We had an amazing stay at Maria’s cottage! The place was incredibly cozy, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Maria and her husband, John, were the most welcoming and friendly hosts we could’ve hoped for. Their hospitality made all the difference. The breakfast was absolutely 10/10 — delicious and a perfect start to each day. The cottage is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the New Forest, making it easy to explore all the nearby towns.

Incredibly relaxing stay for anyone looking for a truly secluded new forest retreat. We loved it, particularly sitting by the river and getting cosy in the spacious, very comfortable living room. Claire was a great communicator and host. Only very minor downside is that the Internet is a bit erratic.

An excellent place in a perfect location for appreciating the delightful village of Bosham. Very well equipped, and we appreciated the extra touches like breakfast provisions and quality linen.

Friendly and accommodating, despite a later than anticipated evening arrival. Good selection of cold breakfast options, including fresh fruits.

Perfect stay for the second year running. We’ve had a wonderful weekend, eaten at The Pig and Lind House hotel and spa at Chewton Glen. Then had this little gem to wind down in after. Thank you

Beautiful place at the side of Jenny’s house with a small enclosed garden area, Jenny has a beautiful enclosed larger garden which she let us use as and when we wanted with sheep and horses at the end to see. The house was like being at home, comfortable beds, clean and everything you need for your stay. We stayed with 4 dogs who all enjoyed their holiday. Location is peaceful but you will need to drive to anywhere you want to go. Would definitely stay again

Excellent little spot for a night or two, was happy to stay again. And Jade's extremely lovely. The noise does carry if neighbours are in their gardens, which can be a bit disruptive at night, but that's all down to luck! Will likely stay again.

Richard and Rosie's cottage was absolutely perfect for our 2 night stay. It's situated just outside of Ryde, so it's extremely peaceful but also close enough to amenities (we walked easily into the town). They were responsive before we arrived, answering any questions. The cottage itself is extremely cosy and Richard and Rosie have done everything to make it as comfortable as possible, including an electric blanket if you stay in the winter. We had everything we needed for the kitchen and the bed was very comfy. Thank you for such a lovely stay, when we return to the island we will definitely come back.

The perfect place to be able to rest for a few hours after my event, before the ferry home. Sharon was very communicative and accommodating, and I can’t thank her enough for giving me a place to stay. The studio is clean, cosy, and private. Just perfect Thank you. ❤️

Spent one night here pre a mini cruise, it was very clean and cosy, a warm feel. Comfortable bed, everything you need for a brew in the morning and even breakfast and snack options if you needed something, a really delightful little gem of a place.

Had a brilliant time at the cabin - lots of lovely walks nearby, great buzz when we stopped by the brewary, and the cabin itself was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Tom & Lucy were fantastic & very helpful hosts. Fresh bread & beer were highly appreciated!

Emma and Rob were great AirBnB hosts. 'Little Ivy' was extremely well appointed and everything I needed was already there. Also there were some lovely touches like the towel and the treats for the dog, wood available for the fire pit, everything set up for the BBQ plus not to mention a welcome package of some staples plus a bottle which was very generous. It's so great to have hosts who I felt were prepared to go just that little bit further to make my trip a little bit special. Great shower pressure too! The location was great to explore the New Forest as well as the local beaches and the neighbourhood was calm and peaceful which was exactly what I was looking for. Recommend very highly!!

Lovely airbnb, beautifully designed. Very clean and in a lovely part of the country. Great hosts, excellent communication and nice welcome.

Had a great stay, brilliant location and host was responsive. Good amenities and extras (like milk and juice to help before a shopping trip!). Got a bit cold in the evenings due to the weather but Andy was really responsive at getting the heating turned up for us. Would definitely stay again.

You must visit. Sarah and James are so nice and really helpful fro. The moment i booked. I cant wait to return, the barn is located so closely to the beach and other surrounding areas. We relaxed and even had time to try out some paddle boarding thanks to the kindness of James lending us his. Thank you so so much for having us. See you agai soon

Beautiful home with spacious rooms. Responsive hosts.

Jenny and Alex are marvellous hosts—their kindness and generosity shine through—they made us feel truly welcome. They are also excellent guides for the island, providing you with plenty of info before arrival and then are very much on hand to offer any further support you may require. We also received a BUMPER hamper, by way of dispensation for some minor work they were carrying out in the garden, full of delicious island fare. Plus, there is a daily supply of wonderfully tasty fresh eggs, courtesy of Barbara and her fellow hens! The decor in The Coach House is beautiful, modern, tasteful and it is spotlessly clean. The area it is situated in is also beautiful, quiet and perfect jump point for great beaches, walks and restaurants. Highly recommended on all fronts.

We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed with good sheets and towels. The kitchen and living room space was also perfect with a table in the sun outside. Lovely aspect over the garden. The beach and village all an easy walk with further beautiful walks. We can definitely recommend as a super place to stay,

We had a lovely two nights at Emma's place in the New Forest. It was peaceful and calm. The cabin was cosy and warm, right in the heart of beautiful heathland in the New Forest. We enjoyed driving around and visiting local towns, the beach, and going for longer walks. The cooking facilities were really good and Emma was a welcoming and responsive host.

Deb and Andrew were very lovely and friendly hosts. They recommended restaurants and nice things to do to help us explore the area and they were always on hand if we needed anything. The Annex is small, but perfectly formed. We made good use of the seating area with a table outside to eat our breakfasts and relax in the sunshine in the afternoon. We also used the lockable stables to safely store our bikes.

The location is so peaceful, the accommodation is very roomy, very comfortable place to stay.

Diane’s place was comfortable, clean, bright with natural light and quiet - home away from home. Had all that was required for an enjoyable stay including TV in the bedroom as well as the living room which had great resolution and access to NETFLIX and other apps; fully equipped kitchen including a upgraded washing machine. We were warmly greeted by Diane on our arrival who thoughtfully left a fresh pint of milk in the fridge and other ingredients for a much needed cuppa after a long day of travelling. Complementary tea biscuits were also included. I noted all the kid-friendly aspects of Diane’s place including built in steps in the bathroom for the lil ones to reach the lovely wash sink. Diane’s place was close to the beach and places to eat which served tasty and reasonably priced food and featured great service. Diane’s place is a must have and we shall definitely be returning. Thanks again Diane for contributing to a fantastic time away in IOW. Will highly recommend Diane’s place x
