Located just blocks from restaurants, shops, and theaters in Overton Square, the zoo, and Overton Park. Brand new mattress April of 2024!!! LOCALS-This is NOT a space for parties. There is only parking for 2 cars. Guest MUST be listed. Any other cars will be seen by neighbors and our exterior cameras and parties will be shut down immediately

Enjoy this garden-view guest apartment with private entrance and porch located in our beautiful historic home on the most desirable block of Midtown, a few steps from Overton Park, Rhodes College, Crosstown Concourse, and Overton Square. We built the house a few years ago to grow our family airbnb business & love that it’s located 1 block from the Broad Ave Arts District & a few minutes drive from Overton Square. Your parking spot is next to the apartment down our long driveway, plenty of space for multiple vehicles or a moving truck.

Fall is here 🍁 Come enjoy our family farm located on 3 acres in the peaceful countryside of Collierville. We welcome guests in separate downstairs guest house with private entrance and porch overlooking pool. Look no further for a nature lovers retreat only minutes from city life. No trains or busy street noises just birds singing and crickets chirping. Amazing restaurants and shopping minutes away when you’re ready to explore! The pool is open however water is chilly.

The Cottage at Kerrville

A cozy 3 bedroom cottage in the historic community of Kerrville, Tennessee. Situated on 5 acres with plenty of room to roam. Newly renovated, fully furnished. Complete with kitchen, laundry room, and oversized shower with endless hot water. Beds are queen size with new memory foam mattresses and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Covered carport with well-lit exterior. Seven minutes from the Navel Air Station in Millington, and 25 minutes from Downtown Memphis.
