Julie is an outstanding host! This house is perfect for any getaway. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and STUNNING outdoor area with a gorgeous pool. This is 3 FULL baths and 1/2 bath!! Two kitchens! Two family rooms! You had space! It made you want to relax! The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance you would need. It was private. You could really escape and get away. Woodbury and the surrounding towns were jampacked with things to do. There were many places to choose from to eat. Such a variety from steak, seafood, pizza, and American fare pubs and other specialty restaurants. Lots of variety/antique shops, flea market, wine/liquor stores, convenience stores. Just a short drive into Southbury you find more shops, antiques, restaurants, bigger, grocery store, etc. We also drove to a few other neighboring towns. All under 45 minutes. Friendly people! We had a wonderful time! Price is fabulous, house/outdoor area is A+ value! Thank you Julie!!

Highly recommend Sarah’s house. We stayed in the spring and it was beautiful. Spacious outdoor area with lots to do. There was plenty of space, lots of activities and stuff for our kids to play with; super family friendly. Also very close to all the towns we wanted to visiting and natural attractions up in Hudson River valley. We would stay again thank you !

The house is beautiful and the location was lovely, but there were a few things that fell short of the listing description. There was a strong mildew smell in the garage (even after the handyman aired it out), and some basic amenities were missing, like laundry baskets, food storage space, and charging cords for the speakers. There were also only two tall drinking glasses, which was tricky for a group. The outdoor living area shown in the listing wasn’t set up when we arrived, and we would have loved to enjoy it if the cushions were more accessible. That said, the host was very responsive when we reached out with concerns, which we appreciated. With a few tweaks to better prepare the home for guests, this could be a truly wonderful stay.

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

The place was expensive, but worth every penny. Very clean, private, excellent. The pool is great. We will definitely be back again.

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

Great house and great host. The place was beautiful -- big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms (especially in the master bedroom), nice setup outside (jacuzzi and BBQ), etc. Perfect place for a family weekend in Litchfield. Location was perfect -- a 2 minute drive to great coffee, pastries, bread, ice cream, etc. in Bantam. Liz was an excellent host -- very helpful and responsive. We'd love to visit again soon.

An amazing location when you want to get slightly off the grid for peace and tranquility. Everything you need to truly slow down, dial out and get peace, quiet and rest. An amazing spot for a weekend getaway. If you want to find yourself amongst serene surroundings and a quiet, private wooded area, this is the place. Just enough modern amenities to be comfortable, but just basic enough to make you slow down. Tanner the host was the most responsive and helpful host of any of the airbnbs we've ever stayed. Truly went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay as comfortable as possible. More than accommodating with every request.

This house was perfect for our girls’ weekend in Hudson! It was spacious, clean, and had so much character. The location was great—just a short 5-minute drive to Warren Street. We didn’t walk due to the cold weather but it was definitely close and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful modern home in Wallkill, NY. Tucked away on a quiet street with plenty of privacy from the surrounding trees, it felt like the perfect escape from the city. My favorite part was the open-concept kitchen and living area, with expansive windows that made it feel like I was immersed in nature while still enjoying the comfort of being indoors. It was the ideal space to rest, relax, and recharge. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend this home!

Mahmoud's accommodation was more than we could have wished for, it was perfect and had the most incredible views of the Hudson River and surrounding mountains. Mahmoud was very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions and fulfill our requests. We highly recommend his home to anyone else that's interested and we would love to make a trip back sometime in the future!

Scott is amazing! The airbnb was incredible! Lovely placed filled for immense and loving memories. He allowed me a late Check-Out which was wonderful. Definitely recommend you guys coming more often!

A lovely house in a private location. Our kids loved the games, watching movies on the projector, and watching deer from the window. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was comfortable.

We had a great stay. The home is just like the photos showed, and is quiet and secluded and yet only a couple minutes drive from town. Our hosts were proactive and got us acclimated right away. It was perfect for a weekend getaway.

Our group of 3 felt right at home! Nice decorator touches - Dash and Albert linens and rugs & lovely soaps added a luxurious feel. We were too busy exploring Hudson to miss the TV, but if that’s important to you, take note. Hosts were super responsive. We can’t wait to return!

My husband & I stayed at Patti's place for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. First, the photos do not do this place justice - the construction, fixtures, and detail are high-end even down to the radiant heat in the cement floors. The setting is quiet, peaceful & serene with deer & bunnies all around. Yet, great restaurants & activities are within a 10-20 minute drive. We enjoyed being able to sit on the covered patio, even while it poured rain & enjoyed the hot tub right outside the bedroom. They even provide comfy robes & slippers to use for going in & out to the hot tub! Patti provided excellent driving directions, restaurant & activity recommendations & flexible check-in. If you're looking for a peaceful weekend in nature, definitely stay here.

Vincent's lakefront Catskills home exceeded all our expectations! The house is perfectly designed for group gatherings, with multiple comfortable living spaces that allowed our friends to either come together or find quiet moments. We had private chefs come for a couple of dinners and they had everything they needed to create memorable meals. The lake views are absolutely stunning. What truly set this experience apart was Vincent's exceptional hospitality - he was incredibly responsive and accommodating when we experienced travel issues, going above and beyond what was required. This thoughtfully designed lake house with its beautiful surroundings and attentive host made for the perfect meeting spot for our friend group. We'd gladly return!

This was our second time staying at the Hupi House and loved it. House is perfect for 2 families with kids, super comfortable, spacious and cosy, well equipped and lots of things to do in the area. This time we went skiing at the Butternut resort just 10 mins away and was a great experience. Lucas a very friendly and responsive host.

We had an amazing stay at Mitch’s property! Mitch was an incredibly supportive and responsive host, making everything seamless from check-in to checkout. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, peaceful, and perfectly located right off the road while still feeling secluded. We were lucky to experience stunning snowy views during our stay, which made it even more special. The amenities were great, making it an ideal getaway with friends. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing retreat!

Rahul was the best host! He was proactive in keeping us happy, so easy to deal with and extremely accommodating. So grateful for an amazing winter in his home!

The house is near town but feels remote and private. It was a great place for four adults and two children. The spacious living and kitchen area is on a different floor from the bedrooms, so someone could stay up late without bothering the others. The wrap-around deck was an added plus! We will book this again for our next family reunion.

Becky’s house was exactly as listed with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the area. Her gardens are beautiful and the house is convenient to the Berkshires without the stress of the downtown areas. We are extremely appreciative of all that was provided!

Great stay at Andrea's house in Canaan. House is very nicely renovated and appointed with plenty of room for a family gathering. Walking distance to restaurants in town, and really enjoyed the firepit. Would definitely stay again.
