Welcome to our Scout Lane Cabin. Our beautiful home sits on 6 acres of land surrounded by woods. Roaring run which is considered a class A native trout stream flows right through the back yard. This property is within walking distance to the ICV hiking and biking trail. Just a short drive to both Hidden Valley and Seven Springs resorts and PA's largest state park, Ohiopyle. Our newly renovated home sleeps up to 10 people. Features include: hot tub, outdoor fire pit, pellet stove, outdoor grill, central air, and radiant heated floors in the addition. Seven Springs Sunridge year-round mountain chalet!

Sleeps 13 Ski in/Ski out walking distance to the slopes! Renovated 3 bed 3.5 bath townhouse with loft! Chalet boasts 2 king, 1 queen, 4 twin and a queen sleeper couch. Twin beds may be pushed together to make 2 full beds. Includes access to a private hot tub, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area and two patios! Best slopes in Western PA. There is a 24 hour shuttle provided to the main lodge. There are tons of biking/hiking trails, golf and a pool in the summer. Have fun in the sun and snow!

Log Cabin

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the secondary bedroom includes a full-size bed. The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, and the loft adds two twin mattresses for additional accommodations, ideal for kids. The cabin’s kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an oven and refrigerator and microwave. Whether you're enjoying time indoors or exploring the outdoors, this cabin offers the perfect balance of comfort and adventure.

Hard to find a home closer to 7 Springs Mountain Resort than The Alpine! Only 1 mile from the gate. One of the best values on the mountain! Most rental properties around 7 Springs do “NOT” permit rental guests to use fireplaces. The Alpine DOES! It has a wood burning stove and we supply the wood! This beautiful mountain home is located on a private, wooded, quiet lot located across from the North entrance of 7 Springs. The 7 person Jacuzzi outdoor hot tub enjoys views of the slopes.

Yoder School Guest House with wifi and hot tub

Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! Just a short drive away great mountain biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and white water rafting are yours to enjoy. Several unique and popular restaurants, and tennis and basketball courts are nearby.

Make memories at our unique mountain home, constructed by the same builder as the original 7 Springs lodge. The house is meticulously maintained & it sits on 3 wooded acres. Located on a private street, it’s only 5 minutes from the entrance to 7 Springs. Enjoy the hot tub on our expansive decks, which overlook a private/stocked pond (catch / release). Great home for a weekend on the slopes or a large family vacation. Enjoy our fire pit, two large masters & 3 (three) 60" TV's w/ cable.

Nestle into this cozy, one bedroom condo in The Villages at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. This retreat boasts easy ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes via the Villages Trail next to the condo building (weather permitting). What makes this condo special is the large living space with two couches, a king bed, and a full kitchen with many amenities. As a guest, you have access to the free shuttle service or visit the clubhouse with pool, hot-tub, basketball and tennis in the summer months.
