[HOT TUB] Twin Rivers Tiny House, Latvian Retreat

The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

This 90 year old ranch house has been recently lovingly restored and is a gorgeous, intimate gem located in the heart of Gold Country. It is situated in a field overlooking 45 acres of vineyards, 4 miles outside of Plymouth, CA, on Highway 49, between Placerville and Jackson. The exposed beams and wood floors of this charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath house, make the framework for a perfect creative get-a-way.

Casita in Wine Country

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The hosts live on sight but enjoy sharing their beautiful view from this separate Casita. There is a fun 1 mile hike on the property. Only 5-10 minute drive to local wineries. The quaint town of Plymouth is a 10 minute drive which hosts Taste, a 5 Star restaurant. Black Chasm Caverns is a 30 minute drive as well as Jackson Rancheria Casino. Kirkwood Skiing is an hour drive. We have a Tesla charging station for an additional $20 a night.

From your own private brick patio & secret garden, you will be welcomed inside to polished wood floors, deep soak Jacuzzi tub/ hand-held European style shower, comply QUEEN bed, quality linens, everything clean to a 't'. We are Self-Catered but with lite breakfast items & snacks available. Better yet, a short 2 block walk & you can explore Old Town shops & eateries.
