The place is even better in real life, all new furniture and kitchen tools and appliances and the view is outstanding. The neighborhood is peaceful and it’s a five minute walk in any direction to the closest supermarket, a five minute ride to the old market where sightseeing never gets boring. Wael was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Ras Katy. Das lag zum einen an der wunderbaren Unterkunft und ihrer Lage, aber besonders auch an George! Der sich um das Anwesen vor Ort kümmert. Wir haben im Vorderhaus die Wohnung bewohnt. Diese war für uns mit 6 Personen ideal. Die meiste Zeit haben wir letztendlich im Garten und Pool verbracht. Ideal ist der leichte Zugang zur Bucht zum Schnorcheln.

I had a truly wonderful and clean stay at a beautiful villa in Sharm El Sheikh. The space was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The villa itself was stunning—tastefully furnished, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful atmosphere that felt like a true escape. The service was excellent, especially from the private villa assistant who was attentive and respectful throughout the stay. I was also very grateful to be allowed an early check-in, which made the arrival smooth and stress-free. The villa provided access to a private beach, which was serene and quiet—perfect for unwinding. I also appreciated the added bonus of being able to use the gym facilities at the nearby Sheraton Hotel. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private, relaxing getaway in Sharm El Sheikh.

If you're looking for a simple and cozy apartment with direct and private access to the sea and the stunning, unspoiled beach of Ras Kathy—far from the flashy resorts, mass tourism, and crowded equipped beaches—this is the perfect place. Located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Hadaba, the apartment is just a short walk from a truly hidden gem: the Ras Kathy beach, ideal for relaxing or snorkeling along a beautiful reef until sunset. Federica is a very attentive and helpful host, always available to share tips and do her best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The two outdoor areas on the first and second floor are also a nice plus, perfect for enjoying the breeze or a quiet meal. Highly recommended if you want to experience Sharm el Sheikh with freedom and on your own terms.

Prima verblijf en prima host! Villa is nieuw en comfortabel met een mooi zwembad. Voor het echte werk; zwemparadijs en strand om de hoek. Zelf ging ik veel duiken met mijn favoriete duikcentrum in Na’ma Bay. Hoewel op afstand maar goed te bereiken met taxi (en je wordt ook opgehaald als je iets boekt). Als ik weer met een groep kom zal ik zeker deze villa in overweging nemen.

El departamento es cómodo, con un balcón con una vista espectacular, el complejo es hermoso, hay varios locales cerca donde comprar, la ubicación es excelente, todo cerca, lo pasé excelente y Laura fue una excelente anfitriona tuve oportunidad de conocerla y siempre estuvo al pendiente de lo que necesitaba, y con consejos y recomendaciones sobre que hacer, todo muy bien explicado sobre el departamento y lugar a dónde ir, que hacer, lo super recomiendo, es el mejor lugar en Sharm para alojarse.

Very close to the beautiful beaches and Farsha Cafe like 1 min walking distance. The host is very friendly and respond us very fast. The apartment was clean, well maintained and look exactly like in the pictures. Totally recommended this place!

We have a perfect landlord who has thoughtfully prepared everything for us. The room is clean and tidy, the location is excellent, and it offers great value for money. Farsha cafe is just 200 meters away, offering delicious food and a beautiful public beach. Here is a fantastic community with everything beautiful and quiet, and I think it's worth it more than an expensive hotel.
