You'll have access to the entire place (just mind my things tucked away) including 3 full bedrooms (2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 in finished basement), 3.5 baths, laundry, entertainment & bar. My place is close to public transport & activities and great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). NO cleaning fees & stocked with food you are welcome to consume. I have bikes that can be used too.

Open May 1 2019 . The Little Red Tree house accommodates two guests only. It has huge views, private shower, with separate powder room sink and toilet. It has an efficiency kitchen, with small sink and counter top,as well as a fridge. The tree house is equipped with heat/air and electricity. Located on the way to Rocky Mountain NP, directly across from Rocky Grass There is a full size pull down Murphy bed which sleeps two , the fairy loft sleeps one.Total occupancy two people maximum !

Spacious, well-lit, clean, and stylish mid-century ranch home for your visit to Colorado. Located in a residential neighborhood 1 mile from Old Town. Full kitchen includes coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots and pans. BBQ grill on back patio. Living room overlooks the large fenced backyard. A relaxing place to kick back and recharge! Great home base for exploring FoCo and NoCo. Comfortable memory foam beds for sleeping. Easy access to CSU, Old Town, breweries, dining and shopping.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Lovely 2 bedroom loft apartment located on a working farm 10 minutes from Old Town Fort Collins, Breweries, Dining, It is about 7 miles to Old Town Fort Collins and CSU. Peaceful setting with Wonderful views. The loft is a independent living space located over our garage and has it's own outside entrance by staircase to a deck off the apartment. This is a non smoking facility and no smoking of any kind is permitted in the loft or on the premises.
