me as an autistic person too. A wonderful experience! Thank you Jemma! <3

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!
